Witness Watches Man Commit Suicide. Then the Victim VANISHES!

This is a bizarre account from Buenos Aires, Argentina where the eyewitness watched someone commit suicide by standing in front of a commuter train. Afterward, a body is not found!

I received the following account:

"This experience is actually a big driving force behind why I believe the paranormal is normal now. This happened a few years ago here in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I was leaving a nightclub. It was about 3:00 AM. I was alone. I had to walk to the bus stop from the nightclub. Now I'm no saint but that night I had maybe two bottles of beer, small bottles of beer. I just wasn't feeling the vibe and I wanted to go home so between the nightclub and the bus stop there is a train track. When I get to the train track, I hear the railroad crossing bells start to ring, so I stop and wait. Directly across from me, on the other side of the tracks, there is a metal sort of railing that you wait at and I see this person walking up to the railing. It looked like a homeless person or somebody that was living, you know, on the streets. The person also had what looked like, to be, a bottle, in his hand, and he was drinking the bottle, so I assumed it was just a homeless person or, you know, a drunk or somebody that was in a bad situation, living on the streets.

It was late. There was nobody around, just me and this person. I was looking over at the person because they were kind of looking at me while they were drinking from their bottle but because it was nighttime and they were a bit further, I couldn't make out their facial features. I could tell that they didn't have any hair on their head. They were bald. I think maybe they didn't have shoes on. Like I said, this happened a few years ago (in 2016) so forgive me if I struggle with some of the details. So this person sort of gets really close to the tracks and starts chugging the bottle, right, chugging it back, and I'm looking at them going, like, what is this person doing? They're too close to the tracks. The train is going to come right now. The train is coming right now and they look, you know, like I thought it was somebody that was wasted and they were gonna kill themselves on the track without noticing because they were so drunk, so I start to scream at the person on the track to get off the track because the train is coming, looking over at them and I'm screaming at him telling him to move back away from the track he's too close to the track. Now, I think he threw the bottle and this is something that I clearly remember because this is where it got really crazy.

So the train is getting closer and closer and this person isn't moving but I'm still yelling at them, telling them to back up from the tracks, the train is coming. It's getting closer and closer louder and louder, I'm screaming. The person is not moving. The light from the train is shining and it gets closer and closer. The person opens up their arms almost like, you know that big Jesus statue in Brazil? Sort of like Jesus on the cross kind of thing, you know, arms wide open, like, if you're gonna give somebody a bear hug. He turns around, makes eye contact with me, and falls forward right onto the track. I saw their head touch the track on one side and their legs touch the track on the other side and the train just went and passed right over. While this guy did this, he made eye contact with me, and the train, like, hit him. The train light lit him up. I realized he had no hair on his face, he was bald, and he didn't seem, like, he didn't even have eyebrows. I'm serious, like, no hair.

I start freaking out at this point. I completely lost it. I'm yelling at the train, that they ran somebody over. I'm still alone, I'm yelling and I'm yelling, and the train stops and I'm thinking, 'Oh my god, I just saw somebody kill themselves, like, what is going on?'

The first thing I did when the train stopped was go directly to where I saw him throw himself under the train and I looked under the train. Now when I look under the train, obviously, I see what anyone would see - a mangled, what looked like a mangled kind of body right somebody twisted like a pretzel. It was dark so I didn't really see much but just that image made me fall back. I looked away. When I looked back the person was in a crouch. I don't even know how to say this or how to explain this. This is why I don't like telling this story. It was like they were in a crouched position but it didn't make sense logically because the space was too small it was like they were mangled and then I looked back and they were like in a crouched position and it was like he was looking back at me for a second and then he ran and at this point, I'm just overloaded with too much, there's too much going on here.

I'm freaking out completely, my brain can't even process what's happening. This cop, I think he got off the train, he walks up to me and he says, 'Why did you yell, what's going on?' And I said, 'They ran somebody over! They ran somebody over!' That's all I could say because I was like in shock. I pointed to where the person was, but I still couldn't believe what I saw, so I thought he was still there. I thought I was in shock. The cop looks and there's nothing there obviously because what was there was now gone. I'm like, 'No no, they ran somebody over, he was right there, it was a dead guy there.' The cop is looking at me, like, you're crazy, like, he asked me, 'Are you on drugs or something?' I'm like, 'No, like, totally, no, I swear to you there was somebody there. I swear to you.' And while I'm saying that, out of the darkness comes an actual homeless person, and he's like freaking out. The homeless person is freaking out. I think he was pushing like a cart. He was pulling a cart or something but I remember that he was freaking out because he was saying, 'The kid isn't lying, there was something there and he ran out the other side. The kid isn't lying he's not lying.'

I get so uncomfortable whenever I tell this story. I start to get, like, cold. It's just weird. I start feeling really weird. At this point, there's, like, traffic behind me, you know, the cops here, the homeless guy's here freaking out, praying. Here's where I just got this sense of fear, like terror. The train conductor gets off the train walks up to us and the cop is super mad and says, 'Where is the guy that I ran over? Where is the guy that threw himself on the track?' And the cop's like, 'There is no guy.' And I'm like, 'There's a guy! There was a guy there.' And the train conductor looks at me and says, 'He's not lying,' to the cop, 'I saw the guy. We ran over a guy.'

Just telling you guys this story is like bringing back those emotions that I was feeling that night. The conductor got back on the train. The cop, I think, was on the train, so he got back, and the train left. The traffic goes by and then I'm alone and there was just something about this experience and that fear that I felt after that and that confusion. It was like my mind couldn't grasp it. I couldn't explain it.

