BIGFOOT ENCOUNTER Causes Sudden FEAR & MEMORY LOSS!

A North Carolina pizza delivery driver is suddenly startled when the bipedal creature 'lands' in the bed of his pickup truck! The driver loses memory of the event and finds himself back at the pizza shop.

The following account was forwarded to me:

"This incident occurred in 1990 in Gray's Creek Township, North Carolina. At the time, I was a pizza delivery driver. On this particular night, I was driving and returning from a delivery, when a black, 7-foot-tall creature with a human-like face fell from the sky and crashed into the back bed of my truck. Its expression was of a murderous hate-filled rage and it roared at me after crawling out the bed and stood on the road. I drove off in a panic.

Curiously, I have no memory of driving back to the pizza joint, only that one moment I was driving away from the creature, looking at it in my rearview, and the next, I was back at my job site.

When I attempted to get out of my truck, my knees buckled, and I was gasping for air. I needed the armrest to hold myself up. The owner wanted to take me to the hospital but I eventually agreed to have him take me home.

My boss and father examined the truck after hearing his story. They found the bed sides near the rear window (where it had landed) were damaged, as well, as blood was found and tufts of hair. There was also a horrible odor. I believe that the only thing that made sense was that the creature had been in a tree and it had fallen out (or intentionally jumped) and landed on the rear bed of my truck!" L

Can Reading a Book Affect the ENERGY & DYNAMICS Around Us?

I received another example of a book changing the dynamics and energy around the reader. I don't believe that is an uncommon phenomenon. Have you ever experienced a similar event?

A reader responded to my previous post 'GOD'S FOOD': AN UNINTENDED TALE?:

"Dear, Lon. I just read your post on 'God's Food - An Unintended Tale?' and it reminded me of my own experience with a particular book back in high school.

It was the summer of 1998, I was 14 and going into junior high. The reading list given that summer was rather boring. So when we were at the bookstore, I asked my mom to also buy me a separate book, since I enjoyed reading and none of the books on the reading list seemed like they were going to satisfy the itch.

I saw the front cover of the book 'Sleepers,' by Lorenzo Carcaterra, and thought it looked intriguing. If you are not familiar with the story, it was supposed to be a true story, and I remember the book cover had a picture of the actors in the 1996 film.

I read this book in the evenings, usually after dinner and once we were all settled into our own activities. My home was not without its family dramas, and my father was always hard on me (I am the firstborn). I would do anything to avoid his wrath, and books were a refuge for me.

Nonetheless, I began to realize that whenever I read this book, bad things would happen. I have blocked out most of these memories, but I do remember that it was almost like I was absorbing the negative energy from the story into my life.

If it was a calm evening, something would happen with my father, and I would get punished severely, more than other nights/weeks. Or there would be strong arguments between my parents. Other times, the negativity happened the next day.

But if things were already heavy at home, and I read from the pages, things would go over the top. Once I noticed this pattern, I decided to stop reading this book.

I believe that book is still in a box somewhere in storage. I never had the desire to finish reading it, and I never had the desire to watch the film, even to this day.

It would be interesting to know if anyone else has had this type of experience with that book, or with others - and more importantly, why or how does this happen? Are we inviting the energies into our homes and lives? Are people who are stressed more sensitive or vulnerable to these energies?" Jon

NOTE: I believe that outside influences, like books, films, etc., can affect the energy around us. Over time, I have received similar accounts where the experiencer would recognize that certain events would change the dynamics of life. It's an interesting phenomenon. Lon

LOST TIME & LINGERING PAIN Followed Experiencer's HUMANOID ENCOUNTER

The incident happened several years ago, but it really stuck with the experiencer just because of how strange it was, an encounter with an unknown humanoid.

"This incident happened several years ago, but it really stuck with me just because of how strange it was. I'm hoping this is the proper place to put it, as my encounter was with a humanoid being.

