Romance Quotes from Comic Books
I recently came across this news on Bling. It was a story by Elliot Gudge listing top ten most romantic lines from Comic Books. I thought I will share these for comic book lovers that don't shy away from romance.
Have you read the books these are taken from?
And why do only mostly women lean towards romantic reads?
1. "I Have Traveled From the Beginning of Time to the End, Mr. Terrific. And I Have Learned One Thing..." Hourman
2. "Don't You See, Love is For Souls, Not Bodies?" - Scarlet Witch
3. "When I Know You're There, in My Life, I Feel Like I Can Do Anything, MJ. Anything" - Spider-Man
4. "I Love You, Lois Lane. Until the End of Time" - Superman
5. "You Did Right. You Wan' Feel Bad 'Bout Dat, Your Privilege" - Gambit
6. "I Didn't Have to Have Eyesight to Know I Was Looking at the Most Beautiful Woman in the World" - Daredevil
7. "I Will Circle Around You Until The Stars Die And the World Has Forgotten What Makes Us Different" - Legion
8. "We Can Make Our Lives the Way We Want Them Or We Ain't Worth Nothing" - Jesse Custer
9. "...Until Your Mother Loves a Man She Has Every Reason to Hate" - Doctor Manhattan
10. "Deeply...Silently...And For Too Many Years" - Swamp Thing

Memory
Memory is a record of things and events that can be recalled later. Does that mean if we don’t have a record of it, it doesn’t exist or didn’t happen?
The famous philosopher George Berkeley said: “If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?” It is primarily questioning that if no one knows about something, does it not exist. Maybe. But it is not my reality unless I know about it.
Therefore, memory creates reality.
Can we then say whatever we perceive from our senses is expressed information? It is, however, unknown how the universe stores it. We have cracked the DNA impression at some level but not ‘how’ it is preserved. The smallest natural storage device visible to our naked eyes is a seed. It can replicate its kind perfectly, yet we cannot see/read the stored information. Can we then say that natural memory is intangible unless expressed? This supports the possibility that there could be so much more that is not expressed, so it doesn’t exist for us.
Similarly, human devices store information as electrical pulses that can be read/written in programming languages, which can be expressed as images or texts. Unless the program is executed, one cannot know what is stored.
Therefore, expression is the key, as it is what we experience. This draw tweaks our previous understanding: memory combined with our experience creates reality for us.
Does that mean if we can somehow create a memory and store it as an experience, it will be genuine to us even if it didn’t happen? Can we then even know if what we are experiencing is truly happening?
If you enjoyed this, read i$UBSCRIBE, which progresses precisely like machine learning. It is the basis of AI evolution. My take challenges what we believe to be artificial vs. real.

Reflection & Realization
Reflection is when something is thrown back. We also call it pondering over whatever got reflected. In simple terms, it is careful thinking or looking at.
And what is being reflected? It could be energy, an object, our or others’ actions, reactions, or life in general. Basically, it is anything that has already happened or was there. No matter how we reflect, it is always immediately previous.
How? Why? Because there is a distance it has to travel to be detected, it takes time. That means we observe it over time. This means what we look at or ponder upon is the past. Any action can only be reflected on after it has happened; otherwise, it is contemplation. By this understanding, we can safely say we are never in the present. As the present moment is persistently our past. Yet here we are, believing in the present. When there is no such thing as present but the past or the future. The funny thing is, we still somehow understand what present is. Even when its definition is quite blurry.
Being aware of this enigma and simply existing is realization. Until then, you will always be reflecting or contemplating.
Is realization even possible? Let's understand by reading a quote from my book i$UBSCRIBE
"Reflection is the past. Something that images, therefore, it exists."
And so, reflecting tells us something was there. And that we are not alone. Here is another quote from the same book to mess up the understanding further.
“Mistake is not made but defined. When you analyze your past or future actions. Or when others do it for you. That’s when you establish it as a mistake. The act of judging puts you at fault, not the actual action. Contemplation is the culprit.”
Are we then to not contemplate? You tell me.