So for the next week, the next month, I was just trying to figure out what that was. I was trying to figure out what it meant. I'll just be 100% honest with you guys, it was very very frightening only because I felt in my gut like that was supposed to happen to me like it was a warning or a sign or something. I couldn't really tell anybody either because the story gets so crazy at certain points, like when he's mangled and then he's un-mangled. I was afraid to actually talk about it with people for some reason. I've always been into the paranormal and the fringe ever since I was young. I've been looking into those kinds of things and I can't really ignore it. I can't. It's something that happens naturally but there have been moments in my life where I just forced myself to ignore it. I forced myself not to look into it because sometimes the rabbit hole gets so big then you end up more lost than when you first started researching or when you first started. It seems like the phenomenon sort of does that like it has some sort of intelligence that helps keep it secret.” B

Did We Encounter a WEREWOLF?

A Southern California family of 3 is hiking a trail along a cliff. They encounter a tall bipedal being that quickly runs away bipedally. The witness is convinced that they saw a werewolf.

I received the following account:

"This encounter happened while I [32] was hiking with my husband [32] and son [8]. We went hiking to this spot in south California where we’ve been going for the last 13 years. The hiking trails are basically located all along the cliff. Some trails lead to a secluded beach, and others lead to a cave.

We took the trail that leads to the beach and we usually keep walking longer than the average person since we are more familiar with the terrain after the trail ends. Around 4:30pm we decided to hike back up the trail while watching the sunset, at the same time the moon was rising in the opposite direction. This moon was huge, probably one of the biggest moons I’ve seen here. This is where we took some pics.

We decided once we got back to the top of the trail around 5:30ish pm to keep hiking along some other trail which we’d only been once too. The night was still young and plenty of families were walking along this trail. I decided to take a quick break after a short jog to enjoy the scenery and appreciate the moon. At this time my husband and son were pretty far from me and all I could see was their silhouette.

The night was now upon us and the fog from the Pacific Ocean was making its way up the cliff into the hiking trails. My husband and son decided to turn back and meet me because it was getting dark. My son began to run past us. At this point, my husband looks in his direction and sees this black silhouette of a tall person standing about 9 meters from my son. As soon as this thing notices that my husband is looking at it, it gets on all fours and takes off like an animal. He yells for my son to come back. He then tells me what he saw and says something is running across the trail. I am scared of dogs so the first thing I thought was a stray dog running loose. He says, “No, it is bigger than a dog. Almost like the size of a bear but it had the silhouette of a man standing in the middle of the trail and it took off on all fours as soon as I looked at it”. He said this thing was darker than the dark around us.

At this point, we were freaking out. We were hugging each other close not knowing what to expect next. We were basically in the middle of a trail we’d only been once with a crappy phone service. We looked around and the trail was completely empty with no one to be seen. We were basically the only ones there. That trail went from being packed with people to now us three being the only ones there within minutes. Which made everything even more terrifying.

We decided to suck it up and walk back to our car which meant we had to pass by where my husband saw this thing on the trail. My husband said he thought he saw this humanoid run down the trail but once we got to that spot where he saw it, the trail turned right but the figure ran left. To the left was a fence and a bunch of tall bushes making it impossible for something to go that way. Whatever it was would have had to jump the fence to keep going the way it went. We never saw/heard it jump the fence and better yet we didn’t even hear its footsteps or anything moving in the bushes. My husband said it just disappeared.

We managed to keep walking along the trail while holding his phone flashlight pointed at the fence and bushes where he saw it go. All I had was my water bottle and I was ready to use it as a weapon. All we could hope for at this time was to see other people along the trail.

Then we finally see lights coming from a motorbike towards the end of the trail. This person was going into the trail and we were relieved to be out of it and into the parking lot. When we finally got to the parking lot, it went from 50 cars to only two cars left. There was this couple outside taking pics. At this point, even the person in the motorbike noped back out of this trail back to the parking lot and left.

As we made our way back to our car I kinda joked with my husband how he might’ve seen a werewolf. He was still in shock and didn’t say no but he was still trying to process what he saw. My son said he saw something crawling and that’s when my husband called him to come back towards us. He was really scared that night and refused to sleep by himself. We all slept in the same room. My son said he felt like it was following us the whole time home. I hope not.

Today we ended up watching this segment on the news by accident while having dinner and we heard that today is a Super Blood Wolf Moon. Now I am 90% convinced he saw a werewolf.

This location is notorious for many deaths as it is on a cliff where many have died from falling over or drowning. When we went there for the first time, there was a sign around about a person who fell off the cliff." M

DID SPIRIT MANIFESTATIONS APPEAR DURING MY RECENT SHOW?

Hey, folks. Once again, my listeners/viewers of Phantoms & Monsters Radio tell me that spirit manifestations appear during the show LIVE. It happens during most of my shows. The spirits responsible are said to be either my deceased wife, Vanessa, or my late colleague, Butch Witkowski, according to some of the witnesses. Both have appeared in the past. But, then again, maybe others are showing up? This past Friday night's show was particularly active. Please join us at 9PM ET / 6PM PT LIVE on Friday nights. Hi Lon & friends! Lon, I've been watching your shows for many years now (because you do such a great job and your shows are very interesting) and sometimes I "see" things behind you on camera while you are telling these spooky tales. Well, tonight was another sighting: It wasn't just me seeing things, because I know the difference at my age! Anyways, there is a whitish-gray foggy-looking thing, like a spirit, moving from the lower right corner to the left near your shoulder at about the 9:40 mark. You can't miss it because it is so obvious! I'm going to keep viewing and I will let you know if I see anything else.

Another mist at the 19:33 Mark--the lower right of the screen. Again at 22:52--lower shoulder. Again at the 34:35 and 34:40 Mark only this time it looked like a long mist "arm" and hand that went up and down FAST, then across. THEN, I was convinced something was there for sure at the 34:54 Mark it actually appeared like a small person who moved into the same area! Lon, I know this sounds crazy, but just take a look so you know I'm not just "seeing things" My mom says I have "eagle eyes"---yeah, don't know about that, but I don't like seeing these things very much, but just can't help it. Witness Observes MASSIVE 'LIZARD MAN' DRAGGING 'DOGMAN' by the Throat!

