7 Ways To Kickstart Your Manifestation Journey
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I believe that you're actually here for a reason…
So whether you're new to the law of attraction or you're well-seasoned in the art of manifestation, this guide will help to inspire you on your journey and kick-start your vibration.
It can be really frustrating when you want to attract something specific and nothing seems to change. If you try just one of the following seven suggestions, then you will create powerful energetic momentum.
1. Set Powerful IntentionsThe magic of the Universe always begins to respond to your requests the very instant that you spark clarity about what you want to attract and why you want to attract it. The key point is to set aside time to list out all of the things you want to feel, experience, and manifest. The more specific and detailed you can be with this process the better. You want to focus on how you feel and what you want to embody. Remember to allow yourself to dream as big as you can. The very moment you set an intention, the Universe begins to arrange the energy to create changes in your life. You just have to align your energy to allow it.
2. Declutter Your SpaceThis is one of the easiest things to do in order to get the energy flowing in your life. Something magical occurs when you make sure that all of the things in your home have their own designated space. Your home or office should be a sanctuary for your soul. It should be a harmonious space that invites you to think clearly, instead of feeling overwhelmed by clutter.
Start by sorting out your storage spaces such as cupboards and closets and either donate, repurpose or give away the things you no longer use and need. This process activates something known as The Law of Vaccum which is a universal law just like the Law of Attraction. It simply operates by clearing out the old and making space for the new. Try it for yourself and see how simple and effective it can be to support you on your manifestation journey.
3. Find InspirationTo be successful on your manifestation journey you need to build energetic momentum. The best way to do this is through immersing yourself in things that you find inspiring. For instance, you could subscribe to a whole bunch of podcasts you know will inspire you. You could watch documentaries, or read biographies from people that have achieved extraordinary things. The key thing to remember is to find what YOU deem as inspiring. When you immerse yourself in this energy then the momentum will build to raise your vibration.

4. Create A Vision BoardCreating a vision board can be a thrilling activity for a person that loves to get messy with magazines, glue, scissors, and big dreams. I love to create vision boards periodically because it always inspired the manifestation process. I've made enough boards now to know that when a certain amount of time passes that many of the things/people/places/experiences on the board have manifested. This is definitely a fun and creative process.

5. Disrupt Your PatternsWhen we offer something different to the field of infinite potential (the Universe) then we will receive a difference response or manifestation. Ask yourself how you can break your habitual habits and routines to mix up the energy. Pattern disruption is extremely helpful when it comes to getting out of our own way and allowing manifestations to materialize into our reality.
6. Watch Your WordsEvery word you speak has the power to create your reality. This is because your communication holds powerful creative energy. So the next time you are complaining about something, stop and pause to witness your point of choice. You're human, obviously, so it's not always going to be perfect. However, when you become aware of your patterns of expression then you have the power of change them. This, in turn, amplifies your manifestation energy.
7. Connect To The UniverseThe Universe/God/Source energy is the power source to all creative manifestation. When you take time and make time to connect with the cosmic forces – from a space of deep reverence – then you will be amazed at how much more inspired you feel. The Universe is always speaking to us through signs and symbols, but how much do we intentionally create time time to connect? This is the missing key when it comes to activating the Law of Attraction. Connect to the Universe and watch the magic unfold. I remember having dreams about Sean when I was 15 years old.

The dream kept recurring over the years.
This photo was taken only a few days after we met in person back in 2010. The very first time I met Sean in person (in 2010) and I hugged him at the airport, all I kept saying was: “It’s you, it’s you!”
I knew him.
I remembered that he’d been with me for such a long time energetically before he actually manifested. Also, when he appeared in my reality – the dreams stopped so I knew it was him.

How To Use The 55×5 Manifestation Method

But here’s the tricky part…
If you skip a day you have to start over. Many people take issue with this, but if you cut corners it defeats the purpose.

Only if you are unable to write – meaning that you can’t physically hold a pen. But always use what works for you. If your hand gets tired then loosen the grip on the pen. Relax. Take a pause if you need to but keep the flow in motion.
Do I have to do my 55 affirmation lines all at once?
Yes. This is preferable but make sure you do it within 24 hours.
How many things can I manifest?
As many as you like. However, for the sake of simplicity start with one thing at first.
What if I feel doubt rise up emotionally?
Then stop and wait for a time that you feel inspired by your intention. The key is to amplify this frequency because you are in a sacred creation process.
What do I do with my written affirmations after day 5?
Some people keep them (I do this) while others choose to burn them to release to the Universe. Do what feels right for you.
You can’t skip a word or skip a day. It has to be 55 times per day for 5 days in a row. The vibrational automation is linking the physiology of the writing with the energy of your intention.
2. Use present tense gratitude to amplify your resultsOnly try this if you feel like it will get you into deeper and higher energetic alignment. Sean (my husband) likes to state it as if it’s just on the verge of manifesting. This works too.

