COVER REVEAL for ACES REDEMPTION(Devil’s Despair #1) by A.C. Bextor.
Title: Ace’s Redemption(Devil’s Despair Book 1)
Author: A.C. Bextor
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: October 3, 2014
Synopsis
Cherry
Memories alone can ruin you. Fear has a paralyzing effect, and love isn’t always enough to keep you safe.
Ace was the gateway to a freedom I hadn’t known since I was fifteen. He offered his protection from the demons that haunted me; both living and dead.
Although I knew I wasn’t enough to keep him, this didn’t deter my hope that one day he’d love me for who I was, not the broken girl he tried so desperately to save.
In the end, the ghosts of my past found me. Their malevolence knew no bounds, and I was forced to succumb to their will of darkness. Each threat named against those I loved made any escape impossible; choosing my life for theirs became my desolate absolution.
Inevitably, it was my own weakness and self-doubt that became my undoing.
Ace
Emotional ties are sometimes severed. Friendships don’t always endure their hardships, and love offered isn’t always returned.
I was in love once. For me, leaving her back in Ohio was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. For her, moving on with her life that included her son and the man she loved was no less than she deserved — unconditional happiness.
My reasons to bring Cherry home to California were obvious. I needed help with my family, and she needed help staying clean and convincing her parents she was ready to give her son the life he deserved.
It was a perfect plan. However, the best laid plans often get lost amidst their best intentions.
Cherry fell in love with me, and in return my love for her acted as the catalyst to her destruction.

Content includes: drug use, explicit language, violence, rape, and other scenarios with content that readers may find offensive. Please use caution when deciding on this book, as every reader has the right to understand the product before purchase.
Ace’s Redemption is the first standalone novel in the Devil’s Despair series. Although the main character of Ace was introduced during the Lights of Peril trilogy, you do not need to read that series in order to follow this one.
About The Author
I love to read! I will read anything, literally. It may be a magazine, book, advertisement or even a cereal box. Specific authors that I follow have moved me to start writing. Before long that inspiration had produced a final product that I wasn’t even sure what I was going to do with. Obviously I hit publish and here I am.
Blessed with a great family that includes my husband, four kids, two dogs, and one hedgehog, I’ve lived in the Midwest all of my life. We currently live in a small town outside of Omaha, NE. My day job affords the ability to work from home and I’ve worked for the same lending company for nearly 19 years.
When I’m not reading, I try to be outside as much as possible even if it is just sitting on my deck with my reading device. I enjoy fishing, swimming, hockey games, and watching football with the family.

Excerpt
Hearing him refer to me as Cherry, not Raegan, renews and strengthens my resolve. I want him to forget my given name. Anger will help him through this, and I’m letting him have it. Better he hate me alive than love me dead. “Okay, I’m a liar. Believe what you want to believe, but it doesn’t change anything.”
“What the fuck happened to your face?”
“It was an accident.”
Turning around, looking out the large window of the apartment, I barely hear his whisper. “An accident, she says.” A brief second passes before he continues, this time not only on a whisper, but a broken and shallow voice reaches out to me and I feel it touch me when it does. “Why are you doing this, Raegan?”
Your Peril family will remain untouched and none the wiser.
Having his back to me doesn’t make this easier; not any less painful in the slightest. “Because I love my son, and Vinnie will give me a life with him.”
Still looking out the window to the city below, he crosses his arms in front of him and from where I’m standing, I watch as he brings his hands to his face. I’m certain he’s wiping the evidence of my betrayal away, being in the form of his heartbreaking tears.
“I told you I loved you, Rae. I would’ve given you my own life if you would’ve asked for it.” Pausing, he regroups but continues without waiting for a response. “I won’t beg you to stay, but I can’t protect you if you’re willingly walking into the devil’s dungeon.” Pulling his chest up, his back straight and head forward, he lets out a heavily-burdened breath. “I always did what I could for you. I would’ve kept doing it forever if you’d have let me.”
An uncontrollable sob tears from my chest. I can live with walking away knowing he loves me, but with my uncertainties and lies, I’m breaking the strongest man I’ve ever known. When enough time has passed and once he pulls himself back together, he’ll realize what I’ve done to him and he’ll have no choice but to resent me. “God, I’m so sorry, Ace. Please, I’m begging you. Don’t hate me.”
“Then don’t go.”
“I have to.”
“Then I hate you.”