A Midwestern resident is sitting in their yard when their dog starts to act up. Soon after, though hard to imagine, the witness observes a massive 'Lizard Man' dragging a 'Dogman' by the throat.

“Hello, my name is Katie and I am a middle-aged woman who lives in a very rural part of the Midwest an area where my closest neighbor is just under half a mile away just to give you an idea of how isolated it is where I reside.

I've never been married and I have no children of my own but I do have two older indoor cats, Calvin and Hobbs, as well as a female Australian Shepherd whose name is Banjo. She's my constant companion and is always outside with me when I'm mowing my lawn tending the plants or just lounging on my front porch when I sit in my rocking chair and observe my own little slice of the world in the rear of my house. I have a 10 foot x 10 foot deck and another chair I sit in my backyard is half an acre of grass which is clear all the way up to the adjoining tree line which is where my property line ends and my neighbor's begins. I sit back here sometimes to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature and to watch the squirrels the birds and ever so often deer which find their way onto my property I take joy in surveying the world around me and also watching Banjo run around and get her exercise when she needs to stretch her legs.

What I experienced goes back to last year in October of 2023. Banjo was acting restless and letting me know that she needed to go outside and do her business I put on my sneakers and a light jacket and we went outside on the back porch. I don't know why but for some reason she enjoys doing her business on either side of the house. Most of the time she took off down the steps and went around the corner while I sat sat down in my chair twiddling my thumbs until she decided to come back. Usually, that takes no longer than a couple minutes in typical Banjo fashion she came back onto the deck standing next to me while I was still in my chair however she wasn't staring at me as she always does, her ears were up and her head was tilted and she was looking past me and behind me in the other direction this is the point where I asked myself what she was looking at. I knew from past experience that seeing one or more deer would get her attention as would wild turkeys that came onto my property on the rare occasion.

I turned my head and body to whatever it was that she was looking at and that was when I saw it or rather them now this is the part where I'm going to sound cuckoo or maybe downright bonkers but it's the absolute truth 100%. It's just nuts and I'm not even sure I would believe me but it is what I saw that day, Banjo too, first let me tell you that Banjo loves to bark and she can be a very hyper dog at times when she sees something new to her but she wasn't barking, she was pressing against me with a very low guttural growl coming from her throat. It wasn't laugh loud but I could hear it.

We were both looking at what, well, what was a Lizard Man and it was dragging something very large and hairy which I couldn't tell what it was. Now this was at the very rear of my property line where the lawn meets the tree line that leads into the woods. I could see the Lizard Man much easier than the hairy thing it was dragging. What was it dragging though? My brain was quickly trying to process all of this. There was no bear anywhere close to where I live. Whatever was dragging, it was massive but the Lizard Man was massive as well. I have a shed where I keep old tools close to the back of the property line. My shed is probably a good 7 ft tall and this thing was four maybe 5 feet taller than it.

I did a lot of looking around on the internet after this happened and the closest thing I can compare it to was the lizard character from the “Spider-Man” movie that's the best match I have for you. [editor’s note – I believe she is referring to The Lizard villain from “The Amazing Spider-Man” played by Rhys Ifans] The main difference however was the real one had a long snout, unlike the one from the film. As it got closer, I could see that it had large scales on the sides of its body around the stomach and chest area. Other than the things I mentioned in a lack of clothes [editor’s note - the one from the film wore a lab coat], they were a lot alike. The one I saw also had a very long tail that was whipping around.

At this point, my jaw was probably on my chest and I'm sure if someone could have seen my face my eyes would have undoubtedly been as large as saucers. The entire time Banjo stood against my leg pressing up hard and giving that low low growl from somewhere deep inside her chest. After a couple or three seconds, because things were happening quickly, it was now close enough for me to see it was holding what seemed to be a Dogman around the throat. I didn't know until later on that that was the name people had for them so at that time I thought it was just dragging a werewolf and then I thought how is any of this even real? The werewolf or Dogman, well, whatever you call it, wasn't moving. It was on its back and the Lizard Man had a scaly clawed hand wrapped around the Dogman's throat just pulling it along like a small kid would pull a red wagon behind themselves and I know I'm aging myself with that but it's the best comparison I can think of.

Then the Lizard Man stopped abruptly. I remember the tail still swishing as it did. He turned and looked at me and Banjo for a couple of seconds. I felt indifference in the eyes like we were unimportant, insignificant, and that we didn't matter to this thing. It then turned right at the end of the yard and veered into the forest still dragging the Dogman behind it.

I have never seen the likes of anything like those creatures in my entire life before or since this occurrence last year. Banjo however was nervous for a couple of weeks after that happened and would only do her business right next to the deck with me keeping a watchful eye on her. She's long since eased back into her old ways of going back to the side of the house and life is normal once again.”

WEREWOLF IN CHICAGO? Eyewitness Comes Forward!

The Singular Fortean Society received a report recently from Chicago resident Ami Kleminski, who wished to share her sighting of a “werewolf” on South Lake Shore Drive.

“I don't want to sound like a nut. I'm sure many, if not most, of the messages you receive begin this way. I'll just get to it. After watching Unsolved Mysteries [Volume 4, Episode 5], something resonated. This is something I've shared with anyone who will listen and that I shared on Facebook when it happened,” she said of her experience.

Kleminski’s sighting took place during the early morning hours of March 8th, 2016, as she was driving to work.

"I live on the Northside of Chicago, but I work (since 1996) for a steel mill in Gary, Indiana, with a 4am-2pm work schedule. The toll road system here is too expensive for the everyday traveler so I use a combination of highways and smaller roads to travel back and forth. The way there is pretty quiet from a traffic perspective, especially on South Lake Shore Drive where the event occurred. It is still well-lit, though, I'm sure for safety reasons, as it is right next to Lake Michigan, its bicycle and pedestrian path, and public beaches.

