The fact is hormones are the most important cell signaling system in our body. Hormones signal the gut, the esophagus, the heart, the kidneys, the lungs, and the brain which contains the all-mighty hippocampus, the site of brain regeneration. The hippocampus stores and retrieves memories that define who we are. Without all these hormone signals, we cannot live a full, healthy, and meaningful life.

When we think of doctors who specialize in hormone replacement, we think of gynecologists and urologists. Truth be told, most OB/GYNS and urologists know very little about hormones. A survey in 2023 revealed that only 31% of gynecologists had any training in hormones, usually just one short class in medical school. For the past 22 years, hormones have not been taught in medical schools, osteopathic schools, naturopathic schools or nursing schools. If you are not “taught” hormones, you won’t “think” hormones. Yet, OB/GYN, urologists, gastroenterologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, pulmonologists, and especially gerontologists are not trained in hormones, and are not thinking about hormones during your office visit or while they examine you. They do not include hormone levels as part of your yearly health evaluation. You might ask why did this happen? It all goes back to the 2002 Women’s Health Initiative study which was wrongly interpreted. The original authors reported to the world that hormones cause breast cancer and heart disease, two medical conditions hormones were originally thought to prevent. Because of this 2002 study, hormones became feared, vilified, and no longer taught in medical schools. However, within months of the publication of the WHI study, re-analyses began unveiling deeper facts that went unnoticed by the mass media. Nineteen years later, the original authors republished their findings admitting that the original “Be scared of estrogen” was wrong. In fact, re-analysis found, that estrogen “protects” healthy breasts more than any other agent ever investigated.

Estrogen therapies taken for an average of 5 years reduce the risk of getting breast cancer by 23%.  If you do get breast cancer and were lucky enough to have been on estrogen therapies for an average of 5 years, your risk of dying from breast cancer was reduced by 44%.

Nothing has ever been so breast-protective as estrogen. The new 10 million study published in April 2024 by our own NIH is the largest study ever run on hormone replacement. This study of 10 million Medicare-age women tracked hormone use and health outcomes, demonstrating that estrogen therapies statistically reduce the risk of getting breast cancer. There is no debate. The data is clear that estrogen is breast-protective. They also found estrogen statistically (beyond chance) prevents lung cancer and colorectal cancer, prevents dementia, and helps older women live 19% longer with better quality of life.

Today, doctors and patients alike are frightened of hormones. Mass misinformation has created mass fear. The fear and avoidance of hormones have led to mass downstream poor health. Doctors are not testing our hormone levels or providing hormone treatments. Your doctor is more apt to write a script for birth control pills than test and treat your hormones with natural, safer, bioidentical hormones. Instead, we are bombarded with the message that hormones cause cancer and should be feared. Doctors tell us we do not need hormones, and we should age gracefully without hormone replacement. When this happens, YOU lose out and miss out on great hormonal medical care.

Enter center stage Dr. Jeffrey Dach with this second edition of Bioidentical Hormones 101. Step by step, Dr. Dach explains the studies that show the “fear” of estrogen is “irrational” and “unfounded.”  It is widely believed estrogen causes breast cancer. This belief is false, based on old studies which are wrong. In this book, Dr. Dach dives deep into the science, obliterating the myths and misgivings about hormones. He examines the safety of bioidentical hormones versus synthetic hormones which have been “pushed” on doctors by Big Pharma. When the money is followed, the corrupting influence of Big Pharma becomes obvious. What about high-risk women with a history of breast cancer?  Dr. Dach even addresses hormone safety and efficacy in breast cancer patients. Did you know that testosterone is breast cancer protective? Testosterone up-regulates estrogen receptor beta (ER-beta), the anti-cancer receptor. There are two main estrogen receptors, ER-alpha and ER-beta. The ER-beta receptor is a “tumor suppressor.” The ER-beta receptor also tamps down chronic excessive inflammation. So, it is also an “inflammation suppressor.” Science now recognizes that many diseases start with chronic excessive inflammation.

