In Transition? Here are 5 Ideas to Help You Through It!

Isn’t life lovely when everything is settled and humming along smoothly? For some reason, it never seems to stay that way! I’m in one of those places right now. My hubby and I decided to sell our condo on Cape Cod and move to Portland, Maine to be closer to our son and his wife. I’m in that crazy-making limbo period between letting go of the old and not quite at the new. Every conversation in my household seems to begin with “Do you know where ____ is?” Nothing is in its usual place!

I try to practice what I preach, trusting that intuition will guide me forward in the best possible way to my new life. I thought I’d share 5 ideas about how to live sanely and peacefully while you’re going through a change.

Don’t “Awfulize”

I’m a firm believer that when you put out negativity, you attract the same. That said, I’ve caught myself on more than one occasion saying things like “Downsizing is overwhelming.” “What if we don’t find a new home we like?” Or simply, “I’m so stressed!” I’ve noticed that what I say to myself has a huge impact on my peace of mind (or lack thereof!). I’m learning to replace these thoughts with “Things have a way of working out.” “I trust Divine timing.” And my favorite, “I allow all of this to unfold with ease and grace.” I feel better already!

It’s Okay to Feel Confused or Lost

By definition, transitions are not a permanent place. They don’t last forever — although they often seem to! I love this quote from William Bridges, author of the book, “Transitions: Making Sense of Life’s Changes.” Between letting go (of the old) and successfully launching the new, there is a time of confusion and emptiness.  People often feel lost during this time, and too often they interpret that lostness as yet another sign that something is wrong.  It is simply a sign that they have entered the fertile chaos of the neutral zone. I love that term “fertile chaos.” Embrace it and know that your soul is guiding you to something new.

Patience is a Virtue

When I’m in this transition zone and fear that nothing is happening, (the condo hasn’t sold yet!) I find comfort in the example of tulips. You plant them in the fall and they come up in the spring.  In the intervening months, there appears to be nothing going on.  You wouldn’t think of digging them up in the middle of winter and yelling at them that they’re “stuck” and admonishing them to “grow faster!” They are doing exactly what they need to do. And when all the circumstances needed for their flowering are in the right place, they appear and bloom.  The same is true for your transitions. The wisdom that guides the flowers guides your life as well.

Check in With Your Inner Guidance

When you’re in the midst of a transition, learn to ask your intuition questions. Here are two ideas: “What is the best possible outcome for this situation?” “What could I do to be at peace today?” The answer may not always leap into your mind. It takes time to retrain your thinking to “hear” the subtle messages from your guidance system.  You may find that the answer comes as an impulse to try something different, or a gradual awakening to a new way of thinking about an obstacle you’re confronting.  Keep in mind that your intuition can help guide you to peace in any situation.

I’m Here to Help

If you’re feeling stuck and confused, consider scheduling an intuitive reading appointment. Many of my clients call when they’re in a transition and trying to figure out next steps. I use my intuitive guidance to help you to get clear, feel more at peace, and to have a practical action plan moving forward. You can book your session directly on my online calendar.

And, if money is a concern, try my new Divine Prosperity program. You’ll find audio meditations, prayers, affirmations and a Divine Prosperity e-book.

Do you have any favorite techniques or ideas for gracefully managing a life transition? I’d love to hear about them! Write your comments below!

Not Feeling Prosperous? Read This!

Many of you reading this have heard about “Metaphysics” or the “Law of Attraction.” Perhaps you’ve seen the movie, “The Secret.” Or you’re a fan of Esther Hicks and “Abraham.” Or you’ve read one of the myriad books on the topic.

I’ve been studying this thing called metaphysics for a good part of my life. I find the theory fascinating — that what we predominately focus on, we attract into our lives. The most frequently used methods are to visualize our desired outcome and to say affirmations. However, the question I hear from my clients is, “What am I doing wrong? What I want isn’t showing up!”

In this time of economic upset, many of us are trying to use these Universal laws to attract prosperity. It’s more than frustrating when the money we hope for doesn’t come to us. Here are 5 ideas for creating a wealth mentality:

Expect Prosperity

I believe that the Universe is a vast, magnificent system of abundance. The way we receive this wealth is through ideas, thoughts and opportunities. It also comes through connections to people, events and circumstances. God doesn’t just come out of the heavens and say, “You there! Good job! Here’s a check for a million dollars.” Instead, we are given ideas to grow a profitable new business. Or we get a job where we can learn new things and be able to contribute to our community. To help you with this concept, I’ve created an abundance program called “Divine Prosperity.” I’m unveiling it on June 4. Read more about it here!