On March 8th, 2016, I was traveling from Chicago to Gary on South Lake Shore Drive near 31st Street when I had to slow down after catching something out of the corner of my left eye. I'm very careful at that hour to watch for animals and for teenagers who might be hanging around by the lake doing teenage things and then stumbling across the road. I had a heightened alert this morning because of the weather. My [Facebook] post when I arrived at work even mentions that the high that day for Chicago was going to be 67 degrees—VERY warm for Chicago on March 8th—a time of year that still sees blizzard conditions.

What I saw was a naked, adult, fair-haired white male loping across the road from the Lake Michigan side towards the city neighborhoods. When I say lope, I mean on all fours like a dog and bounding away or towards something. This was not, however, a dog, coyote, or fox. It was a naked full-grown man with his body contorted into the gait of a canine and moving at a good clip. At the time I remember saying to myself, "I just saw a fucking werewolf." I checked the moon trope for werewolves, and it was actually a new moon. I posted it on [Facebook] when I arrived at work. I told a co-worker, and he asked, like many after him, why didn't I call 911. And say what? Sorry busy 911 operator, I just saw a possibly transitioning werewolf / naked dog man lope across South [Lake Shore Drive]?"

The baffling nature of this experience stuck with Kleminski and inspired her to search for answers, but it wasn’t until she saw investigator Tobias Wayland on Unsolved Mysteries that she decided to contact The Singular Fortean Society.

"Over the years I've shared the story. I've tried to Google [other sightings or] to find similar stories on Reddit, etc. I've never found anything. I do know what I saw and by the time I get up for work, get ready, and get about 20 minutes from my house, I'm fully awake. I wasn't scared at the time, just confused. One sees weird human stuff in the morning in those overnight hours, but never anything like this," she said. "Then I'm watching the Mothman episode [of Unsolved Mysteries] and a mother and daughter were talking about a creature with hindlegs crawling out of a canal. What I saw didn't resemble any Mothman sighting I've heard of; what I saw was skin and human-looking but canine. The hindleg part of their story bothered me, though."

The report referenced by Kleminski is that of Shana Clippert and her mother Barbera, who said they saw a massive, black, winged humanoid and a glowing UFO in Rockford, Illinois, after midnight on June 20th, 2022.

In correspondence with Kleminski, Wayland asked if she was aware of Uner Tan syndrome—a condition that causes those suffering from it to walk using quadrupedal locomotion that is often accompanied by severe learning disabilities.

"I watched some videos on Uner Tan syndrome and what you said made sense. It wasn't that. They keep their backsides high and legs rather straight. This was like watching a hairless German Shepherd with a man's head. The back was straight like a dog and the legs bent like hind legs. The only thing canine was the gait," Kleminski said.

She also considered if perhaps some illicit substance might have been involved.

“Bath salts, maybe? I really don't see how that could allow one to contort one's body like that, though,” she said. “I can still see it in my head like it was yesterday. We live in a strange and mysterious world with so many unknowns and maybe that is what I witnessed.”

Ultimately, Kleminski just wants to understand what she saw.

“I was really hoping someone else you've encountered or you had seen something similar. I'll be watching for it for the rest of my life,” she told Wayland. “I want to not be the only person in Chicago with this experience. I want to understand what I saw or to have it validated with similar experiences, if possible.”

'LIZARD MAN' Attacks Kids at Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan (TESTIMONY)

While vacationing in a Saskatchewan cabin, the children, who are playing near the lake, are approached and attacked by what they describe as a 'Lizard Man.'

“Our encounter took place in 1988 while we were on our holidays. We had been planning a vacation to Disneyland for the kids because we hadn't been and it had been a few years since we'd gone anywhere so we thought to heck with it but like normal life happens and our plans fell through so we were mentioning it to friends of ours and they offered to let us go to their cottage near Meadow Lake in Saskatchewan.

The cottage that we were staying in was on a smaller lake but in the area of Meadow Lake although I'm sorry to say that none of us can remember the name of the small lake that we went to but it doesn't really matter anyways. At the time our twin sons, Levi and Bentley, were 13 years old and our daughter, Megan, was seven.

The three kids decided to go down to the lake while Dad and I were finishing the dinner dishes. They had been gone about 45 minutes or so and as soon as we finished the dishes, we were planning on walking down to spend time playing in the water with the kids.

All of a sudden we heard screaming and we looked out the window. It was our son Levi so we ran outside to meet him and he was terribly out of breath he said a big giant “Lizard Man” tried to take Megan while he and Bentley were in the water playing. Levi said that Bentley screamed at him to go get Mom and Dad while he went after the Lizard Man so of course we took off in that direction but by the time we got there Bentley and Megan were already running back toward the cabin.

We gathered up all the kids and went into the cabin. We all sat around the table and we waited for their stories to come out. Megan first said she was playing in the sand and all of a sudden she felt something sharp scratch her back and then she started getting pulled backward, then she said she screamed and Bentley started coming to help her. We looked at Bentley and he said, “I ran up to it and I just screamed let her go!" Bentley said, "I was surprised because it actually stopped and it was looking down at me" and he said, "It definitely had lizard eyes and it had a long snout with very sharp teeth and it had scales all over its body and a long tail like an iguana has."

Bentley said the weird thing was it was looking at him like it was confused. "It was turning its head this way and that way like it was trying to understand what I was saying to it and then it just let her go and then walked into the woods."

We decided to call the police and report it out of fear that it might go after another kid. So about 15 minutes later the police pulled in we explained what happened and they actually looked at us like they had a hard time believing us. They went down to the beach and checked everything out. They said there were scuff marks but they couldn't make out any prints. Then they said it was probably somebody in a costume just trying to freak the kids out.

Afterward, Bentley said, "Mom there's no way that was a man in a costume." At the time Levi and Bentley were probably 5'2". Bentley said this thing towered over him totally looking down at him. My husband at the time was 6'2 and Bentley said this thing was at least a foot taller than Dad. All these years later I've mentioned it to a few people and I'm being told that the whole area has many Indigenous people and it was possible that it could have been a skinwalker. I've never heard of such a thing until I Googled it and I feel like I'm more confused now than I was originally." Remy and Anita Gonzalez.