Anyway, I was heading out of my house at around 6 am. It was summer, so I took my walks at sunrise to avoid the daytime heat. I had done this many times and had my walk down to a science. Just my muscle memory could get me through.

So, shortly after leaving my home, I'm heading up this road toward the highway. I lived behind a school, so I was very aware of the roads and vehicles, even if I was distracted by something else. Which I was. As I walked down this road, I was going through playlists on my MP3 player. I was almost right on the first intersecting road by the time I found what I wanted to listen to and looked up.

Everything was normal, and there were no cars to be seen, which made sense as it was a Saturday morning. So, I continued up toward the highway where there was a sidewalk.

But about three intersections from the highway, I noticed a shadow on the School Zone sign ahead of me. Figuring it was mine, I just kept walking. I was only two intersections away when a disturbing thought hit me. I was walking east. There was no way that shadow belonged to me, and since there was absolutely no one around, there was no way on Earth that that shadow was really a shadow.

As if it could read my thoughts and sudden fear, a figure stepped out into the intersection right behind the school. And the only thing I can figure it was was a Grey alien. It had all the features: spindly limbs, an enormous head, gigantic black eyes, and barely a nose, ears, or lips to speak of.

For anyone else, this would have been time to panic and run, but my military training kicked in. I didn't know what it was. I didn't know what it wanted. But I knew it had no place this close to my home and my children.

So, I charged at it, hoping at the very least to run it off, or better still, find some way to capture it. Of course, under both of those desires, I wanted to kill it. To this day, I don't know why I wanted to kill it. Maybe it was part of my training that had stuck into my brain, or maybe it was because this being was undoubtedly a threat, at least in my mind. I don't think aliens come all the way to our neck of the intergalactic woods just to hide behind signs. Something was going on here, and I had to fix it.

The next thing I know, I'm standing at the intersection. The creature was gone. Naturally, I was confused. The sun was higher than it should have been, and a quick glance at my MP3 player showed that I'd missed at least ten songs. By my best guess, I was missing nearly half an hour. Now, scared and disoriented, I turned back and walked home. It was already getting hot, and heatstroke was not going to help me sort out everything that had just happened.

I haven't told this story to anyone other than my parents and a single friend. We all agree that this was something strange and that whatever it was, it was definitely not right. Even now, years later, I wonder what I really saw. Was it really an alien? Did I honestly try to capture and kill an actual extraterrestrial? I don't have those answers. And that scares me.

But one thing is, I don't think I got abducted. I don't have weird dreams, and I couldn't find any mysterious marks anywhere on my body. The only thing that I can't explain is a painful feeling in my upper left arm. It feels like there is something in there, but X-rays have shown nothing. Could it be that I was tagged by this creature the same way we tag animals for study? Another question I can't answer, and that scares the daylights out of me. This pain has not gone away, but I have become accustomed to it. Maybe one day, I'll be able to get better scans of my arm and see if maybe a different machine could see what the X-rays couldn't." P

'GOD'S FOOD': AN UNINTENDED TALE?

I received this strange account from a reader in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She describes the night her grandparents passed. The incident closely mirrors an event experienced by a friend.

"Hi Lon - I have a true story to share with you and your readers. This occurred in 1968 when I was 8 years old. My family lived in a large Italianate-style home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It had been my father's home when he was a boy and had been in his family since the 1850s.

At the time my paternal grandparents were living there as well. In fact, my aunt and cousins also lived in separate apartments that had been built onto the original house. We were a very tight-knit family involved with many of the civic activities in our small community.

My grandmother loved to read stories to me and my cousins though most of the time it was only myself. She had a large sitting room on the 2nd floor filled with 19th-century antiques. She preferred to read by candlelight as she did when she was a girl growing up in the same house. The atmosphere in the room was a throwback to a more simple time.