The male hormone testosterone’s final metabolite (break-down product) is called 3-beta-adiol, which activates estrogen receptor beta (ER-beta). This inhibits (blocks) breast cell proliferation (or growth-out-of-control). You will learn in this book that breast cancer patients can be given testosterone. Women with adequate testosterone blood levels have “less” breast cancer in the first place. And Dr. Dach shares how testosterone, can even be given to ER+ breast cancer patients on aromatase inhibitors as well as to triple-negative breast cancer patients. These cell types have no hormone receptors at all, so why deprive them of hormones?  Most doctors do not know this unless they read Dr. Dach’s book!  We think that doctors know the science. But in reality, very few do. They are too busy working. In reading this book, you will learn about hormones from A to Z. Dr. Dach goes into striking detail about how the fear of breast cancer associated with hormone replacement is no longer valid. Instead, the increased breast cancer risk applies only to the combination of estrogen with a synthetic version of progesterone, called a “progestin” (medroxyprogesterone, MPA) and not to estrogen alone. And there is no increased risk of breast cancer with the combination of estrogen and natural progesterone. Dr. Dach demonstrates that avoiding hormone replacement puts women in harm’s way. Avoiding hormones means a dysfunctional immune system, less breast protection, less quality of life, and aging before your time.

I met Dr. Dach in April 2024, when Dr. David Brownstein and I put on our own continuing medical education course for MDs, NPs, nurses, PAs and NDs called “Everything Hormones” offering 16 hours of CME, continuing medical education credits. We had almost 300 doctors and nurse practitioners from 7 countries. Many were OB/GYNs and urologists. They had feared hormones. Most admitted to us they knew very little about hormones and knew little about how to test, track, and prescribe hormones. Honestly, it was quite shocking. Both you and your providers need education in hormones. Healthy hormones and balanced natural hormone replacement leads to:

Less breast cancer.
Less prostate cancer.
Less dementia.
Less hip fractures.
Less heart and renal disease.
More energy.
More immune resilience.

And oh, lest we forget, less diabetes. Hormones help our blood sugar stay healthy and stable.

My entire life focus has been on hormones. I have written many books on hormones. I have been a distinguished hormone scholar at an environmental estrogen think tank, the Center for Bioenvironmental Research at Tulane and Xavier Universities. My life had been ruined by hormones. I was a DES daughter. I started using bioidentical, natural hormones over three decades ago. I was not trained on their use in medical school, but the subject fascinated me. Instead, my medical school training was on the application of synthetic, foreign hormone molecules that lack receptors in the human body. Instead, synthetic hormones have unpredictable off-target effects, making them endocrine-disrupting chemicals. How come I was not made aware of the benefits and common sense of using bioidentical, natural hormones? The reason is clear: Bioidentical, natural hormones cannot be patented—just as any natural substance similarly cannot be patented.  The big pharma cartel has no interest in using non-patentable products as their profit margin can be greatly exaggerated by using synthetic items that can be patented. When I learned of the difference between a natural substance–where the human body had receptors available to bind the item and was designed to utilize and then detoxify from the material—and a synthetic item—where there were no receptors and a markedly decreased ability to detoxify the molecule—the choice was clear to me: There simply was no excuse to ever utilize a synthetic hormone when a bioidentical, natural version was available.  This epiphany made biochemical sense as well as common sense. Unfortunately, in medicine, common sense isn’t so common, and the majority of physicians inappropriately prescribe toxic, synthetic hormones.  Synthetic hormones are associated with a plethora of adverse effects, while bioidentical, natural hormones are a much safer option. This is predictable because the human body was designed to function with natural hormones.  Dr. Jeffrey Dach has written another round of excellent books. Bioidentical Hormones 101, Second Edition, provides the reader with a comprehensive analysis of the clinical use of hormones. This collection is a masterpiece of information that is integral to any physician interested in the use of natural, bioidentical hormones. In 2007, I was a keynote speaker at the International Society of Orthomolecular Medicine’s (ISOM) annual meeting. That is when I first met Dr. Jeffrey Dach, who was in the audience for my presentation on premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and the effective treatment with bioidentical progesterone. Dr. Dach is a brilliant, scholarly doctor with a long career in conventional and integrative medicine. In 2007, Dr. Dach was just getting started in the field of bioidentical hormone replacement and has since become a close colleague and leading advocate for bioidentical hormones. My original work on progesterone revealed the critical distinctions between bioidentical progesterone and synthetic versions of progesterone called progestins. Bioidentical progesterone shares the same chemical structure as progesterone produced by the human ovary and adrenal glands. However, progestins are chemically altered versions of progesterone. Progestins are endocrine-disrupting chemicals found in birth control pills, intrauterine devices (IUDs), and older versions of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). As explained in this book, progestin-containing hormone formulas should be declined. Bioidentical hormone formulas are preferred. For many years, I have been fighting an uphill battle against pharmaceutical companies who have promoted synthetic progestins as equivalent to bioidentical progesterone. They are not equivalent, as clearly explained throughout this book.