THE ITALIAN TAILOR & THE ALIENS

Florentine tailor Mario Zuccala, who was walking home through a wood, watched as an object like an inverted bowl passed overhead and came close to the ground. From its underside came a cylinder, which opened up, and two beings emerged. They took hold of the witness gently under his armpits and led him into the empty interior of the object. The only part Zuccala could remember was a message that they would return to give him a message for humanity.

On April 10, 1962, at about 09:30 p.m., Italian tailor Mario Zuccala, aged 26, was walking from a bus stop to his home in San Casciano, Val di Pesa, near Florence, Italy, when he felt a wind blow. He turned back and saw a disc-shaped object of about 25 feet in diameter hovering nearby. A cylinder descended from the underside of this and then withdrew, revealing a second cylinder inside it, which contained a doorway from which a bright light shone. Two humanoid occupants about four feet tall and dressed in what looked like suits of shining metal came out of the craft and approached Zuccala. They grabbed him and gently took him into the craft, which was filled with a bright light with no obvious source. Zuccala asked the beings where the light came from but did not receive a reply. At that point, he heard a voice that said in Italian: "At the fourth moon we shall come at one o'clock in the morning to bring you a message for humanity. We shall give notice of this to another person to confirm that that which you have seen is true!"

The next thing Zuccala knew was that he was standing outside his home and that it was 09:45 p.m. He told his wife about what had happened, she was alarmed at his obvious state of confusion and distress. The next morning, one of Zuccala's colleagues at work, to whom he had told his story, told about it to a journalist, and the encounter was subsequently widely reported in the newspapers. Although no physical evidence could be found at the landing site, all those who knew Zuccala testified to his honesty and trustworthiness. He was interviewed by investigator Ceccarelli Silvano and provided sketches of the craft and beings. Zuccala later said he was contacted again and been given half a message, which he kept in a locked case, the other half being given to someone in another European country.

NOTE: Skeptics have commented that the saucer he describes comes straight out from the movie Earth vs the Flying Saucers and generally consider the story as a hoax. IMO, Zuccala didn't provide much commentary, which makes his story suspect. Lon

The Winter of Discontent: DID GEORGE WASHINGTON'S PROPHETIC VISION OCCUR?

Many believe the story of George Washington's prophetic vision to be authentic, but most historians believe it is a legend, similar to the story of Washington chopping down the cherry tree.

Historians point out the story of the angelic vision was unknown during Washington’s life. It is first found in the writings of Charles Alexander (1836-1927) who wrote fictional “dream” stories about many famous Americans. Alexander wrote that in 1859, a 99-year-old man named Anthony Sherman, who claimed to have been an aide to George Washington, confided to the author. In the National Tribune, 1880, an article appeared giving an account of the "Vision of Washington" at Valley Forge. The article was reprinted in the Stars and Stripes on December 21, 1950.

The soldier mentioned as having a first-hand account of the "Vision," Anthony Sherman, was a soldier in the Continental Army. However, according to his pension application, written by him, he states that he was at Saratoga under the command of Benedict Arnold at the end of 1777 and only joined the main forces in 1778 in New Jersey just before the Battle of Monmouth.

Anthony Sherman wrote:

"You doubtless heard the story of Washington's going to the thicket to pray in secret for aid and comfort from God, the interposition of whose Divine Providence brought us safely through the darkest days of tribulation. One day, I remember it well, when the chilly winds whistled through the leafless trees, though the sky was cloudless and the sun shown brightly, he remained in his quarters nearly all the afternoon alone. When he came out, I noticed that his face was a shade paler than usual. There seemed to be something on his mind of more than ordinary importance. Returning just after dusk, he dispatched an orderly to the quarters who was presently in attendance. After a preliminary conversation of about an hour, Washington, gazing upon his companion with that strange look of dignity which he alone commanded, related the event that occurred that day."

THE VISION AND PROPHECY

"I do not know whether it is owing to the anxiety of my mind, or what, but this afternoon, as I was sitting at this table engaged in preparing a dispatch, something seemed to disturb me. Looking up, I beheld standing opposite me a singularly beautiful female. So astonished was I, for I had given strict orders not to be disturbed, that it was some moments before I found language to inquire into the cause of her presence. A second, a third, and even a fourth time did I repeat my question, but received no answer from my mysterious visitor except a slight raising of her eyes. By this time I felt strange sentiments spreading through me. I would have risen, but the riveted gaze of the being before me rendered volition impossible. I assayed once more to address her, but my tongue had become useless, even thought itself had become paralyzed. A new influence, mysterious, potent, irresistible, took possession of me. All I could do was to gaze steadily, vacantly at my unknown visitor. Gradually, the surrounding atmosphere seemed as though becoming filled with sensations and luminous. Everything about me seemed to rarify, the mysterious visitor herself becoming more airy, and yet more distinct to my sight than before. I now began to feel as one dying, or rather to experience the sensations which I have sometimes imagined accompany dissolution. I did not think, I did not reason, I did not move; all were alike impossible. I was only conscious of gazing fixedly, vacantly at my companion.

"Presently I heard a voice saying, 'Son of the Republic, look and learn,' while at the same time my visitor extended her arm eastwardly. I now beheld a heavy white vapor at some distance rising fold upon fold. This gradually dissipated, and I looked upon a strange scene. Before me lay spread out in one vast plain all the countries of the world -- Europe, Asia, Africa, and America. I saw rolling and tossing between Europe and America the billows of the Atlantic, and between Asia and America lay the Pacific. 'Son of the Republic,' said the same mysterious voice as before, 'look and learn.'

"At that moment I beheld a dark, shadowy being, like an angel floating in mid-air, between Europe and America, dipping water out of the ocean in the hollow of each hand. He sprinkled some upon America with his right hand, while with his left hand he cast some on Europe. Immediately a dark cloud raised from these countries and joined in mid-ocean. For a while it remained stationary, and then moved slowly westward, until it enveloped America in its murky folds. Sharp flashes of lightning passed through it at intervals, and I heard the smothered groans and cries of the American people.