5 Secrets To Believe In Your Own Magic

1. I took responsibility for my emotions:One of the biggest game changers for me was to create a pause (or a moment of mindfulness) before instantly reacting emotionally. I call this the magical space between intention and reaction. It’s your feelings and your emotions that manifest your reality.
2. I stopped comparing myself to others:It was pretty intense when I was in my early twenties and I spent
so much time trapped in a cycle of comparing my body to other women’s bodies. As my business grew (in my thirties), I started to compare levels of success with others too. It was the same limited thinking keeping me stuck in a cycle. Every time I feel this way now, which still happens from time to time, I shift my focus back to gratitude, perspective, and celebrating key milestones. Everyone is on different time frames and on their own journey, and that is our cue to remember that comparison is the thief of joy.
After all the years of believing that I was not good enough and also dealing with the ridiculously high standard I always kept myself accountable to, I began to get curious as to how I could allow myself space to authentically process my emotions. Sadness, anxiety, and powerlessness would drop by for a cup of tea with my heart. I’d sit with them for a while in a space of non-judgment and curiosity. When I felt the time was right, I’d give them a hug and then send them on their merry way. By viewing emotions as fluid feelings that would pass through like a storm, I began to see the process of witnessing this energy as a great act of self-compassion.
4. I became devoted to leading by example for the sake of my children:As the mother of three daughters, I never want them to hear me speaking badly about my body in case they start feeling bad about theirs. The seed of unworthiness can grow faster than bamboo, so I’m blocking all the entry points of doubt. This is my duty of care.
5. I started using affirmations:One of the most powerful ways to guide your energy is through the
process of repetition to imprint positive beliefs on your subconscious mind. There are countless messages being seeded into your brain on a moment- by-moment basis. When you choose to actively participate in what gets into your “mind palace,” then you become more aware of how to stand guard at the doorway to your thoughts.

What Message Is Your Heart Trying To Tell You?

Your heart is always giving you messages. ❤️ It is the portal to your intuitive faculties.
It’s been with you since the beginning of your life, and it will be there until the end.
But these days, there are so many distractions that can cause us to tune out and miss the messages our hearts are trying so desperately to make us understand…
Smartphones, social media, apps, excessive news, online shopping—the list goes on and on.
But there’s good news here:
The heart is still there. Still beating under all that noise.
You just need to learn how to listen.
As children, some of us were never taught how to honor our emotions and use them as part of our intuitive skill set. In fact, many children are discouraged from expressing how they feel. They move into adulthood without knowing how to name their specific emotions and this creates a sense of chaos and confusion when it comes to navigating life. What I call “Emotional Alchemy” is turning feelings into awareness and it’s like learning a whole new language. The exquisite subtleties that reside in this level of awareness will completely change the framework of how you live your life.
Here are 3 quick tips:
Set the intention to listen – this means tuning into your environment, watching out for signs and witnessing how you feel.Record how you feel – one of the most powerful ways to activate your intuition is to journal, record your thoughts and document your intuitive path. In time you can reflect on the thrill of the journey.
Be willing to build your strength – there is a learning curve with discernment and it's in your willingness to fail fast that will determine if you learn or you give up too quickly. It's about stepping aside from ego and trusting that intuition is like building strength in a muscle. The more you use it, the more it will work for you. Want to learn more?

When You’re Tired Of Trying To Be Enough Here’s What To Do
What I'm about to share with you is deeply personal. It's also being written through tears right now with affirmations flowing through at the same time.
I am here.
I am enough.
I am safe.

I'm doing the work. Because the negative emotions sometimes get really loud in the foreground of my heart.
I am not good enough.
I'm scared.
I'm tired.
I'm sad right now.
At the time I'm writing this, it's about 20 or so days until BE THE LOVE is launched out into the world and I am nervous, scared, stressed and of course super-excited and all of the things that rise up when you're launching something new.
The point here is that I still have to do the work. Sometimes daily. Feel, heal, reveal. All of the methods I outlined in the book I have to embody.
And when I'm having my down days or moments of doubt then I realize that I am so tried of trying to be enough.
Here are the things I do when I sense the spiral about to begin. So when you're tired of trying to be/do/have enough please remember this…
Lower the stakes.Rest and pause.Remember to breathe.Take a walk on the beach or in nature.Remember to BE THE LOVE.When you don't feel good enough, ready, enough or like you're getting in your own way it's important to show yourself COMPASSION. Self-compassion is how you can open up your portal to joy and happiness.
Even in this moment of contraction for me, I can sense that my stress needs to be soothed. I need to allow it to be. I need to take care of myself and unplug from hustle mode.
Gratitude can be a powerful remedy.Meditation can be a powerful remedy.
But above all it's knowing how to BE THE LOVE.
Most manifestations are blocked by suppressed emotions and/or a perceived lack of worthiness.🚫
That’s why manifesting “doesn’t work” for so many people!
But here’s the good news:
When you’re able to move past difficult emotions and acknowledge your true worth, you’ll find it so much easier to unlock your heart and manifest lasting happiness.

