I started Precarious on a whim, and while I can’t say it was a terrific decision, surprisingly, some aspects of this were in fact fun – most notably the romance, Beau, and the Club. This is my first Bella Jewel book, and I can confidently say, it was an okay read for me.

This was a great story. It had plenty of action to keep me interested and the sex was smokin' hot! While the romance section seems to be flooded with bikers lately, and this book did have some similarities to other books in this sub-genre, the characters and storyline were unique enough to hold my attention.

Writing a 'biker' book isn't easy... it takes balls... like big, huge balls because the world of a motorcycle club (if depicted correctly) is rarely hearts and flowers. In fact far from it. Bikers live a certain way of life. They have their own set of rules. It's usually a world knee deep in criminal activity, where men are the dominant sex and women... well women tend to get used and occasionally abused.