Dr. Dach has been a staunch ally and has done much to advance the discourse on bioidentical hormone therapy for women of all ages. Autism is increasing and is now 1 in 31 children says HHS Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr. in a recent press conference yesterday. In California the autism rate is 1 in 12.5 children. In addition, RFKJr says autism is not genetic. Although there are genetic markers for methylation defects which may predisposed to the syndrome, autism is caused by an environmental toxin. Working with Jay Bhattacharya, the new director of the NIH, RFK Jr says a new research project is under way to identify this environmental toxin. During the press conference, RFK Jr was very careful not to mention the V-word. I will do it for him here. Surprise! This mysterious environmental toxin is called hyper\/a<

Two lawyers, Ralph Lorigo and Beth Parlato, handled 189 cases across the United States, all with similar circumstances. 189 critically ill CO\/lD patients with the hospital refusing
I\/ermectin, and their spouses suing hospitals as a desperate measure to compel the hospital to give the I\/ermectin to save the life of their loved one. In half of those cases they won, the hospital was ordered by the court to give I\/ermectin, and only three patients died. In the cases they lost, the I\/ermectin was withheld, and every patient died. The judges’ political party matched the outcome of the trial. All the Republican judges ruled in favor of the plaintiffs. And all the Democrat judges were the ones that ruled against the plaintiffs.

What Are Bioidentical Hormones?

This is nowhere more true than for hormone systems in the body. Imagine the beauty of a full orchestra playing Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue conducted by Leonard Bernstein. Then imagine replacing Leonard Bernstein with an eight year old playing Heavy Metal music. That is what happens when synthetic chemically altered hormones are placed into the human body. Gershwin’s masterpiece is transformed into a monstrous cacophony. I don’t recommend it. (1-2)

How Not to Study Women’s Hormones

In 2011, Dr. Cynthia L. Bethea, Emeritus Scientist and Professor, Oregon National Primate Research Center, Oregon Health and Science University, reviewed the catastrophic findings of the first arm of the WHI study showing increased breast cancer risk from menopausal hormone replacement. Dr. Bethea remarks these WHI findings were considered an indictment of menopausal hormone replacement, when in fact, the WHI trial did not study women’s hormones at all, which would have required the use of natural hormones, estradiol, and progesterone. Remember this WHI first arm study used Premarin (CEE) and Provera (MPA, medroxyprogesterone). Premarin is estrogen derived from a pregnant horse, and MPA is a synthetic progestin that does not occur naturally in the human body or anywhere else in nature. To study women’s hormones would have required the use of human bioidentical hormones in a combination of human estrogen (usually estradiol and estriol), natural progesterone, and natural testosterone, all present naturally in the human body. Dr. Cynthia L. Bethea writes:

While the WHI trial [2002, first arm] made a valuable contribution in revealing the risks associated with conjugated equine estrogens [Premarin, CEE] plus MPA [medroxyprogesterone] treatment in postmenopausal women, it unfortunately generated considerable controversy in the field because it was interpreted as an indictment of postmenopausal hormone replacement, when in fact, it did not study hormone replacement at all: that would have required use of the natural hormones, estradiol and progesterone. Overturning the Old Dogmas- The Paradigm Shift

Harsh Treatments in Major Hospitals

Dr. Rancourt’s charts of all-cause mortality pick up an early feature of the pandemic showing that harsh treatments in major hospitals in large cities caused increased mortality in hospitalized patients, especially the elderly. This type of increased mortality was absent outside of the major cities. The harsh treatments included sedating patients and placing them on ventilators, and treating with remdesivir, a drug known as “run death is near” because of increased fatality in recipients, mostly from renal failure. See  the video below for a 30 minute talk by Dr. Rancourt on this.

All Cause Mortality Data Can Not Be Manipulated

Mortality data is the “gold standard” because it can not be manipulated. The study of all-cause mortality data shows there was no spreading mortality during the pandemic from hot-spot urban areas to outlying counties. For example, the Bronx in New York saw highest mortality from hospital ventilator over-use.  The increased mortality in Bronx hospitals from using ventilators and remdesivir did not spread out to outlying communities. This indicates that even though the virus was spreading to outlying communities, there was no increased mortality from the virus. This information was known since the beginning of the pandemic and I reported this in an early newsletter dated April 1, 2020, in which a study from Santa Clara California by Dr. Eran Bendavid (2020) reported the C0\/lD virus infection fatality rate was about the same as influenza virus, 0.12-0.2%. The infection fatality rate varies with age. For under age 10, fatality rate is near zero. For under age 40 the infection fatality rate is 0.2%, while for elderly age 70-80, the fatality rate is 8%. C0\/lD \/a<

In the April 2020 newletter, I wrote:

The Corona Virus has changed the world as we know it.  However, armed with relevant knowledge, we can protect ourselves and loved ones from the virus, the deceptive news media hype about it, and the misguided containment policies of the government.  The infection fatality rate is about the same as influenza, which means the draconian shutdown is a colossal mistake.