Ask for Divine assistance

Write a list of what you need right now. Don’t try to figure out how these things will come to you. Allow the Universe to do what it does best — create miracles. Keep your focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want. Maintain an attitude of surrender about how it will come to you. The Universe has been known to create minor miracles such as causing the sun to come up every morning and go down every night. Perhaps you might allow it to help you create an answer to your personal financial needs right now.

Brainstorm some possibilities.

Get a paper and pen or put fingers to your keyboard and begin writing down every possible solution that pops into your mind. Do this once a day for thirty days. Ask your intuition questions as you write. “How can I create immediate cash right now?” “What’s the best course of action to help me (fill in the blank?”) “What can I do that would be most helpful for me right now?” If you’re feeling stuck, call some supportive (and positive) friends and invite them to a potluck meal and prosperity brainstorming party. The more ideas, the merrier!

Take action on the answers you receive.

Don’t overwhelm yourself. Break the tasks down so that you’re taking at least three action steps a day. If more (or less) feels comfortable to you, that’s fine too. You are putting energy out towards what you want to create. Take action only on those items that feel interesting and energizing. If you feel drained and depleted when contemplating an action, don’t do it.  Those responses are your intuition at work, pointing you away from the wrong direction. Keep a journal of each task that you’ve completed, including some of the less tangible ones. There’s something very comforting in seeing a list of accomplishments when you’re down on yourself and feel that you’re not “doing enough.”

Make a commitment to stay positive.

We all have habits of unconstructive thoughts that we repeat to ourselves when we’re under pressure. What thoughts do you have? A common one I hear often is, “I’m so stressed out!” Be vigilant about nipping those negative thought spirals in the bud. Pessimistic thinking often precedes an emotional crash and you can’t afford one of those when you’re in a financial crisis. Following are some prosperity-affirming thoughts that will help you stay positive. Pick one that works for you. The intention is to make you feel better so you can stay open to incoming intuitive guidance that will lead you out of the current situation. “This is just temporary; things are beginning to turn around.” “I am open to new avenues of prosperity.” “I live in an abundant Universe; I have everything I need.” “Money flows to me from all directions.” Write down several statements that make you feel better and replace those nasty negative thoughts with some good ones.

Often all it takes are very simple shifts of attitude to invite prosperity into your life. Give some or all of the above ideas a try and see what happens. I’d love to hear from you about any and all techniques you’ve tried. What has worked for you?

May you live long and prosper!

I Didn’t Trust My Gut

Would it surprise you to know that I don’t always trust my intuition? That’s right, even me, the “intuition expert” who encourages everyone else to listen to and act on their fabulous inner wisdom. I thought it would be interesting to track my intuitive messages for a few days and show you the results.

From muscle spasms to car accidents, here’s a week in the life of me and my intuition…

Monday: I’m in a Stretch and Strengthen workout class and lifting some free-weights. “Slow down” says my inner voice. “Not on your life!” says my ego. “I gotta keep up with these older ladies next to me.” Result? A painful muscle spasm later that day.

Tuesday: I live on Cape Cod and the tourist traffic is picking up. I have a doctor’s appointment to drive to. A little thought drifts through my mind encouraging me to take the scenic route. “That will make me late” says my logical brain. You guessed it. Major traffic jam. I’m 10 minutes late for my appointment. If I had followed the inner whisper I would have been on time.

Wednesday: I find myself thinking of my friend, Darlene, all day. “I should call her. I haven’t spoken to her in a while.” I put it off. I hear later from a mutual friend that Darlene had a car accident that day and was briefly hospitalized.

Thursday: A client called to ask if I could fit her in for an intuitive reading session via Skype the next day. I really like this woman and wanted to accommodate her. However, I noticed I felt a bit drained as I said yes to putting her on my calendar. At the exact time of her appointment my office Internet connection was down, and I wasn’t able to connect with her.

Friday: I’m getting ready for a business networking event. I have this niggling feeling that I’m overdressed. I get to the meeting only to realize that I’d missed the “casual Friday” memo. Everyone else is in t-shirts and shorts. (Hey, it’s Cape Cod!)