"A second time the angel dipped water from the ocean, and sprinkled it out as before. The dark cloud was then drawn back to the ocean, in whose heaving billows it sank from view. A third time I heard the mysterious voice saying, 'Son of the Republic, look and learn.' I cast my eyes upon America and beheld villages and towns and cities springing up one after another until the whole land from the Atlantic to the Pacific was dotted with them. Again I heard the mysterious voice say, 'Son of the Republic, the end of the century cometh, look and learn.'

"At this the dark, shadowy angel turned his face southward, and from Africa I saw an ill-omened spectre approach our land. It flitted slowly over every town and city. The inhabitants presently set themselves in battle array against each other. As I continued looking, I saw a bright angel, on whose brow rested a crown of light, on which was traced the word "Union," bearing the American flag, which he placed between the divided nation, and said, 'Remember ye are brethren.' Instantly the inhabitants, casting from them their weapons, became friends once more and united around the National Standard.

"And again I heard the mysterious voice saying, 'Son of the Republic, look and learn.' At this the dark, shadowy angel placed a trumpet to his mouth and blew three distinct blasts; and taking water from the ocean, he sprinkled it upon Europe, Asia, and Africa. Then my eyes beheld a fearful scene: from each of these countries arose thick, black clouds that were joined into one. And throughout this mass there gleamed a dark red light by which I saw hordes of armed men, who, moving with the cloud, marched by land and sailed by sea to America, which country was enveloped in the volume of the cloud. And I dimly saw these vast armies devastate the whole country and burn the villages, towns, and cities that I beheld were springing up. As my ears listened to the thundering of the cannon, clashing of swords, and the shouts and cries of millions in mortal combat, I heard again the mysterious voice saying, 'Son of the Republic, look and learn.' When the voice had ceased, the dark, shadowy angel placed his trumpet once more to his mouth and blew a long and fearful blast.

"Instantly a light as of a thousand suns shone down from above me, and pierced and broke into fragments the dark cloud which enveloped America. At the same moment the angel, upon whose head still shone the word "Union," and who bore our national flag in one hand and a sword in the other, descended from the heavens, attended by legions of white spirits. These immediately joined the inhabitants of America, who I perceived were well-nigh overcome, but who immediately taking courage again, closed up their broken ranks and renewed the battle. Again, amid the fearful noise of the conflict, I heard the mysterious voice saying, 'Son of the Republic, look and learn.' As the voice ceased, the shadowy angel for the last time dipped water from the ocean and sprinkled it upon America. Instantly the dark cloud rolled back, together with the armies it had brought, leaving the inhabitants of the land victorious.

"Then once more I beheld the villages, towns, and cities springing up where I had seen them before, while the bright angel, planting the azure standard he had brought in the midst of them, cried with a loud voice, 'While the stars remain, and the heavens send down dew upon the earth, so long shall the Union last.' And taking from his brow the crown on which was blazoned the word "Union," he placed it upon the Standard, while the people, kneeling down, said, 'Amen.'

"The scene instantly began to fade and dissolve, and I at last saw nothing but the rising, curling vapor I at first beheld. This also disappearing, I found myself once more gazing upon the mysterious visitor, who, in the same voice I had heard before, said, 'Son of the Republic, what you have seen is thus interpreted: Three great perils will come upon the Republic. The most fearful is the third, passing which the whole world united shall not prevail against her. Let every child of the Republic learn to live for his God, his land, and the Union.' With these words the vision vanished, and I started from my seat, and felt that I had seen a vision wherein had been shown me the birth, progress, and destiny of the United States."

"Such, my friends," concluded the venerable narrator, "were the words I heard from General Washington's own lips, and America will do well to profit by them." - Anthony Sherman

American spirits reached a low point during the harsh winter of 1777-78. British troops had marched triumphantly into Philadelphia the previous autumn. Philadelphia was the largest city in the Colonies and the seat of political power. After the British swept into Philadelphia, the Continental Congress fled to the west, first to Lancaster then to York.

VALLEY FORGE

Washington's army had spent the summer of 1777 fighting a string of losing battles. The Americans harassed the British army in skirmishes and minor battles for much of the fighting season. In the fall, the Americans showed pluck at the Battle of Brandywine in September and the Battle of Germantown in October. Yet the Americans were unable to keep the British out of Philadelphia.

In December, Washington marched his tired, beaten, hungry, and sick army to Valley Forge, a location about 20 miles northwest of British-occupied Philadelphia. From Valley Forge, Washington could keep an eye on General Howe's British army ensconced in Philadelphia.

At Valley Forge, there were shortages of everything from food to clothing to medicine. Washington's men were sick from disease, hunger, and exposure. The Continental Army camped in crude log cabins and endured cold conditions while the Redcoats warmed themselves in colonial homes. The patriots went hungry while the British soldiers ate well.

Terms of enlistment were ending for many soldiers in Washington's army. The General wondered if he would even have an army left when the spring thaw finally arrived.

General Washington was upset that local farmers were hoarding much-needed food waiting to earn higher profits in the spring. Some farmers even sneaked grain into Philadelphia to feed the British army, who paid in gold or silver. With each passing night came more desertions. Washington grew privately disgusted at the lack of commitment of his so-called patriot fighters.

Then there was the grumbling of some in Congress and among some of Washington's own officers. Washington's leadership skills were openly questioned. Many said General Horatio Gates was better suited to leading the army. After all, hadn't he scored a major victory in October at the battle of Saratoga.? Within the environment of cold, deprivation, and rebellion, how long could Washington and his army endure?