All Cause Mortality Goes Up After \/a<

Although there was no increased mortality from the virus outside of major urban centers from hospitals using harsh treatments, there was increased mortality after the \/a<. In 2023, Dr. Denis Rancourt reviewed national data on all cause mortality for 17 countries in the Southern Hemisphere. The data shows a causal relationship between \/a<

The 17 countries studied (Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Malaysia, New Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Suriname, Thailand, Uruguay) comprise 9.10 % of worldwide population, 10.3 % of worldwide COVID-19 injections (vaccination rate of 1.91 injections per person, all ages), virtually every COVID-19 vaccine type and manufacturer, and span 4 continents. The scientific tests for causality are amply satisfied, as extensively demonstrated in these sections of the present paper:

COVID-19 vaccines can cause deathAbsence of excess mortality until the COVID-19 vaccines are rolled outThe COVID-19 vaccines did not save lives and appear to be lethal toxic agentsStrong evidence for a causal association and vaccine lethal toxicityCausality in excess mortality is amply demonstrated. Mortality Data and Childhood \/a<

A Baseless Fraud

What does the data say about mortality after rollout of childhood \/a<Evidence of increase in mortality after the introduction of diphtheria–tetanus–pertussis vaccine to children aged 6–35 months in Guinea-Bissau: a time for reflection?.” Frontiers in public health 6 (2018): 79.

Here is a quote from Dr. Rancourt’s latest study dated January 2025 regarding infant mortality after rollout of childhood \/a<

There is no known example of a drop in measured infant or child mortality temporally associated with the rollout of a childhood \/a<I conclude, overall, that the longstanding industry of infant vaccination programmes is a baseless fraudulent enterprise of exploitation. end quote Dr. Rancourt.

Rancourt, DG. Opinion: Invalidity of counterfactual models of mortality averted by childhood \/a<. CORRELATION Research in the Public Interest, Report, 29 January 2025.

Conclusion: Although I may not agree with all of Dr. Rancourt’s statements, I do value his work on all cause mortality. This is quite convincing and should be accepted at face value. Although it is obvious to any observer the C0\/lD \/irus spread freely via respiratory aerosol throughout the population, there was no spreading increased mortality from the virus outside of the urban areas. This indicates the increased mortality in urban areas was iatrogenic and not from the virus itself. The reason for this is the rather low C0\/lD virus infection fatality rate (IFR), similar to the IFR for influenza.

Dr. Dennis G. We live in a universe that is fine-tuned for the emergence of life. In 2002, Lord Martin Rees, Emeritus Professor of Cosmology and Astrophysics at the University of Cambridge published his book, Just Six Numbers, referring to six numerical constants in the physical world. A few examples of these constants are: the mass of the proton (Mp), the mass of the neutron (Mn), the speed of the light (c) and the Newtonian gravitational constant (G). There are many more examples. These are all calculated numerical values based on measurement of the physical world. If any one of these six constants changed even slightly at the beginning of time, then the stars, galaxies, and ultimately, life would not exist. We would not be here. Fine Tuning in Cell Biology

In 2020, Dr. Steinar Thorvaldsen, Professor of Information Science, at the Arctic University in Tromsø, Norway, used statistical methods to model the fine-tuning in molecular machines and biological systems. Dr. Thorvaldsen says that fine-tuning is a clear feature of biological systems, and is even more extreme and complicated than the fine-tuning of the large-scale universe. Protein structures in our cells are examples of nano-engineering that surpass anything human engineers have created. Each one of the millions of protein machines in our cells is more complex and sophisticated than the space shuttle, writing:

In both physics and molecular biology, fine-tuning emerges as a uniting principle and synthesis – an interesting observation by itself…A major conclusion of our work is that fine-tuning is a clear feature of biological systems. Indeed, fine-tuning is even more extreme in biological systems than in inorganic systems. It is detectable within the realm of scientific methodology. Biology is inherently more complicated than the large-scale universe and so fine-tuning is even more a feature….Living forms exhibit structures and functions that can best be understood as nano-level engineering. In 1998 Bruce Alberts published an important paper…The Cell as a Collection of Protein Machines (Alberts, 1998)…The strong synergy within the protein complex makes it irreducible to an incremental process. They are rather to be acknowledged as fine-tuned initial conditions of the constituting protein sequences. These structures are biological examples of nano-engineering that surpass anything human engineers have created. Such systems pose a serious challenge to a Darwinian account of evolution, since irreducibly complex systems have no direct series of selectable intermediates…As Denis Noble states, biological systems function as a full orchestra with its different elements playing ensemble the score of life (Noble, 2006)…One of the surprising discoveries of modern biology has been that the cell operates in a manner similar to modern technology, while biological information is organized in a manner similar to plain text.