This particular evening had an ominous feeling to it. It was early July and the house was exceptionally warm. There had been a series of thunderstorms with pouring rain off and on for several hours. I tried to get comfortable in the sitting room while listening to my grandmother read but there was little relief. She had just read a short story from Grimm's Fairy Tales titled "God's Food":

There were once upon a time two sisters, one of whom had no children and was rich, and the other had five and was a widow, and so poor that she no longer had food enough to satisfy herself and her children. In her need, therefore, she went to her sister, and said, my children and I are suffering the greatest hunger. You are rich, give me a mouthful of bread. The very rich sister was as hard as a stone, and said, I myself have nothing in the house, and drove away the poor creature with harsh words.

After some time the husband of the rich sister came home, and was just going to cut himself a piece of bread, but when he made the first cut into the loaf, out flowed red blood. When the woman saw that she was terrified and told him what had occurred. He hurried away to help the widow and her children, but when he entered her room, he found her praying. She had her two youngest children in her arms, and the three eldest were lying dead. He offered her food, but she answered, for earthly food have we no longer any desire. God has already satisfied the hunger of three of us, and he will hearken to our supplications likewise. Scarcely had she uttered these words than the two little ones drew their last breath, whereupon her heart broke, and she sank down dead.

After she read the story I told her I was going to the kitchen to get a drink of cold water. She looked over at me and said "...don't be long, you may miss something." I ran down the hallway to the kitchen and got my drink. I started to walk back towards the sitting room when I noticed a wispy white cloud rush out of the sitting room doorway and into my grandparent's bedroom across the hall. I was startled and immediately overcome with dread and apprehension. I walked slowly into the sitting room and knew right away that my grandmother had passed away. That same night my grandfather, who had been feeling ill and was lying on his bed at the time my grandmother died, passed away in his sleep.

A few years later, my 5th-grade teacher gave each one of my classmates a list of literary collections in which we were assigned to pick a few favorite short stories and give a report to the class. Grimm's Fairy Tales was part of the list, and I did not intend to use any of the titles.

The next day my friend and classmate Linda came to my house after school. We were talking about the assignment and discussing which titles we would choose. As we read down the list we came to Grimm's Fairy Tales. Immediately Linda said, "Nope - no Grimm's Fairy Tales." I asked her "Why?" She explained that something weird happened to her when she was younger and that Grimm's Fairy Tales brought back terrible memories. Wow! I asked, "What happened?" Linda started to explain the scenario - it was a horrifying but familiar account.

When Linda was very young her father would read her and her sister bedtime stories. Every night their father would pick out a new short story. The girls looked forward to it since he would act out some of the characters. One night he decided to read "God's Food" though he had warned them that it was just a fairy tale and that it conveyed a message about having goodwill towards others. He quickly read the story and then kissed each of them goodnight. About a minute later they heard terrible thumping and crashing sounds. They jumped out of bed and ran out onto the landing - to discover that their father had fallen down the stairs and had broken his neck. Their mother was hysterical and totally out of control - to the point that she never recovered from their father's death. She eventually became a recluse.

I was stunned by Linda's story. Since then I have wondered if this particular tale had caused other tragedies. I have researched for years but have never found anything similar to our experiences. Could these incidents be related somehow? What possible connection could the story and our situations have?

I still live in the family home with my husband where we raised our three children. I would occasionally be visited by the spirits of my grandparents and they were always together. In fact, they still pay me a visit around the Thanksgiving holiday, which they both truly enjoyed in life. Linda and I are still very close friends but she misses her father deeply and wishes that he would find her one day." J

Terrifying Encounter With a SKINWALKER!

The late paranormal researcher/author and friend Rosemary Ellen Guiley forwarded the following article for reprint, in which she discussed the Skinwalker phenomenon.

"In Native American lore, especially throughout the American Southwest, skinwalkers are sorcerers who shapeshift into animal form at night and practice their black arts.

J.G. Bucklin is part Apache, and related to me a terrifying experience he had with a skinwalker.