What’s my takeaway from these past few days? It’s the recognition that my intuition is always on and wanting to help, even with the most mundane of circumstances. I need to (re) learn to pay attention to those subtle clues of “aha” moments, nudges, coincidences and inner whispers. They are there to keep me safe and happy.

Can you think of a time where YOU didn’t trust your intuition? Perhaps you didn’t act on a nagging feeling. Or you had one of those “I KNEW I shouldn’t have… (fill in the blank.) I’d love to hear your story.

Are You Worried About Money?

You’ve got a lot of company! Have you talked to God (Inner Wisdom, Universe) about your financial concerns? There are all kinds of formal prayers beseeching the Divine for abundance. However, I’m a big believer in simply talking from your heart. “God, I’m worried about being able to pay the bills this month. I know that there are many ways you have to help me work this out and create abundance. I place this in Your hands.”

The Reverend Robert Schuller claims that “There are 365 verses in the Bible that begin with the words “Fear not.” Many religions and spiritual practices encourage us to put our fears in the hands of a higher power. Say whatever is in your mind or heart but affirm what you (hopefully) know to be true, that prosperity is your divine birthright.

Do you want some more ideas about creating abundance in your life? Next month I’ll be unfolding a new guided meditation program entitled “Divine Prosperity.” Stay tuned to my newsletters and social media for more details.

Can’t wait until then? Here are some intuitive abundance techniques you can try now!

What Are You Telling Yourself About Money?

Many people find it difficult to still their mind enough to meditate effectively. It’s especially hard when you’re in a phase of anxiety. If this is true for you, simply sit for no more than five minutes and say a comforting phrase or phrases out loud or to yourself.

Here are some of my favorites:

“The Universe is abundant.”

“God provides all that I need.”

“I let go of fear and worry and know that everything is working out fine.”

“I allow abundance to enter my life in great and unexpected ways. I have more than enough. All my needs are met.”

“I am a magnet for wonderful new opportunities.”

What are your favorite comforting phrases?

An Intuition Abundance Exercise:

Take time each day to visualize and affirm your abundance goal. In this way you add power to the vibrational energy that will attract your intention. Your feelings and emotions are an important part of this process. What does it feel like to have the prosperity that you want? Use the power of your emotions as you visualize.
If you find yourself dwelling on lack and scarcity, simply re-direct your thoughts. The affirmative statements above may help. When you notice yourself focusing on pessimistic or negative thoughts, shift your focus to what you want.
Each day take at least one action step toward what you’re excited about. This might mean taking a class, going to an informational interview, joining a club or association, writing an article, making a call, sending an e-mail. Your excitement or curiosity about something is a message from your intuition about the next step to take. Whatever it is — do it!
Your objective should be to enjoy this process. Learn to be grateful for all that you’ve created. As you move towards your desired outcome, you’ll find new objectives emerging. That’s fine and as it should be. Remember to have fun!
Begin to notice any abundance coming your way. Perhaps a friend paid for lunch, you discovered a coin on the street or you found a discount for something you needed to buy. Your desire for abundance may not be fully realized in a day, week or month. Simply pay attention to things shifting in your favor.
Let me know what happens! What’s your best tip for manifesting desired change? What would you like to add to this list?

Finding Peace in a Fast Paced World

I had lunch yesterday in a restaurant near my home. I had taken along a good book to read and was just finishing a cup of coffee when a young women sat down at the table next to me. She was speaking loudly and rapidly making multiple calls on her cell phone, updating her staff, calling her kids, making dinner plans, hair appointments and sales calls. I briefly imagined what it would be like to have that many things on my plate and immediately felt exhausted!

What struck me after lunch was how few of us know how to slow down and savor life. What comes to your mind when you think of “taking care of yourself?” Do you think about taking a long vacation by the beach? A full month at a restorative spa? Endless massages? Perhaps you imagine you can do that when you retire. Most of us think of taking time out of our lives in order to really nurture ourselves. But what would your life look and feel like if you had balance and calm as an everyday experience? What if you didn’t need to get away from your daily life in order to bring peace to your life?

When will you begin tuning into your own soul and listening to its wisdom?

We have so few occasions built into our modern-day lives where reflection and slowing down occurs. Yet this is where restorative, spiritual change and inner guidance frequently takes place. This sort of time used to be very common. It just naturally happened in the spaces between the events of our lives. We would walk to work or spend time gardening. Our lunch hours included both nourishment for our body and a leisurely walk for our souls; a bit of quiet in the middle of the day. There were tranquil moments waiting for the pot to boil, the rain to stop, the casserole to bake in the oven and it no longer happens as frequently or as easily as we all long for. “It” is the natural rhythm of life.