Intelligence in the Cell and All Life

The claim that there is intelligent life in the universe has been present in human thought for millennia, and can be found in ancient documents over five thousand years old.  We can find popular novels and books that examine the idea, is there extra-terrestrial intelligence in the universe?   For example in Woody Allen’s 1973 science fiction comedy, Sleeper, the character Miles Monroe was asked: Do I believe in God? He answers:

I’m what you would call a teleological, existential atheist. I believe that there’s an intelligence to the universe, with the exception of certain parts of New Jersey. (5)

The truth is all life is permeated with intelligence, from the lowly one-celled organism to the trillion cells in our bodies that support our own lives. Consider the intelligence in the green leaves on the maple tree in your backyard that converts electromagnetic radiation from the sun into usable energy for building carbon molecules into more leaves and new maple trees. Consider the ant hill in your backyard. Each independent ant demonstrates intelligence, yet they all work together as a community with a common goal. As you will read below, the universe is fine-tuned for the emergence of life, meaning there is intelligent life on other star systems and galaxies. Eventually over millennia, if human civilization does not self-destruct, we will develop the tools to detect it. In 2023, Brian J. Ford a biologist from Cambridge and London, compared the cell to a secret agent imbued with intelligence and autonomy, writing:

Unambiguous signs of intelligence can be seen in the manner in which living cells recognize a serious situation and devise remedial responses that will rectify the damage…Current philosophy admits that cells exhibit sentience and even consciousness [Baluska, 2019]…I have demonstrated that cells are more than biochemistry and physics: they are intelligent…Living cells perform acts of unimaginable intricacy and we can evince ingenuity in so many simple micro-organisms…Cell intelligence will provide a revolution in understanding how the brain might function and shows us much of the unfathomable realms of biology with which we have yet to engage…Living organisms are themselves communities of curious, adaptable, and thoughtful living cells… will not resolve the existence of organisms in communities until we can comprehend the cellular community that lies within [our own bodies] …For decades I have held that the living cell is intelligent. This is what we need to understand. (6-7)

Fine-Tuning Humans

One of the expressions of this fine-tuned universe is a trillion cells in our body. Each cell contains millions of molecular machines all working together in harmony, like an orchestra. The ribosomes in our cells make proteins specified by instructions encoded in our DNA. Energy production to power the cell comes from mitochondria, millions of times more complex than the space shuttle. The mitochondria are microscopic generators converting electrical energy stored in carbon bonds into usable ATP. During cell replication, microtubules in the cell arrange in a spindle formation to pull apart the 23 pairs of chromosomes and create two cells from one. The photoreceptors in our retina can detect a single photon of light. The electrical pulse from the photoreceptor travels through the optic nerve to the visual cortex where an image in our mind is created. These are only a few examples of fine-tuning in cell biology. If the cells of our body fail us, then we get sick and die.

Why Use Cheap Gas?

Would you put cheap gas into the space shuttle? Of course not. Then, why would anyone put fake hormones into their bodies? Synthetic chemically altered hormones are fake, endocrine-disrupting chemicals, a monkey wrench thrown into the fine-tuning of our cell biology and the universe. Why do we have a medical system that contradicts the fine-tuning of cell biology and the universe? The answer is the drug patent system requires it. The drug industry must obtain a patent to protect drug profits. Only chemically altered substances can be patented. When we chemically alter a natural substance found in cell biology, we have changed the fine-tuning and the consequences can be devastating. Unfortunately, that is exactly what the practice of medicine is based on. This altering of the fine-tuning of cell biology is not sustainable, and will eventually lead to the extinction of mankind. It may take 50 years, 100 years, or 300 years, but it will eventually lead to our own extinction. The chronic disease epidemic is a wake-up call telling us where we are headed. What Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is trying to do is to save humanity from this extinction event.

The drug industry has deceived us into thinking synthetic hormones are hormone replacement. They are not hormone replacement. They are endocrine-disrupting chemicals. This is a basic flaw in the house of medicine, an edifice dominated by a drug industry whose business model contradicts the fine-tuning in our cells, and the universe. Why has the drug industry created the chronic disease epidemic? The obvious answer is to maximize profits for the drug industry. Is it starting to make sense now?

