I was one of those kids with a big imagination and from the time I was able to write I did. But, I was never encouraged to write. My dream was a pipedream. I’d never make anything of writing, etc…So I listened to all the naysayers and did all those sensible things; college, degree, day job. But, I always came back to scribbling things down. In 2010 I figured what’s the worst thing that could happen? I get rejected and the publisher would tell me my story sucked. I steeled myself for rejection and submitted a short story for an anthology call. To my shock, it was accepted. My first published novel was in 2011. How did I feel? Scared, nervous, worried…delighted, excited, happy to see my book baby enter the great big world of published books. I’ve been writing nonstop since! (less)

The next story is in the works. I don't have a release date to give you, but it is underway. The title, Forever Yours which will be book 1.5 in the Cinder series is probably going to be a novella length with Eryk, Cross, and Sara. They still had a little more to say. :) Book two will be Fade's story. (less)