JGB: I saw the a skinwalker around 1993. I was working as security in a hotel in Taos, New Mexico It was a beautiful summer and the nights were warm and comfortable. I always worked the graveyard shift. This hotel was haunted and I experienced a few things, but nothing prepared me for what I saw that night.

It was after midnight, close to 2 AM, and I was in my car patrolling. I parked under a tree and I guess I semi-drifted off. Suddenly, something struck the bottom of my car with enough force to make it sway. This car was a rather heavy 1978 Thunderbird. I started the car and pulled forward turning around in the lot.

Sitting where I had been parked was a dog-like thing with an odd face staring me down. I felt a dark energy about it, like it was invading my soul. It had human features, especially the eyes. They had that spark of human, but they were whole evil. Its face didn’t have a long snout. It looked like a human nose, a bit extended but not black tipped like a dog. As for size and body, it was a bit bigger than an adult German Shepard. Its fur was rather mangy and dirty-looking black and tan. It was thickly muscled.

Looking at this thing gave me that feeling of fear instinct, when you know you’re in big danger.

I hit the gas and tried to hit it with the car. It ran off the property onto native land across the road. It then ran back across onto the hotel property. I made chase. It ran into a third parking lot.

It then ran into an area called the “ponds,” where the weeds grow about eight to nine feet tall. There were two large cesspools there, and the area was really weed-filled. I parked and grabbed my pistol and ran on foot after it. I could hear it moving through the weeds. It was circling, trying to come up behind me. Then it rushed and threw me aside like I was built of matchsticks! I felt around and found my pistol and made chase. What ran in on four legs ran back out on two! It looked like a shambling, nude man-like thing that screamed as it fled. The scream was both human and animal – it was horrifying.

The thing ran across an area that had sagebrush and cactus, in the direction of some houses, so I could not risk a shot at it.

That morning I told the hotel housekeeping crew what happened. Some of the girls were natives from the Taos pueblo. They said matter of factly, “Oh yeah, you saw a skinwalker.”

Since then my luck has not been the best – several failed marriages and failed kidneys. My bad luck may or may not have been a result of my encounter. I saw to it that a shaman, Tall Eagle Boy, saged, rattled and prayed over me within the week. We blew sacred smoke. He passed away since.

REG: Do you have any idea why the skinwalker engaged with you?

JGB: I know it was stalking me. I was parked on hotel property but who knows how long he was prowling. He may have been watching me for weeks, or even months. My big question is, how did it fit under my car, which was somewhat low and quite heavy. When it struck the bottom of my car, I felt the jolt and the car actually “rocked.”

REG: Have you recovered in health and luck?

JGB: Since then my sacred protector is a large white wolf that appeared to me in a dream, and I have seen it in fleeting glimpses. Among my people, the wolf is brave, and takes care of its family.

My health has diminished but has stabilized. It has taken time, but my luck has improved greatly. I think that prayer and the timely introduction of my spirit animal may have broken any hold skinwalker may have had – I hope.

Skinwalkers are common among more than the Navajo – Apache and other tribes also have these abominations. Our people learn to avoid them and not speak of them. Like a big dummy, I made the mistake of attempting combat.

REG comments: The reason for this engagement with a skinwalker will probably never be known, but for some reason, J.G. Bucklin landed on its radar. Perhaps it meant to toy with him by bucking the car. Skinwalkers are shapeshifters, and so it would be possible for them to fit into narrow spaces. When J.G. gave chase—instead of leaving the scene, as many would have done—it retaliated by leaving its mark of a debilitating effect on his life. Similar effects have been reported after engagements with men and women in black, black-eyed kids and people, the Djinn, and other entities who carry a baleful energy.

The safest thing to do in an unexpected encounter is to leave the scene, and especially avoid eye contact."

HUGE UPRIGHT 'CRYPTID CANINE' Encountered in Plymouth County, Iowa

An Iowa woman and her boyfriend witness a huge bipedal canine one evening near their home. They are also hearing unrecognized 'voices' and believe that the creature is communicating with them.