The Chronic Disease Epidemic

Our greatest public health crisis is the chronic disease epidemic, brought into focus by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s presidential campaign and ascendancy to Secretary of Human Health Services (HHS). His stated goal is to eliminate the chronic disease epidemic. Its most glaring feature is the exponential rise in autism. In 1980, autism was 1 in 10,000 children. Today, autism is 1 in 36 children. What is causing it? Mainstream medicine throws up its hands, shrugs its shoulders, and says we do not know. Our hallowed halls of academic medicine, legislators, and government agencies refuse to discuss the CDC vaccine schedule as a possibility. In 1986, Congress granted the drug industry immunity from liability for their vaccine products. If vaccines are so safe and effective, then why does the drug industry need a liability shield? If their product injures or kills anyone, they are not responsible. This eliminates any incentive to make a safe product and creates incentives to add new lucrative vaccines to the CDC schedule. They have a captive market of school-age children forced to take their products to attend school. In the 1950s, the CDC childhood schedule listed four vaccines: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and smallpox. The 2024 CDC schedule is now 18 vaccines and 76 doses. This combination of 18 vaccines and 76 doses has never been tested for safety. At what point do we reach the number of vaccines that degrade the immune system and cause chronic disease? I suggest we have reached that point long ago.

The Fear of Estrogen and Chronic Disease

Treating our chronic disease epidemic accounts for 90% of our annual 4.1 trillion-dollar healthcare budget for coronary artery disease, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, depression, autoimmune disease, obesity, and any chronic non-communicable condition. Why are we heading towards extinction as a human race? Follow the money. More chronic disease means more drug sales and greater profits for the drug industry. If the business plan of the drug industry is to create more chronic disease and more customers for its drugs, then a perfect set-up is fear of estrogen and elimination of menopausal hormone replacement (HRT). 1.3 million new menopausal customers are created each year. These patients will need pharmaceutical drugs to treat the chronic diseases of estrogen deficiency. Throughout this book, we have laid out the basic concept of estrogen deficiency as harbinger of chronic disease. If we are serious about making America healthy again, this means eliminating the irrational fear of estrogen and opening the door to menopausal hormone replacement for the 1.3 million women entering menopause annually. The hormone formula matters. Bioidentical estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone are preferred. Synthetic chemically altered hormones are endocrine-disrupting chemicals and should be avoided. Examples of HRT formulas are listed in the appendix for your reading enjoyment.

Errors in Modern Medicine

Hopefully, this will open the eyes of menopausal women to why the US medical system fails to provide them with the single most important medical intervention, bioidentical menopausal hormone replacement. This is only one of many errors in modern medicine. Our medical schools, training programs, medical research, medical journals, and the entire medical system are captured by the drug industry which colludes with health insurance companies, government agencies, and mass media spewing out nonstop propaganda. Nothing happens in medicine without the blessing and support of the drug industry, a racketeering criminal enterprise. Instilling fear of estrogen into the hearts of post-menopausal women is only a tiny fraction of their criminal activities. Hopefully, this book will open your eyes and drive away the irrational fear of estrogen, concocted by the drug industry in their endless drive for more and more profits. The main goal of this book is to provide you with the massive medical literature revealing we have been deceived and lied to by the media, drug industry, and government agencies. This book is an attempt at “reverse brainwashing”,  to open our eyes and shrug off the fear of estrogen. To think that medical evidence rests solely on the randomized controlled trial (RCT) is another drug industry lie. Medical evidence includes preclinical in vitro and in vivo animal studies, observational clinical studies, epidemiological studies, as well as RCTs. This book provides all the medical evidence, not just the RCTs required for FDA approval of a pharmaceutical drug.

Otherwise, I Would Have Nothing To Do

A recurring question my patients ask every day in my office is: why won’t my doctor give me bioidentical hormone replacement? Why is my doctor like that? My answer is always the same: Yes, they are all like that. They are never going to change. And that is a good thing because otherwise, I would have nothing to do! (8-34)

The Miracle of Life

What is this miracle called life? Think about our own individual life that began as two microscopic specks of matter containing paired instruction sets in DNA. The underlying intelligence required for the origin of this instruction set is something the ancients understood well. Whether we use the most powerful instruments to examine the galaxies in space or the smallest particles of the atom, or whether we use the naked eye and the five senses to examine our immediate natural world, we are confronted with the obvious conclusion that the world is permeated with intelligence. This intelligence makes all life possible, including our individual life. This realization leads to a sense of gratitude to the Creator, and a sense of wonder and awe. Yes, we are faced with the eventual prospect of aging, disease and death. But until that time comes, we will celebrate life.