Sound vs. Delusional
A sound person has the capacity to reason. Anyone resistant to facts is delusional.
And so, a sound person will not accept anything at face value. They will rely on their research and analysis to get to the facts. But what is fact? To me, it is a narrative. Let me prove it to you...
Do we raise any questions about the authenticity of the products we consume backed by studies or trials we are never a part of directly? Do we ever question the health benefits of food like the products we eat? Or even the natural-looking organic food, for that matter? What about the everyday use stuff that is released on a big scale? For example, building materials, processed wood, natural stones, cell phones, upholstery, dyed fabrics, and cosmetic products.
We rarely raise such genuine questions as we are too busy working to support ourselves rather than being informed consumers. If a celebrity is their brand ambassador, the product has to be good. Right? Better yet, an ordinary person like you and me will not make us question the authenticity of the advertised product. Moreover, if it is approved for public use by the governing bodies, it must be safe. Right?
Think again. Most of the things we use are hazardous to our health. The rules and regulations are here to benefit companies, not consumers. Because the consumers give into the marketing gimmick and don’t even care. They don’t want to be bothered with the leg work associated with researching about anything that makes their life easier. So, I don’t blame the government for ignoring the consumers. I mean... Would you work for the benefit of someone who doesn’t care, is easily fooled, or is too busy to give a damn? Even though there are websites to read about the things available to us, most of us are ignorant about facts in plain sight. We are too wound up making a living to exercise our rights.
But wait, isn’t someone who ignores facts delusional?
If you enjoyed this, considering reading my books that questions the status quo of our sound society.
Quotes:
“When money and power are in the equation, most of what is done is for profit. True consumers are still getting the leftovers. And somewhere along the line of ‘curing world hunger’ or ‘curing cancer’ using the latest technology, noble cause got lost to profit-making.”
Taken from ALL KAAL NONE - TRIKA ŚŪNYA Part 2
"Any poisonous discovery is disseminated as a trace ingredient in prior accepted consumable conception. The food and pharmaceutical industry are the leader in such corruption. The majority never question packaged products or prescribed medicine. Emotions like fear, trust, and hope are exploited to implement profitable ideas freely."

Gender Equality
Gender is a social construct that demands specific behavior based on sex. It is not what the biology establishes at conception.
For some. it simply doesn’t work that way. Their mind cannot conform to the biologically established identity or behave as per societal demands. I realize gender is a made-up concept. Similar to how we don’t have a say in our birth or our name, gender is yet another imposition. It is simply an added approach to identify another human being apart from their given name. And if we have the right to change our name legally, why not gender?
Since this right to choose might cause innumerable genders to pop up. There is another way to look at it. Why have the need to subscribe to a gender? Why can’t we be human beings? Most importantly, why must we label ourselves in so many different ways?
Because we are obsessed with distinguishing and classifying due to the sense of individuality. We feel and are made to believe we are different and unique. And so naturally, we want to establish that. Associating with two genders is too constricting. We have a different perspective of ourselves sometimes. But we love to box things. It has to be finite so that society cannot let gender classification go out of hand. Plus, knowing what you identify as unless you tell that is a hassle. And how absurd it would be to wear a tag, keep repeating that to everyone, or tattoo it on your forehead.
Wait… You can’t do that because you have the right to change your mind. And so I feel this gender concept needs to be revoked. Be done with.
I have never been too worried about gender requirements, as I was never confused about it. My mind accepted what I was conditioned to believe in. In any case, the body doesn’t care. And almost no one is ready to believe that. Any artificial idea is not associated with the body. So, can we eliminate gender and all the pronouns it entails?
Hang on, how would we identify a perpetrator then? Uh... maybe describe them as ‘the person appeared to be a biological male or a female.’ Is that acceptable? Why not? It doesn’t change how you feel about yourself.
We should be free to feel whatever we want, as long as our choices are not others’ burden.
If you enjoyed this consider reading my books available on Amazon Kindle Unlimited.

"You don’t feel good about being promoted because you are beautiful or my favorite.”
“Damn right! It should be talent-based,” she grimaced.
“It is still based on something. Simply different currency. It's still a transaction. Trading one thing for another. How is one superior over the other?”