I received the following account:

"Hi. I live in Northwest Iowa in Plymouth County on a farm that was first settled in the 1850s. I just moved out here about 3 months ago and there has been something stalking the farm. At first, I thought it was coyotes or even feral dogs and took appropriate measures (yes we have livestock guardian dogs and they do their job). But tonight both my boyfriend and I saw something that really doesn’t fit any local wildlife.

The first time I saw it was around 8:15 pm, and it was about 50 feet away with greyish fur, but it covered somewhere around half an acre to an acre in a matter of seconds. It was big, very big! By the time it got to the tree line and looked back at me (with forward-facing eyes), it was every bit of 8-9 feet tall!

About an hour later my boyfriend and I were back outside and we both saw it at that point much closer, just across the road. Maybe 100 feet away? And it was every bit of the same 8-9 feet tall, with a bipedal gait. It was snapping full-sized tree branches.

We have been hearing voices outside that were NOT human and NOT a regular animal vocalizing. I believe that this huge dog creature has been making the voices. I know it sounds crazy, but it seems it is trying to communicate with us.

I'm really scared. I wish that I knew what we were dealing with!" T

Possible PALE, PRANCING 'NOT DEER' Witnessed Near Burgess Falls State Park, Tennessee

A Tennessee witness describes a deer-like creature while driving in Central Tennessee to work one early morning. The creature's features were 'off' and the coloring was pale.

I received the following account:

"My sighting occurred outside of Burgess Falls State Park, Tennessee. It was the Fall of 2021 and I was driving to work in the early morning pre-dawn hours. The road is pretty much the main road through the area and deer are a pretty common sight year round in this area.

So as I was driving to work on my left I saw the familiar silhouette of a deer about to cross the street and I slowed down a bit to compensate and prepare for any more of the herd that might decide to jump across. It was far enough away I didn't have to slow but maybe five or ten mph slower so not a huge shift, just enough to let it pass.

So it runs across in front of me and only as I pass it and my headlights hit it better do I realize that something is off. Of course, by then it's too late for a detailed look as I can't stop and look.

It was almost all white. I'll be willing to concede this as an illusion of the headlights in passing as well as that albino and light colorings do happen on occasion, however - its proportions were off just ever so slightly.

It had an approximation similar to a llama or an alpaca but that is NOT what it appeared as, it simply had a similar build. Its legs were just ever so slightly too long for a deer, and its neck as well. It was a head or two taller than my car. All of that is hindsight details however from what set my alarm bells off which was the way it was walking.

Anyone familiar with deer knows how they usually bound and run across a street. This thing did only what I can describe as a prancing of a sort. If you've ever seen a dog do that little run where their legs are cartoonishly pittering very fast together but they aren't bending their knees this is what it kind of looked like." J

PALE, BLACK-EYED HUMANOID Seen Digging Under Lickford Bridge, Indiana

A couple are exploring an infamous bridge near Corydon, Indiana when they hear noise underneath the structure. They witness a pale, black-eyed humanoid squatted and digging!

I received the following account:

"It was in Corydon, Indiana, in the summer of 2017. My wife (now ex) and I had heard stories of the legend of Lickford Bridge and decided to check it out for ourselves. The story goes that back in the day the man who used to own the land would take his workers to the bridge and slit their throats and then dump their bodies into the river below. In more modern times after the house was renovated along with the bridge, a father killed his young family and buried them under the porch before killing himself on the bridge. There are apparently police records from the time and you can see where the porch of the house has been dug up.

So it was around 1 am when we decided to go. It was a humid and rather hot summer night, and we were driving with the windows down in a black car. As we turned down Lickford Road to go to the bridge which was pretty far back in the boonies, it began to get colder. By the time we arrived at the bridge, it was cold enough to see your breath. After crossing the bridge we noticed what had to have been thousands of fireflies in the trees looking like Christmas lights. Even after going to the house, we never felt any sense of dread or fear, just a general spooky vibe from an abandoned building.