When we chemically alter a natural substance found in cell biology, we have changed the fine-tuning and the consequences can be devastating. Unfortunately, that is exactly what the practice of medicine is based on. This altering of the fine-tuning of cell biology is not sustainable, and will eventually lead to the extinction of mankind. It may take 50 years, 100 years, or 300 years, but it will eventually lead to our own extinction. The chronic disease epidemic is a wake-up call telling us where we are headed. What Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is trying to do is to save humanity from this extinction event.

The drug industry has deceived us into thinking synthetic hormones are hormone replacement. They are not hormone replacement. They are endocrine-disrupting chemicals. This is a basic flaw in the house of medicine, an edifice dominated by a drug industry whose business model contradicts the fine-tuning in our cells, and the universe. Why has the drug industry created the chronic disease epidemic? The obvious answer is to maximize profits for the drug industry. Is it starting to make sense now?

The Chronic Disease Epidemic

Our greatest public health crisis is the chronic disease epidemic, brought into focus by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s presidential campaign and ascendancy to Secretary of Human Health Services (HHS). His stated goal is to eliminate the chronic disease epidemic. Its most glaring feature is the exponential rise in autism. In 1980, autism was 1 in 10,000 children. Today, autism is 1 in 36 children. What is causing it? Mainstream medicine throws up its hands, shrugs its shoulders, and says we do not know. Our hallowed halls of academic medicine, legislators, and government agencies refuse to discuss the CDC vaccine schedule as a possibility. In 1986, Congress granted the drug industry immunity from liability for their vaccine products. If vaccines are so safe and effective, then why does the drug industry need a liability shield? If their product injures or kills anyone, they are not responsible. This eliminates any incentive to make a safe product and creates incentives to add new lucrative vaccines to the CDC schedule. They have a captive market of school-age children forced to take their products to attend school. In the 1950s, the CDC childhood schedule listed four vaccines: diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, and smallpox. The 2024 CDC schedule is now 18 vaccines and 76 doses. This combination of 18 vaccines and 76 doses has never been tested for safety. At what point do we reach the number of vaccines that degrade the immune system and cause chronic disease? I suggest we have reached that point long ago.

The Fear of Estrogen and Chronic Disease

Treating our chronic disease epidemic accounts for 90% of our annual 4.1 trillion-dollar healthcare budget for coronary artery disease, cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, depression, autoimmune disease, obesity, and any chronic non-communicable condition. Why are we heading towards extinction as a human race? Follow the money. More chronic disease means more drug sales and greater profits for the drug industry. If the business plan of the drug industry is to create more chronic disease and more customers for its drugs, then a perfect set-up is fear of estrogen and elimination of menopausal hormone replacement (HRT). 1.3 million new menopausal customers are created each year. These patients will need pharmaceutical drugs to treat the chronic diseases of estrogen deficiency. Throughout this book, we have laid out the basic concept of estrogen deficiency as harbinger of chronic disease. If we are serious about making America healthy again, this means eliminating the irrational fear of estrogen and opening the door to menopausal hormone replacement for the 1.3 million women entering menopause annually. The hormone formula matters. Bioidentical estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone are preferred. Synthetic chemically altered hormones are endocrine-disrupting chemicals and should be avoided. Examples of HRT formulas are listed in the appendix for your reading enjoyment.

Errors in Modern Medicine

Hopefully, this will open the eyes of menopausal women to why the US medical system fails to provide them with the single most important medical intervention, bioidentical menopausal hormone replacement. This is only one of many errors in modern medicine. Our medical schools, training programs, medical research, medical journals, and the entire medical system are captured by the drug industry which colludes with health insurance companies, government agencies, and mass media spewing out nonstop propaganda. Nothing happens in medicine without the blessing and support of the drug industry, a racketeering criminal enterprise. Instilling fear of estrogen into the hearts of post-menopausal women is only a tiny fraction of their criminal activities. Hopefully, this book will open your eyes and drive away the irrational fear of estrogen, concocted by the drug industry in their endless drive for more and more profits. The main goal of this book is to provide you with the massive medical literature revealing we have been deceived and lied to by the media, drug industry, and government agencies. This book is an attempt at “reverse brainwashing”,  to open our eyes and shrug off the fear of estrogen. To think that medical evidence rests solely on the randomized controlled trial (RCT) is another drug industry lie. Medical evidence includes preclinical in vitro and in vivo animal studies, observational clinical studies, epidemiological studies, as well as RCTs. This book provides all the medical evidence, not just the RCTs required for FDA approval of a pharmaceutical drug.

