AP memo: Marriage license not enough proof of a same-sex marriage
Thankfully I've written a book and a boatload of commentary pieces in which I refer to my legally-wed spouse as my husband. I say "thankfully" because according to a new Associated Press memo, the AP is only going to list my actual husband as my husband, actually, if there is some sort of documented proof that I use the term to describe him:

Civil unions are on the move in Colorado:

After final approval in the Senate, the bill is expected to pass the House. The National Organization For Marriage is expected to pass a brick or a cow.
