Cool Wolves!
Thanks to Donna for sending me this cool wolf. I mean, really COOL. LOL :) Now if he were in his human form, the snow would have melted by now. :) His fur really helps to keep the heat on his body and the moisture away from it. :)
But Donna knew what a really rough day I was having today, really, really rough, so she sent me the wolf in his human form too. :) Thanks, Donna, for the Friday night inspiration!!!
And I want to thank fans of Killing the Bloodlust who are enjoying the story and want ...

Remember When....

Remember when I was griping about having so many blogs to do, every day!!! :) And still trying to keep up with word count and make it to my son's wedding and the RWA Nationals?
Well, here are some more of the places I had written for before all that happened and where I'm at today. It WAS a LOT of blogs! :) And more to come!

Another Bear Order!

I just received another bear order--this one for a different Celtic clan bear.
And I heard back from the wolf sanctuary. They walk the wolves in the morning, so if we can get there early enough, we can walk with them! :) Now we just have to pick a Saturday when we can all go.
Thanks so much, Mason, for sharing me with your readers! I know a lot of them probably don't read the genres I write in, but they are always so gracious when you sponsor me, so thanks for doing so! And a special thanks als...

Urban Fantasy Heroines---Preferred Boyfriend: Alpha Werewolves!
I loved this from Orbit Books~~~Oh, yes, preferred boyfriend--alpha werewolf!
The heroines must have gotten a taste of Darien, Devlyn, Hunter, Cameron, Leidolf, Jake or one of the other heroes they could really snuggle up to...yep, werewolves have it! And there's not a wilting flower among the heroines either--whether they're alpha werewolves themselves, or humans who end up becoming part of the wolf equation!
I absolutely love it!!! What does everyone else think? :)

From Dumbo to Wolves...

Isn't he beautiful? And doesn't he look nice and cool? To be there with him now while we're still having 100+ heat would be so nice! A couple told me they were going to Scandinavia and I asked if I could go with them. :)
Today, I'm here talking about hot and spicy spaghetti! And about food in stories--is it important? :)

Oh the Heat, and an Unexpected Surprise!!!

You all know I have constant deadlines, some of my own making so I can get to the big deadlines, but this morning it was more in the line of...got to weed before the heat is too much. It was already 81 at 6 am and too dark to work outside. By 7, the temperatures already climbing. No mosquitoes, yeah, but red wasps were floating around as I was pulling weeds and it finally got too hot to do any more so I came in to work on my blogs, and the newsletter, which I hope to have zipping off to reade...

The Case of the Lizard Plague

I'm in pain!!! I took a motrin and hopefully that will curb some of the pain. There are only two of us working, so I have to go in. Yesterday, I was in so much pain, but I couldn't stop to take anything for it because it was just two of us working and we were swamped. And once the pain kicks in, it's hard to get it under control. Part of it is from the teeth shifting, but I'm concerned about infection too. So although I hate being an alarmist, I'm thinking of making an appointment this aftern...