The Good Sister by London St. James Goes Audio.
*Waves* Thanks for having me over today to talk about a new audio book release, The Good Sister: Part One which is a contemporary erotic romance and the first book in the two book series that originally released in eBook format with Evernight Publishing.
The Good Sister was a labor of love to write, and also a labor of love to get out into the world in a different medium. This audio book world is a completely new venture for me, and it was an awesome experience to hear my characters come to life and be able to listen to them.
The Good Sister: Part One
Written by: London Saint James
Narrated by: Kitty Barclay
Length: 10 hrs and 8 mins
HTML CODE FOR VIDEO/AUDIO CLIP:
Blurb:
Trinity Lane Winslow feared everything and lived her life vicariously through others. She dreamed of the impossible, yearning to be the kind of woman men desired—especially Reid Addison.
Reid Addison feared nothing, except how the mousey little blonde daughter of his housekeeper made him feel. Even though Trinity Winslow wasn’t his type, there was something intriguing about her.
Lord Ashton Archer lived a fairy tale life with property all over the world, was heir to a ducal dynasty, and had women fawning all over him. Anything a man could want, he obtained by the snap of his fingers.
By a twist of fate the three of them find their way into the same illicit world of the infamous Madam Jacqueline Claudette Rousseau. But will they find what each of them truly desires? Or will they always long for the forbidden?
Be Warned: Voyeurism, anal sex, rimming, spanking, bondage, multiple partners.
Inspiration to write, for me anyway, comes from so many different things. A place, a picture, a song, a poem, and even quotes. The idea for The Good Sister came from a quote, and blossomed into a two book series. Here’s the quote that started it all:
We always long for the forbidden things, and desire what is denied us.
–Francois Rabelais
Along with the original inspiration, there’s also my love for music. All types of music. In fact, I find listening to music to be a necessity when I write. *Smiles* So, I thought I’d share my top ten songs that lean to the tone/feel of Trinity’s story. Who knows, you might find we have something in common with a song you love, or you might find something new you haven’t heard. Either way, I hope you enjoy The Good Sister: Part One, and gain a little insight into some of my inspiration while writing.
1. One Direction – What Makes You Beautiful
2. The Veronicas – Untouched
3. Blue October – Ugly Side
4. Bonnie Raitt – I Can’t Make You Love Me
5. Rascal Flatts – I’m Movin’ On
6. Adele – Promise This
7. Taylor Swift – White Horse
8. David Cook – Time of My Life
9. Marcus Foster – I Was Broken
10. Train – Marry me