On the way back towards the bridge, as we were about to cross, we heard a noise off to our left down by the bank. I figured it sounded like a deer hoofing the ground or something along those lines. As we went closer to investigate it became more clear it was the sound of digging and the dirt was occasionally being thrown into the water. When I shined my flashlight down the bank we saw what appeared to be a person in a squatting position and rapidly throwing dirt over their shoulder while digging. Upon closer inspection, the figure was pale white and seemingly emaciated. As my light traveled up its back and came closer to its head it stopped digging and its head shot up quickly as it briefly turned around to face us. All I remember seeing were sunken, black eyes. We made a break for the car. Now the black car was covered in dust from the dirt road leading to the bridge, and when I shined my light on my car I saw several hand prints with elongated fingers. We drove away and vowed to never come back." B

CRAWLER HUMANOID in Cemetery Follows Witness Home?

A Binghamton, New York resident is in a cemetery when they encounter a 'Gollum-like' entity. The witness's sister later experiences strange activity. Is there a connection?

I received this creepy account:

"We live in New York, specifically around the Binghamton area. We would go to the Evergreen Cemetery in Owego a lot. We would go to take pictures during the day because it was a beautiful. The highest peak of the cemetery looked out over the main downtown area and once night set it was an incredible sight.

Anyway, before this experience I have had previous encounters after dark with my fiancé and his friends. But this was nothing like the others. After dark this cemetery’s entire ambiance changes in an instant. I am hyper aware of every corner of my vision, my hearing and I just feel incredibly uneasy. My adrenaline starts to rise. So this one night my younger sister wanted to go see what I was talking about. So I'm like sure, but we need to stay in the car.

We enter the cemetery, which is a hill that evens out past the old grounds keepers house, then around a tight right turn. This then turns into a straight hill with a open area of graves to the left and to the right. Then another branch of road to the right a little ways up. We take that turn which you can keep following or you can turn off to leave. I stop at the small “intersection” and we sit in silence, taking in what we can see. The feeling of being watched creeps in after a while.

My sister then starts to frantically pull my arm and as I look at her I notice her gaze is fixated near a grave stone. The best way I can describe what I saw is this. It looked like I was looking at the back of Gollum from 'The Lord of the Rings,' but bigger. It was long, emaciated looking and hairless. Then its head whipped around and locked eyes with my sister. She froze and stopped shaking my arm, so I all but slammed the car into drive and sped down the hill out of the cemetery. It all happened so fast that I wasn’t able to get a good look at this things face and I'm not sure I really wanted to at the time.

Months passed by and my sister starting experiencing strange things at her house. Waking up with unknown bruises, feeling watched every night and just fear of being alone in her room. So I stayed over one night with her and as we lay down for bed, she rolls towards the wall “If you feel like something is staring at you, don't turn around..” And let me tell you. She wasn’t wrong. I had a hard time falling asleep, which was weird for me because we both grew up in the house we were in, so this shouldn’t have been a problem. So I'm laying on my back, eyes closed, listening to the dog chew on his bone near the closet. Then I feel this tall presence at the foot of the bed. I trying not to move, thinking I'm just scaring myself because of what she said. But I was wrong.

My sister, who I assumed was asleep, slowly reaches over and holds my hand under the blanket and squeezes. The blanket rips of my feet and the feeling of cold hands on my ankles sends goosebumps throughout my body. I squeeze her hand back waiting for it to be over. Now I never fell asleep up to this point in the night. I had been wide awake just laying there. So this happened all while being awake. The feeling and presence vanished soon after and I curled up further on the bed and called for the dog.

The next morning I had bruises covering my ankles. Needless to say, I don't spend the night over there anymore. This was a crazy experience and I have seen this thing on other occasions while at Evergreen Cemetery and my sister eventually was able to get this thing out of her house. Its still pretty scary to think about, and sometimes I feel a bit weird when I visit her." G