Listen to Your Soul’s Wisdom

Have you found yourself getting so caught up in the frustrations of your job, driving your kids to their various after-school programs, making meals, struggling with life, that you forget to ask yourself, “What’s my true purpose here?” Perhaps you’re afraid to ask yourself that question. Dr. Richard D. Dobbins stated it this way, “Until the pain of remaining the same hurts more than the pain of change, most people prefer to remain the same.”

When will you begin tuning into your own soul and listening to its wisdom? Do you get so caught up in the busy-ness of your life that you neglect to give yourself permission for emotional, physical and spiritual renewal? It’s during those times that you remember what is meaningful. John Wanamaker wrote, “People who cannot find time for recreation are obliged sooner or later to find time for illness.” It’s much more pleasant to take the time to nurture yourself when you’re physically and emotional healthy.

Create a Peaceful Life

Begin to create a pace that feels good to you, that feels like life is flowing for you, not hectic and out of control. If you are peaceful and choose to live your life with balance, your life will be peaceful. When you constantly feel tired, cranky and out of sorts your inner guidance is working over-time to catch your attention. It’s saying, “Warning! Your life is seriously out of balance!” God is providing the course correction for you by cautioning that the path you’re on is leading to energy depletion.

You can’t do it all. Let that be okay. You’re only human, along with the rest of us! Your task is to recognize when your life is out of balance and as quickly as possible to do what you can to nurture yourself and restore flow and ease. How long do you want to wait to start living “the good life?” Your Wise Inner Being will constantly point to the path that will lead you there.

When you take care of yourself and take time to do what you love, you are in balance. There is time and space for you to once again feel and appreciate the fullness and richness of your life. Allow yourself time for prayer and meditation. It is the one thing you can do that allows you to experience the All-That-Is that is God. It is the way to gain access to all the possible resources of healing guidance for your mind, body and spirit.

How to Build An Inner Sanctuary to Receive Wise Answers

When you’re in the midst of change and transition it’s helpful to seek insight from your wise inner guidance. Intuition is like a true friend who wants what’s best for you, who is always there, guiding, listening, encouraging  — showing you the way to achieve your heart’s desire. How do you access this wisdom? Creating an “Inner Sanctuary” is the answer.

To begin this exercise, think of a concern you have in your life right now. Perhaps it’s a question about a relationship, a career choice, your health or something about your spiritual development.

Form this issue into a question that evokes more than a yes or no answer. Examples might be, “What’s the best choice for my career right now?” or “What steps could I take to improve my health?” or “How could I communicate more effectively with my boss?” or “How can I improve my connection to my intuition?”

Create Your Sanctuary

Choose a time when you won’t be disturbed for about 20-30 minutes or so. You may want to listen to a favorite piece of relaxing music. Sit quietly and close your eyes. Focus on your breath for a few moments. Slowly feel your breath coming in and then let it go out.

In your mind’s eye picture a favorite place where you feel safe and comfortable. This might be by the ocean, under a tree in a beautiful meadow, by a babbling brook or in a special room, either real or imagined. Use your imagination to make it even more attractive. See the colors being rich and deep; listen to the sounds around you as you settle in; feel the emotions that this wondrous place evokes.

You’re creating a sanctuary in your mind where you can go to receive intuitive guidance. Some people imagine their intuition coming to them in the form of a guide, others perceive the information in words, images, a felt sense, through body sensations or simply “knowing.” Whatever works for you is fine.

Ask the question you formed at the beginning of the exercise. Pause. Take your time and use all your senses.

What do you feel?
What do you sense?
What does your body tell you?
What do you hear? What do you see?
What do you know?

Receive your answer in whatever form it comes. There is no right way, just your way. When you feel ready, open your eyes and return to normal consciousness.

Important note: When I teach this technique in a seminar, people often report that they don’t receive an answer right away. Don’t be discouraged if this happens to you! It’s normal. It even happens frequently to me!

You may find that the answers will pop into your mind when you least expect them during the next day or two…when you’re driving to work, as you’re drifting off to sleep, washing the dishes, or when you’re taking a shower.

Keep a pad of paper and pen (or some other device) with you to jot down the flashes of insight or “aha” moments that will arrive throughout the day following this exercise.