CONDITIONS AT VALLEY FORGE

Head Quarters, Valley Forge, February 16, 1778

Dear Sir: It is with great reluctance, I trouble you on a subject, which does not fall within your province; but it is a subject that occasions me more distress, than I have felt, since the commencement of the war; and which loudly demands the most zealous exertions of every person of weight and authority, who is interested in the success of our affairs. I mean the present dreadful situation of the army for want of provisions, and the miserable prospects before us, with respect to futurity. It is more alarming than you will probably conceive, for, to form a just idea, it were necessary to be on the spot. For some days past, there has been little less, than a famine in camp. A part of the army has been a week, without any kind of flesh, and the rest for three or four days. Naked and starving as they are, we cannot enough admire the incomparable patience and fidelity of the soldiery, that they have not been ere this excited by their sufferings, to a general mutiny or dispersion. Strong symptoms, however, discontent have appeared in particular instances; and nothing but the most acitive efforts every where can long avert so shocking a catastrophe.

Our present sufferings are not all. There is no foundation laid for any adequate relief hereafter. All the magazines provided in the States of New Jersey, Pensylvania, Delaware and Maryland, and all the immediate additional supplies they seem capable of affording, wil not be sufficient to support the army more than a month longer, if so long. Very little been done to the Eastward, and as little to the Southward; and whatever we have a right to expect from those quarters, must necessarily be very remote; and is indeed more precarious, than could be wished. When the forementioned supplies are exhausted, what a terrible crisis must ensue, unless all the energy of the Continent is exerted to provide a timely remedy?

Impressed with this idea, I am, on my part, putting every engine to work, that I can possibly think of, to prevent the fatal consequences, we have so great a reason to apprehend. I am calling upon all those, whose stations and influence enable them to contribute their aid upons so important an occasion; and from your well known zeal, I expect every thing within the compass of your power, and that the abilities and resources of the state over which you preside, will admit. I am sensible of the disadvantages it labours under, from having been so long the scene of war, and that it must be exceedingly drained by the great demands to which it has been subject. But, tho' you may not be able to contribute materially to our relief, you can perhaps do something towards it; and any assistance, however trifling in itself, will be of great moment at so critical a juncture, and will conduce to keeping the army together till the Commissary's department can be put upon a better footing, and effectual measures concerted to secure a permanent and competent supply. What methods you can take, you will be the best judge of; but, if you can devise any means to procure a quantity of cattle, or other kind of flesh, for the use of this army, to be at camp in the course of a month, you will render a most essential service to the common cause. I have the honor etc. – George Washington, letter to George Clinton (Feb. 16, 1778)

Help came in the form of a Prussian volunteer, Baron Von Steuben. The military leader was aghast at the lack of American discipline. At Washington's urging he trained the Continental Army, Prussian-style. The troops slowly became more professional. Among the soldiers who remained, confidence grew.

Throughout the winter, the weather improved somewhat. Food trickled in from the surrounding countryside. Many wives of soldiers spent time at Valley Forge over the winter. Washington was able to quash those who questioned his leadership abilities.

The Continental Army encamped at Valley Forge in the fall of 1777 with about 12,000 men in its ranks. Death claimed about a quarter of them before spring arrived. Another thousand didn't reenlist or deserted. But the army that remained was stronger. They were fewer but more disciplined. They were weary but firmly resolved.

The next year, 1778, brought greater fortune to the American cause. While Washington froze at Valley Forge, Benjamin Franklin was busy securing the French alliance. Now the war would be different indeed. - Washington at Valley Forge[image error]

"Of all the dispositions and habits, which lead to political prosperity, Religion and Morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of Patriotism, who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of Men and Citizens. The mere Politician, equally with the pious man, ought to respect and to cherish them. A volume could not trace all their connexions with private and public felicity. Let it simply be asked, Where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths, which are the instruments of investigation in Courts of Justice? And let us with caution indulge the supposition, that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect, that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle."

Suspected JOINT HUMAN/ALIEN UNDERGROUND BASES

Many websites, over the years, list a variety of suspected alien bases located on Earth. This is an attempt to provide those locations where some anecdotal evidence persists.

The Dulce, New Mexico Base

An underground Military Base/Laboratory in Dulce, New Mexico connects with the underground network of tunnels that honeycombs our planet, and the lower levels of this base are allegedly under the control of Inner Earth beings or Aliens. This base is connected to Los Alamos research facilities via an underground "tube shuttle." (It can be assumed that such a shuttleway would be a straight-line construction. It should then be possible, by using maps and some deduction, to determine the most likely location of this base, especially since the general location is already known.) Beginning in 1947, a road was built near the Dulce Base, under the cover of a lumber company. No lumber was ever hauled, and the road was later destroyed. Navajo Dam is the Dulce Base's main source of power, though a second source is in El Vado (which is also another entrance). Most of the lakes near Dulce were made via government grants "for" the Indians.

-2nd Level- contains the garage for trains, shuttles, tunnel-boring machines, and UFO maintenance.

-3rd Level - the first 3 levels contain government offices.

-4th Level - Human Aura Research as well as aspects of Dream Manipulation, Hypnosis, and Telepathy. They can lower your heartbeat with Delta Waves and introduce data and programmed reactions into your mind (for those implanted with brain chips). Most people already are, they just don't know it.

-5th Level - witnesses have described huge vats with amber liquid with parts of human bodies being stirred inside. Rows and rows of cages holding men, women, and children to be used as food. Perhaps thousands.

-6th Level - privately called "Nightmare Hall." It contains the genetic labs. Here are where the crossbreeding experiments of human/animals are done on fish, seals, birds, and mice that are vastly altered from their original forms. There are multi-armed and multi-legged humans and several cages and vats of humanoid bat-like creatures up to 7 feet tall.

-7th Level - Row after row of 1,000s of humans in cold storage including children.

Pine Gap - Alice Springs, Australia

This base is a massive multi-leveled facility run by the Club of Rome which, like the Bilderberger organization, is reputedly a cover for the Bavarian Illuminati. Pine Gap is to be a major control center for the New World Order Dictatorship and is equipped with levels of computer terminals tied into the major computer mainframes of the world.

