He’s monetizing his articles there via affiliate commissions and the partner program

Mohit doesn’t say but I suspect he’s using AI to help him research and write those articles. And he mentions keyword research here

$894 Profit in 10 Days Reselling a $10 eBook

His results…
$2979 revenue$1615 expenses (mostly ads)$894 profitThe product he was selling: this vegan cookbook for $20 
He didn’t write that book, instead buying it with resell rights (PLR) for $10 here.
To market the book, he downloaded viral vegan TikTok videos, then posted those on his own accounts (Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
He also used those videos in ads on TikTok and Pinterest.
~30 hours spent on everything and apparently he would have only made $600 profit if he didn’t already have some experience with Pinterest ads
Worth noting that it’s against Pinterest’s content policy to post other people’s content without permission, even if you give attribution. Probably the same for TikTok and YouTube.
So definitely some questionable elements to this, but lots to learn from it nonetheless

Michael Kauffman started the newsletter around the end of 2023 and recently tweeted that it earned $52K in January (85% profit).

Also says in the replies there that they have 17.5K subscribers now and sell “board games and discount cards.”

I have recorded Fathom videos but who has the time to go through them. Thinking of building an internal tool for “Voice of customer”.
I should be able to:
1. Provides sales calls I’ve done as transcripts
2. Ask questions like – “what are people struggling with” etc.
3. Get answers with specific quotes
Then I can take this and ask an LLM: “How should I write my landing page based on these customer pain points”.

Especially if the problem is work/business related.

I’d guess he bought it for $30K, but even at $50K he would have doubled his money in a little over 3 months 
Tim found the site by searching for keywords on Ahrefs, then reaching out to the owner…
Contacted plenty, only small % respond. Best way to get a good deal though.
You could try this for a niche you’re interested in.
Find an undervalued / under monetized site via keyword research, see if you can buy, improve, and flip within a few months.

This is one of the first Reddit Ads I’ve ever seen dozens of positive replies to, and almost all look like legit accounts (two were clearly AI responses).
100+ comments on the post within 2 weeks 
Clearly a demand for this kind of thing in many different industries and geos.
And you wouldn’t need to know a lot about AI to start something like this.
If you use ChatGPT daily and are familiar with tools like Zapier and Airtable, you could already help a lot of businesses