6 Powerful Ways To Create Emotional Boundaries
First up, what qualifies me to write this?
Sadly, I know a thing or two about the emotional intricacies and impact of violence. You might have seen my Goalcast video on surviving domestic violence that has been viewed over 70 million times.
With that being said, I have also been physically violent throughout my life and not very good at setting emotional boundaries.
This is not easy to admit, but I write about it in great detail in my latest book called Be The Love. It's a book about manifesting deep emotional boundaries within myself to create happiness and a path of healing.
“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing

and rightdoing there is a field.
I'll meet you there.”
When we mess up, we need to clean up. This is the realization that brings us to the path of healing.
If you've ever lashed out at another person – more than likely you feel like a jackass. I know I have behind closed doors and throughout my life.

Any time I've lashed out before there is something that I call a “shame cloud” that hangs over my head and needs some time, therapy and space to clear a path forward.
I've done a lot of inner-work around this and I can see the pain instantly in someone that lashes out and gets violent (physically or verbally).
You see, the healing path is a balance of self-compassion, setting boundaries, kindness and forgiveness.
So here it is, purely from my own perspective. I'm curious what will resonate for you in your own life.
6 Powerful Ways To Create Emotional Boundaries 1. Remember that violence is never the answerLashing out in violence always creates more problems. This is why we teach “no smacking” to our kids, right? I remember many years ago, my ex-husband told me he was raised to believe that if someone hits you, then you hit them back. Whereas, I was raised to believe that two wrongs, don't make a right.
Violence manifests when we feel powerless and not in control of our emotional state.
Boundary idea: breathe through the emotions and keep your cool.
2. You have a choice how you reactThe actions we choose to take always carry energetic repercussions. If someone offends you, or is unkind, you can own your power and not respond. Don't give it the time of day.
Spend your energy wisely. As a sovereign being you are always at a point of choice. Own your power and remember your own truth.
Boundary idea: choose love over fear and remember the choice you have in HOW you react to something.
3. Don't assumeThe media gives us tiny snapshots of really complex stories and issue. So too does our own personal dramas and seasons of upheaval. We're then left to decipher the intention, the meaning and the cause. Unless we were there, then it's virtually impossible to understand how someone gets to a boiling point within to resolve a situation with violence. We don't truly know what's going on, and maybe we don't want to.
Boundary idea: mind your business.
4. Addiction to dramaMost (not all) magazines, media outlets, advertising campaigns are targeting your doubts, insecurities and fears. This isn't anything new either.
Just look at the formulaic popularity of reality TV. We find ourselves glued to a screen when something bad, juicy or unfortunate happens. These shows are intentionally produced this way to feed your curiosity and feed an addiction to drama.
Boundary idea: Switch off the TV.
5. Hurt people, hurt peopleIf you've been hurt then you don't need to keep the cycle going. School bullies, online trolls, cheaters, narcissists (I am very reluctant to use labels here) etc – they are all wounded people stuck in a dysfunctional cycle they have the power to break. A need is not being met on some level. Beliefs were seeded prior to the age of seven and the beauty is that we have the power to change.
Boundary idea : lead with love and kindness and remember that you are enough.

You Are Not Broken
Have you ever felt like you were different, broken or damaged in some way? You are not alone and it's important to remember to guide your emotions to remember that you are not broken.
Have you ever blamed someone for how you feel?
Have you ever pointed the finger at another human and made them responsible for a situation or an outcome? The truth? That’s the fastest path to unhappiness because you’re not willing to claim your power. People that sometimes feel broken tend to do this a lot. I know this because I used to blame everyone for how I felt which I write about in Be The Love.
And to be clear, this is a space of non-judgment because we are all on a journey of self-discovery.

You have the power to guide your energy and your emotions no matter what you are feeling.

I used an example when I was teaching a workshop once of the difference between watering an orchid with pure, clean water as opposed to feeding it with nail polish remover.
What do you think happens? Yep, you guessed it. It shrivels and dies.
We need to view and treat our emotions with care, compassion and kindness or we will never bloom with our beautiful orchid petals of infinite possibilities.
Side note: As I am writing and updating this post, my husband Sean knocks on my office door. He then walks in with an orchid that is IDENTICAL to the one I share the picture of above. I said to his:
“You won't believe this.”