Let me know how this worked for you! What answers did you receive?

Need Some Creative Inspiration? Try These 6 Tips!

When you’re overwhelmed and feeling stymied and blocked, making yourself work harder is usually counterproductive. Your inspiration dries up; the numbers you’re trying to crunch swim before your eyes. The creative ideas you need just aren’t coming to you. The solution? You need an insight break!  Here are six ideas to jump start your creative inspiration! Which one makes you say, “Yes!”?

Take a Hike — Is there a place near your office or home that makes you feel calm? Go there the next time you need insight. The answers you receive during those few minutes will be more than equal to the hours of statistics and analysis you had planned.

Try Meditation — Five to ten minutes is all you need. Simply close your door, turn off the phone and shut your eyes. Focus on your breathing or on a comforting word or phrase. You’ll come back feeling centered and relaxed. The answers to issues you were struggling with will often be resolved during that brief time for contemplation.

Switch Your Thinking — Sometimes you’re simply too focused on the problem to be solved to come up with an inspired solution. Change your inner dialog from “What’s wrong with me?” “I’m stuck.” Or, “I don’t know what to do.” Choose more self-empowered phrases such as, “I know I’ll come up with a great solution. I always do.” Or, “What’s my right next step?” Or, “What would __X__ do?” (Fill in the blank with someone you admire.

Change Your Location — If you can’t actually get away from the office, try changing your location. It can often be as simple as moving to an unused conference room or the company cafeteria. The minor change will help you maintain your mental alertness and increase your productivity. If you can, bring your laptop to the park. Nothing like a change of scenery to fire up your creative juices.

Go to the Gym — Exercise gets the cobwebs out of your brain and allows you to come up with successful ideas while running on the treadmill or lifting weights. Begin your activity with the belief that at the end of your workout you’ll have a great solution to the issue you’ve been struggling with. Allow your subconscious mind to work on the answer as you work out.

Sleep On It — It’s a time-honored tradition among some of the most creative people from inventors to politicians to successful entrepreneurs and executives. Take a brief “power” nap. Famous “nappers” include Winston Churchill, Albert Einstein and Brahms. The latter reportedly napped at his piano while he composed his famous lullaby. Many people confess that napping was one of the quickest ways they found to make a decision or come up with a solution. Just don’t snore and wake everyone else up!

Which one of the six ideas resonated with you the most? That’s your intuition giving you the go ahead. Now take action on it. Intuition is your inner guide to a successful, happy and inspired life.

Are You Ready to Surrender Your Challenges? Here’s How!

As human beings we are wired for wisdom and guidance from God/Infinite Wisdom. When we learn how to listen to our intuition we will hear the guidance that will show us the next step to take. We don’t have to be concerned with all the minutiae about how to reach our goals and visions. We only need to be concerned about listening for the next steps.

Let Go!

You have probably read the words, “let go and let God” many times. As a result, you’ve probably asked yourself, what is this trust all about? Does it mean that you have no role or any responsibility for action in this process? Letting it go to God always sounded so passive to me. It used to scare me more than help me. I thought of it as giving up on what I wanted. But it’s not that at all.

Trust the Universe!

I believe that there is a friendly, abundant, loving, wise energy in the Universe that supports you and wants what’s best for you. It supports your highest good. Letting your fears, concerns, wishes, prayers “go to God” means that you trust and work with this energy that powers the universe. God will work with you through your own built-in guidance system (intuition) to help draw to you what you want. Want to learn more? Click the link below to watch!

I wrote about it in my book “Divine Intuition.” So many of my readers wrote and told me it was one of their favorite ideas.

Do You Let FEAR Override Your Intuition?

fearI was watching a recent episode of the television show, “Blue Bloods.” It’s a show featuring an Irish Catholic family with several generations of members who are in  law enforcement. It stars Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg and Bridget Moynihan. In this particular episode, Moynihan’s college-aged daughter, “Nicky,” is discussing her potential college choices.

Tom Selleck, who plays her grandfather, asks her,

“How will you know you made the right choice?” (Isn’t that a great question?!)

She replies,

“That’s easy! It’s the one that makes me the most excited and then I want to throw up!”

I laughed with recognition. I think it’s often the way we feel when we make an intuitive decision. To put it a little more delicately than Nicky, have you ever gotten really excited about a new direction, idea or potential path? Then, when you actually take action and DO this thing, you got scared and freaked out. You may have decided it wasn’t really a gut feeling, it was just indigestion!