Otherwise, I Would Have Nothing To Do

A recurring question my patients ask every day in my office is: why won’t my doctor give me bioidentical hormone replacement? Why is my doctor like that? My answer is always the same: Yes, they are all like that. They are never going to change. And that is a good thing because otherwise, I would have nothing to do! (8-34)

The Miracle of Life

What is this miracle called life? Think about our own individual life that began as two microscopic specks of matter containing paired instruction sets in DNA. The underlying intelligence required for the origin of this instruction set is something the ancients understood well. Whether we use the most powerful instruments to examine the galaxies in space or the smallest particles of the atom, or whether we use the naked eye and the five senses to examine our immediate natural world, we are confronted with the obvious conclusion that the world is permeated with intelligence. This intelligence makes all life possible, including our individual life. This realization leads to a sense of gratitude to the Creator, and a sense of wonder and awe. Yes, we are faced with the eventual prospect of aging, disease and death. But until that time comes, we will celebrate life.

Who we are: Founded in 2005, the TruemedMD Clinic in Davie, Florida is one of the largest providers of bioidentical hormones and natural thyroid serving the South Florida area. Many of our patients reside outside Florida in other parts of the US, Canada, Europe and South America. We see local patients in-person and with telemedicine video conferencing for those residing in other states.

The medical director of the TruemedMD Clinic is Jeffrey Dach MD who works closely with two employees, an LPN nurse for patient follow up calls, and an administrative secretary.

We specialize in menopausal hormone replacement using an advanced bioidentical hormone formula devised our medical director, Dr. Dach. We also see and treat males for various medical disorders, using testosterone replacement when indicated.

We do extensive laboratory testing which uncovers many other disorders which require medical attention. Thus many of our patients have complicated medical problems which we address with holistic, integrative and function medicine. As such, our level of medical care is far advanced beyond that of the primary care medical community.

Job Description: We are in need of a Nurse Practitioner and P.A. (Physician’s assistant interested in bioidentical hormones and natural thyroid who will be able to function seamlessly in our medical team. We will train you to do patient histories, order laboratory studies and treatment plans, all of which will be reviewed by the medical director, Jeffrey Dach MD. Your job as the NP will be to do the initial work-up with history and physical exam, order laboratory testing, review test results with the patient, order the treatment plan, and perform patient follow up. This is made easier by the many templates we have set up to assist you. Please indicate your experience level, if any, with this type of medical practice. We understand most applicants will not have past experience in this specialized field, so we will train you and get you up to speed.

Medical Office Model: Our medical office model is a concierge type, cash practice. We do not take insurance. Thus we are more patient oriented, and our goal is to achieve good health outcomes for each patient. This requires more attention to detail, good rapport with the patient and careful follow up.

Blood Draws and IV Therapies: All blood draws are done at the Quest lab, rather than at our office. We do not currently do IV therapies.

Practice Expansion: We are looking for candidates who have an interest in expanding our practice with new modalities, as well as opening new satellite clinics in the surrounding south Florida area, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Weston and Aventura. For these highly motivated candidates, we offer an equity part-ownership plan.

Bioidentical Hormone Balancing: We specialize in menopausal hormone replacement, peri-menopausal hormone imbalance, and other hormonal issues of all ages.

Thyroid Disorders: We specialize in thyroid disorders, Hashimotos’, Graves’ Disease, and Thyroid Nodules, Goiter etc.

Our Prescribing Practice: We prescribe bioidentical hormones, natural thyroid and other natural substances, as well as all other FDA approved drugs.

Lab Testing: Our evaluation includes laboratory testing with Quest and Labcorp, as well as Functional Medicine testing using the Genova GI-FX, Cyrex, Enterolabs and MRT. Our testing panel is very complete and sophisticated. In addition to routine labs, we test for esoteric lab studies usually ignored by conventional primary care doctors. We routinely test for vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and treat them with supplementation when found.

We Are Independent of Large Health Care Corporations. Because we are physician owned, we are independent of the “rigged system” created by health insurance companies. We remain outside the control of the large medical corporations, and health insurance companies that dictate how to practice medicine. The large health care corporations and health insurance conglomerates have rigged the system so they can extort even more profit from sick people. In most countries, this is considered criminal behavior. However here in the US, this is considered business as usual.

This is why we are not members of health insurance networks, and remain independent of the evil influence of large corporations that control health care. After all, these companies are profiting by denying health care to sick people.

By remaining independent, we are free to focus on the patient, working diligently to a reach a favorable outcome.