Cover Reveal for Hemy by Victoria Ashley
Cover designed by CT Covercreations
Hemy is set to release late 2014
My name is Hemy Knox and I’m a fucking heartbreaker . . .
I’ve hurt the one person that means the most to me in life; the only woman I have ever fucking loved. I let the drugs, alcohol and wild life take over; consume me. I got her where I wanted her and ripped her fucking heart out.
Since then, I’ve spent countless nights having dirty, meaningless sex with a multitude of people; only leaving them wanting and begging for more with no regrets. Some may even call me the devil; soulless.
They look and judge, but there is one thing they don’t know; no one does. I want more than this life of stripping and sleeping around; the never ending party. I want love and everything that comes with it; that high that never ends. The problem is . . . I only want it with her.
Onyx.
She refuses to be mine . . . again. She’s smart and it’s a mother fucking pain in my ass; guarding her heart while ripping mine right out of my chiseled chest. I can’t say that I blame her. I always was a dumb ass when it came to the emotions of a woman, especially her.
She wants to see me suffer as much as I made her; watch me wither and fucking die at her feet. She wants to crush me until I’m no longer breathing and I will let her, because it hurts far less than not having her as mine.
I will stop at nothing to make her mine again. The pain only drives me harder; feeding my fury and giving me a reason to live . . . her.
***Author’s note*** Due to strong language and a very high amount of sexual content, this book is not intended for readers under the age of 18. This is #2 in the Walk Of Shame series of novellas that will all be STANDALONE reads. This includes F/M and F/M/M so if you’re not into dirty sex scenes with filthy language, then this book is not for you. If you are . . . then, come meet the dirty boys of Walk Of Shame.
My eyes meet Hemy’s and they stay there as the man quickly leaves us alone.
“Lock the door,” I demand. Hemy locks the door with a smirk and walks over to stand in front of me. “No touching,” I whisper. “Just yourself.”
Hemy grabs me by the hips and sets me on top of the table before walking away and taking a seat on the other side of the couch. The clean side.
His eyes watch me with heated desire as I open the rest of my bustier and pull it open. My hands reach up to rub my pierced nipples causing Hemy to growl and adjust his cock.
“Mmm . . . you like that?” I run my hands in between my breasts until they reach the top of my panties. “I want you to come for me, Hemy. I miss seeing you lose it over me.”
He watches me as I drop down on my knees and spread my legs apart. I slowly slide my hand down the front of my panties and run my finger up and down my wetness before sliding a finger inside. “Mmm . . . I’m so wet for you.” I push in and out. “Can you hear it, Hemy? Remember how much you loved the sound of me being wet for you?”
“Fuck yes.” He undoes his jeans before pulling down the zipper. “Fuck yourself faster and rub your nipple with your other hand.” I do as he says while moaning out. “That’s it, baby. Do it for me.”
I position myself so that I’m sitting on my ass with my legs spread eagle in front of his face. I want to be sure he gets a good view. Then I pull my panties to the side and bare my wet, throbbing pussy to him.
“That’s it, Onyx.” He pulls his cock out of his jeans and I instantly notice the piercings. It has me so turned on that I have to stop all movement in fear of getting off too soon. He notices me eyeing his cock and grins. “Imagine these steel bars deep inside you as I pound into. You know I like it deep, baby.” His hand starts stroking his cock and I instantly notice the bead of pre-cum that drips off the head and onto his hand.
I bring my hand down to touch myself again and move at the same rhythm as Hemy as he strokes himself. His eyes never stray away from my fingers shoving themselves deep inside me.
I’ve needed this for a long time. Ever since leaving Hemy, reaching orgasm as become almost close to impossible. Just watching him get off as I get myself off is enough to make me want to explode.
He starts stroking harder and faster while sucking on his lip ring. “I’m about to blow, baby. I wish it were inside of you.”
His words set me off and I find myself shaking from the most intense orgasm I have had in years. A few seconds later, Hemy is blowing his load into his free hand, moaning out my name.
We both look at each other while coming down from our temporary high.

Real Women Empower Other Women
Today I had an incident occur that lead me to write this post. I’ve asked this question many times. Why do women hate other women and seek to bring their sisters down, when they know how hard it is to be a woman in this society.
The truth is, I’ll never know why. Perhaps it fills some void in them? Makes them feel better about themselves, or what they view as a failing? Maybe they’re jealous of something they perceive this “Other woman” has? What I do know is, I refuse to take part in this. I will stand up not only for myself, but my sisters. I also know I refuse to spread the negativity with a snide comment of my own. It’s not who I am.
In this day and age women are looked at as sex objects, expected to be perfect at all times. Bullshit. Beauty is created from the inside out. A soul is timeless. The physical will age and decay. All the makeup in the world will not fix an ugly soul or a hateful spirit. When I see my daughters, I know this is a lesson I want them to start learning now.
The incredible thing about being a writer is it gives me a format to reach others. Since I’m not much of a talker, as I am a doer, I’m speaking out. Remember a real woman empowers other women, and hurt people, hurt people. The only way to end the cycle is to break it.
I know snide comments, and snickers have hurt us, along with mean girl behavior. Please realize it’s a reflection on that person, not you. Nothing is wrong with you. You are amazing as you are: beautiful, intelligent, and lovely. Of all the people in the world, no one can ever be you. They don’t have your stride, your way of phrasing things, your determination, or a million other gifts specific to you. All the things you love, have been through, and have learned are mixed together to create a unique individual. That’s something to be proud of.
As we begin our Monday, I challenge you to do something nice for your fellow sister. If you see someone struggling or down, pay her a compliment, text your friend you haven’t talked to and check on