The Nahanni Valley (Canada) Entrance

This covers 250 square miles in the southern end of the Mackenzie Mountains of Canada. It lies almost 550 miles due west of Fort Simpson on the Mackenzie River of northwest Canada. Hot springs and sulfur geysers keep the valley warmer than the surrounding areas by about 30 degrees year-round, making it perpetually mist-covered. This valley is inhabited only by animals as people entering the valley are usually found headless and quite dead. The Indian tribes of the area avoid this valley. This valley is often referred to as "the Valley of the Headless Men.

The Liyobaa Cave Entrance

This was sealed off by Catholic Priests who believed it to be an entrance to "Hell." "The village of 'Liyobaa' or to translate, 'The Cavern of Death,' was located in the province of Zapoteca, somewhere near the ancient village of 'Mictlan' or the village of the 'Underworld.

"The Cavern of Death was actually located in the last chamber of an eight-chamber building or temple. This temple had four rooms above the ground and four more important chambers built below the surface of the Earth. This building was located in "Theozapotlan," and the tunnel entrance led one beneath a mountain.

The Maltese Cave Entrance

This entrance is located on the island of Malta, near the small village of "Casal Paula." (This village is built on the "Corradino" plateau, and overlooks the capital town of Malta, "Valletta," as well as Grand Harbour.) In 1902, workmen digging a well in Casal Paula fell into a subterranean cavern. The well was being dug for a house on "Hal Saflienti," the main street in Casal Paula. The cavern the workers had fallen into connected with an entire complex of caves and tunnels. This entrance is known as the "Hypogeum of Hal Saflienti." (In Latin, "Hypogeum" is the name for an underground structure.) "The tunnels under the Hypogeum have been sealed off even since a school took 30 students into the caves and disappeared, guide and all. Search parties were never able to locate any trace of the people and children.

The Staffordshire, England Entrance

Somewhere in Staffordshire, England, a lonely field exists in which a laborer discovered a large iron plate beneath the dirt. The "hatch" was large and oval, with an iron ring mounted on it. This entrance led into the tunnels. The field is in a valley surrounded on almost all sides by woods. The laborer was digging a trench for some purpose. The incident was reported in "A History of Staffordshire" by Dr. Plot, who wrote the book in the late 1700s. It may be possible to find the entrance if it can be ascertained exactly which valley the laborer was digging in.

The Mt. Lassen Entrance

Mt. Lassen in Tehama County, California is an entrance to a large underground city. Near the foot of Mt. Lassen is a town called Manten. A man named "Ralph B. Fields" lived there, and found the entrance to the underground city. His friend "Joe" was with him. The cave entrance is in the side of the mountain, at a little over 7,000 feet above sea level, and is near a rock outcropping suitable for camping under.

Death Valley, CA. Entrance

Local Indian legends speak of a tunnel that runs beneath the desert. (Note: The book "Death Valley Men," tells the story of 3 people who are supposed to have found an underground city connected with this tunnel, and who actually took treasures from it. The entrance to the Death Valley Tunnel is in the Panamint Mountains down on the lower edge of the range near Wingate Pass, in the bottom of an old abandoned shaft. The bottom of the shaft is collapsed, opening an entrance into a large tunnel system containing much treasure. These tunnels connect with the surface also through arches in the side of the mountain and they look down on Death Valley. They're high above the valley now, but they were once on the edge of the water and were accessed by boats. The "windows" on the Death Valley side of the Panamint Mountains are about 4,500-5,000 feet above the bottom of Death Valley and are across from Furnace Creek Ranch. From these openings, you can see the green of the ranch below you and Furnace Creek Wash across the valley. You can drive down Emigrant Canyon towards Death Valley. You can then park beside the road between Furnace Creek Ranch and the Salt Bed. Indian legends of the Paiutes Indians speak of the people who used to live in the Panamint's caverns.

The Mt. Shasta, CA Entrance

There are tunnels beneath Mt. Shasta that lead to a UFO base there, as well as tunnels that connect with the vast worldwide tunnel network. The Lemurian city "Telos" is said to exist beneath Mt. Shasta. William Hamilton has done much research on Mt. Shasta and the tunnels. He has privately published a book entitled "Alien Magic".

The Brown Mountain Entrance

Brown Mountain is in North Carolina near Morganton. Morganton is "about 15 miles north of an actual highway marker which has been posted by the state providing any visitor the best view" of Brown Mountain. Brown Mountain is an area in which many strange lights have been seen. Some entrances lead inside the mountain to an isolated alien base.

Canadian UFO Bases

Entrances at Lake Ontario are possible underwater UFO bases/cities. Toronto Tunnels leading to subterranean city. Newfoundland Condemned Iron Mine connects with tunnels. Lake Ontario "Lights" Orange-colored spheres have been seen coming out of/diving into Lake Ontario. The area of highest activity is between Oakville and Toronto. There may be a connection to the Lakeview Hydro-electric plant, as many of these UFOs have been seen heading in that direction.

Toronto Entrance

There is a small opening to the underground tunnels off Parliament Street in downtown Toronto. (The entrance is between two apartment buildings, and leads to the tunnels via the sewers.) The underground city beneath Toronto has its center beneath Gerrard Street and Church Street. Above this area, strange magnetic effects have been observed. This corner of Gerrard & Church streets has a higher accident rate than anywhere else in Toronto. It is believed that underground equipment utilizing powerful magnetic fields which have caused many strange magnetic effects in houses near this intersection are responsible for the bizarre equipment failures that often are the cause of these accidents. The Indians near Toronto have legends of these tunnels.

Newfoundland Iron Mine Entrance

After one of the Iron Mines in Newfoundland Province had been dug deeper than any other, strange happenings caused the mine to be shut down. The mining town in which this mine is located is near the Newfoundland-Quebec Border. This mine, having been condemned, is off-limits, and the police DO enforce this. Sneaking in late at night seems to be the only way to gain entrance.
