Everyone is begging us – by the way, if anyone wants to go do this, go for it – everyone’s begging us for Sam’s List but for agencies
Of course, Sam has a pretty big audience that he leveraged to spread the word, so it’s not like anyone can earn $99K in a few months doing this kind of thing.
But clearly there is demand

We were constantly struggling with managing handwritten notes and scanned documents efficiently. There was no tool that fully met our needs… I thought, “Why not try to build something myself?”
The resulting app UScan AI: Text Capture & OCR (also on iOS)
Top 3 lessons learned for Umit…
1) Start with your own problem. If it’s a real pain point for you, chances are it’s a pain point for others too.
2) Consistency beats perfection. I made so many mistakes along the way, but showing up every day, even when I felt stuck, made all the difference.
3) Listen to your users. The product started improving only when I began taking their feedback seriously.

We got to about 20 orders, which came to about £350 in revenue. After product cost we were actually a few hundred pound in profit

Unfortunately, Vaughan made some crucial mistakes with the supplier and shipping times, and eventually had to refund all the orders.
Despite that, he lays out a realistic blueprint for making money dropshipping products on TikTok

I partnered with a local janitorial company that targets industrial clients with recurring nightly cleaning needs and I make roughly 7% of gross revenue as a recurring weekly payment as long as the client stays on w/o much work.
I help do some client support, SEO, and pay for things like Apollo.AI to reach out to customers but other than that it is pretty hands off…
it is a leads driven business. I have focused on improving SEO in three of their core markets. Any new customer that signs up as a result of my marketing efforts, as long as their base margin is met, I get paid for the lifetime of that account.