The meditation challenge~ What are you thankful for?
Today I find myself thinking deep thoughts. I’m not the person who I want to be just yet, but I’m working toward it and content with my progress. I think self-improvement is a lifelong thing, and of course, no one is perfect. Sadly that’s all too easy to forget in the hustle and bustle that’s life these days. We’re so busy rushing, multi-tasking, and making a living we often forget to just be and love who are in this moment in time.
I have a meditation exercise I do at least twice daily. Every morning when I wake and just before bed, no matter how rough a time I’ve had, because let’s face it we all have those days we wish we could hit the restart button on, I take stock of what I’m grateful for. I give thanks for my blessings, and focus on my goals and my accomplishments, no matter how big or how small. I send out that positive energy and start and end my days on a good note. The amazing thing about this whole process has been the self-discoveries I’ve made.
Today I’m thankful for what makes Shyla Shyla. The quirkiness, passion, the oddities, and faith all swirl together in the pool of mystical essence that is our makeup. If I could go back and tell myself anything when I was younger it would be embrace who you are, for it’s the key to your happiness. If you don’t like something change it, but never let anyone make you feel bad about yourself. Self-doubt is a parasite that will suck out all the joy in your life if you let it. Regrets change nothing. It’s learning from the mistakes you make that really matters.
It’s a rare and beautiful thing to own who you are, know what you want and have the fire to go for it. That will shake people. Friends will reveal themselves as enemies, and people will try to latch on to you. I think the brighter you shine, the more you attract others, and that’s not always a good thing. Know yourself, trust your instincts, and never be afraid to leave behind anything that doesn’t grow you in some way and brings you down.
These are my truths. I challenge you to do the daily double of meditation for just one week, and tell me what you discover.
Shy

gh Class Harlot by Delia Steele Release Blitz
High Class Harlot by Delia Steele Release Blitz
People spend their whole lives being condescending cockstars. Assuming they know something when they don’t. Assuming they know who someone is when they have no idea. Assuming that, because they can see something, they understand it. Let me tell you right now, STOP ASSUMING! Until you walk a day in someone’s gold-studded hooker heels, you do not know them or their story. Do not assume your struggle is worse simply because it’s yours. Do not assume they are ok just because they look to be so. And do not assume you are a better person simply because someone chooses to sin differently than you.
My family has money. We buy what we want without fear of being destitute, and we will never worry about having food or any other necessities. My struggle in life is not with the money, but where it comes from. My father’s secret is carrying a hefty price tag that I can no longer afford. My soul is priceless, and he is stripping it away from me. My world isn’t all rainbows, sparkle, and diamonds falling from my exit hole like Rory’s story portrayed. For every high, there is a low, and the higher you go, the further you have to fall.
I have the best things in life, except for life itself. Everyone I love has moved away; my passion to exist has deflated; my job is a joke; but more than anything, I hate who I am allowing myself to become. Is there anyone strong enough to hold my hand on this road to self-preservation, or am I to travel it alone?
If you start my story, please find it in yourself to finish it before you judge me. Don’t assume you can know where I am headed without seeing where I have already been. I am Amandolette Riaz, and I am a glitzed-up glitch in today’s delicate world.
The language in this book is rough, but I feel it’s a must due to the setting of the book. If you liked Trailer Park Princess and liked Mando then you already know she is over the top, but she is a lot to take in when it’s nonstop. If you don’t like foul, crude, mouthy females don’t read this book. Trailer Park Princess finished where you could be content simply because Mando’s story isn’t for everyone. I am well aware of that.