I want to assure you that it’s perfectly normal to feel scared, nervous, anxious and yes, even like throwing up, when you make a decision that will impact your life in a big way. It’s also normal to think, “What if I’m wrong?” “What if I’m not smart (rich, experienced, good-looking, young, old, etc.) enough to do this thing I want to do?”

What do you do if you find yourself in this situation and yet want to go forward anyway? Take a small step! See if you can break the task down into smaller, less scary pieces, and then keep going.

Like the young Nicky, you may feel excited about something. This response is a clue from your intuition. If you feel excited, energized, curious, interested in something, it’s your intuition saying, “move in this direction.”

Small Steps to Conquer Fear

How do you create some smaller steps to build the bridge onto the new path you want in your life? Let’s take Nicky’s desire for going to college as an example. Here are some things she could do to make it a little less scary.

Research the school
Talk to people who have gone there
Visit the school
Apply to the school
Check out the Facebook page of the school
Read articles about famous people who have gone there and what they liked or didn’t like about the place

Hopefully, you get the idea. These small actions help make the decision a little less scary, and incorporate some concrete, rational and practical decision-making into the mix as well.

There is one more idea that helps. Ask yourself, “If I don’t do this thing, will I look back at my life and regret it?”

If the answer is yes, you do need to overcome your fear and do the thing that scares you! That’s what makes life a big adventure.

I’m curious.  How have you managed your fear and anxiety when making a big life decision? I’d love to hear your tips.

What to Do When Life Gets Crazy! (Part 3 of 3)

Life is filled with uncertainty. At times it can feel very crazy making. This past week alone my intuitive reading clients were in the midst of several of those upsetting life events. One client reported that her ex-husband had inexplicably stopped paying child support for their three kids, forcing her to move in with her parents. A 61-year-old client who had worked at the same job for 18 years was told she was being laid off, and a 35-year-old dad of two young children found out he had a life-threatening cancer.

What do you do when life gets crazy? There are many options that guide us towards peace, resolution and renewal. You can read Part 1 and Part 2 on my blog.

Take Time to Pray

Prayer softens our hearts and requires vulnerability and openness to make way for something new. It may be an innovative idea or simply a shift in awareness that allows me to see the world through different eyes. Those things are especially helpful during times of crisis.

When I pray, I pour out my heart as if I’m talking to a good friend. Many spiritual traditions believe the heart is where we connect with the Divine. When I pray, I’m making a request to align with a loving, compassionate force that I believe wants me (and you!) to be successful and at peace in our lives. Below is an example of how I pray. If the word “God” produces conflict, use any word or concept that works for you such as “Divine,” “Universe,” “All That Is,” or “Beloved.”

Dear God —

I’m struggling with ______(this life event.)

I’m feeling ____ (scared, anxious, fearful…)

I am coming to you seeking your help and wisdom.

I know that you are guiding me by giving me new ways of looking at this situation.

There is always a change of attitude, insight, a miracle or help from unexpected sources. I open my mind and heart to all of those possibilities right now.

Give me the wisdom to guide me to the change my soul requires. I invite your peace, ease and grace.

Show me the thoughts and actions that bring resolution. I know your wish for ALL of us is prosperity, health and love. I accept all of that into my life now.

I rest in your love, your wisdom. I know that you hear my prayer and that I hear your answers through my intuition.

Give me understanding and discernment to guide me through this crisis. I am listening. Help me to make the right choices that bring me to peace.

Amen

Build a Bridge to a New Life

Creating a successful change in life can be downright overwhelming. Where do I begin? This is the biggest hurdle for most of us. I like the “small steps” approach. I ask my intuition, “What could I do today that will help me _____?” I fill in the blank with my current objective. I then pay attention to any ideas that feel interesting, that light me up or that I’m curious about. Those are the ones that are intuitively guided. They’re the very ones that lead me back to sanity and serenity.

What one thing could you do today that feels interesting, exciting or compelling? It doesn’t need to be a big thing. In fact, it’s better if it’s a small step! Perhaps you could research a class you want to take. You could go outside and take a walk. Call a friend. Write in your journal. Apply for a job that sounds interesting. Go to an exercise class. Write some marketing copy. Send a card to a friend you’ve lost touch with.

What is your intuition guiding you to do? Let me know! Write your thoughts below.