Free Will vs. Fate
Free Will is a choice without the constraint of necessity or Fate. Choices are often for a preconceived outcome or the best option at a given moment. We are unknowingly forced to choose constantly in our daily lives. Go to school or not, eat food on time or not, rest when tired or not, etc. Doesn’t it feel like choices are made to avoid unfavorable outcomes? And that it is fear-driven. Though Free Will is defined as an unforced choice. Does that mean it is subconscious? I’d say no. If Free Will is a choice, some thought processing surely went into it. Right? It is an impulse if you willfully perform an action without thinking it through. Sometimes, you are born into it, like faith or dietary choices. Hence, it is conditioning. Free Will or not, our choices are based on the gathered knowledge and drawing comparisons.
As for Fate, it is an inevitable outcome regardless of your choices. But how do we know if Fate is at play or not? Example: An athlete leading a race falls and suddenly loses at the last minute. Is it Fate or simply unfortunate? Another crude example is an innocent victim of a random crime. Is it Fate or merely unfortunate?
My philosophical take on this is quite different. To me, the only Free Will we have is to reflect. We look back and scrutinize our or other’s actions for a better or desired future. And Fate will continue to override our efforts. For example, you work hard and get the life you desire, only to lose it all to circumstances beyond your control, like losing your fortune in an ugly divorce.
Therefore, free will can never change your destiny, as it is evaluating what you already know. And if you follow my blogs, you know that Destiny is death - an outcome unchanged for all of us. So... who cares!
If you enjoyed this, read my books on Amazon Kindle Unlimited to get a different perspective on Fate, free will, destiny, and choices.
A quote from i$UBSCRIBE
"Reflection is our one free will and is nothing but comparison. Any assessment almost always leads to annoyance."
An excerpt from ALL KAAL NONE - TRIKA ŚŪNYA Part 2
“You can let it out and then forgive yourself. Do not for a second believe you are powerful enough to change someone’s destiny. It was not your calling. Not your doing.” - Ekluvya, The Purified Supreme

Freedom
Freedom is a state of openness of speech, behavior, and invulnerability. It is not without consequences, though. Our freedom is always associated with responsibilities. This means you can’t speak your mind; you can’t behave the way you want, or you would be vulnerable. All this contradicts the very definition of freedom.
Are we playing a game? We seem to have too many rules to follow just to exercise our right to choose, giving us a pseudo sense of being free. Are we fooling ourselves into thinking we are free when we are all busy choosing from the given options? Is having choices truly freedom, then?
Being a philosophical junkie, I’d say choices take away the freedom to flow with life. Our natural state is the state of vulnerability. One where your only option is to move forward and let your body’s native intelligence take over. Analyzing options could mean death by an impulse-driven predator or unpredictable nature. Haven’t you heard that thinking slows you down?
But all our ideas are born out of thought. We operate contrary to nature. We are encouraged to think, analyze, and then make decisions. But we cannot do that unless we box things. We need it to be finite, defined, and identified for us to focus. That means we are constantly worried about other things and not ourselves. Perhaps eliminating our state of thoughtfulness would be best. We can then be free of the separation needed to solidify our existence.
Therefore, the absence of the idea of freedom is true freedom. Is that even acceptable?
If this was thought-provoking, read my books to get provoked further.
Quotes from my books available on Amazon Kindle Unlimited.
“Any belief is to conform to objectivity and give up independence. Ironically, it is propagated as freedom. An unspoken rule – this freedom is within the standards of society and law. Everyone is looking for a like-minded bunch, not freedom per se. That makes them unaware of being trapped.”
Taken from i$UBSCRIBE
"Any option is boxing freedom. Adhering to the so-called normal or rules is restricting and insane. It is all a phase. Only to change with time."

The Creator
Do you wonder who/what created our world? Before attempting to crack this most coveted question, let’s understand the difference between God, Religion, and Faith.
Faith is unquestioning surrender; Religion is submission to an organization. God is an impersonal Supreme title given to who/what created our world. These are optimistic approaches to life but are intangible. Yet we sign up for some idea even after proclaiming ourselves the most intelligent species.
Why?
Our fear of being alone is the root cause of conforming to any make-believe concept, similar to a child who creates an imaginary friend. In and itself, it is okay. Until we start uplifting our ideas as the absolute. Forcing others to believe in it.
Why?
Validation from people is the only way to sustain the unsighted/unknown. Before buying, don’t we rely on reviews, ratings, and feedback to corroborate material products/services? Then how come we are sold out on the unseen. Are we that gullible? Short answer: yes, we are. Anything that says we are not without help gives us hope. Hope is what encourages us to move forward.
However, none of these are necessary to continue the world, Universe, or creation. It is not reliant on validation by subscription. It wouldn’t end if no one kept it alive in ideas. It wouldn’t stop the cycle of life if no one marketed it. It wouldn’t go obscure if no one believed in it. And for that reason, The Creator, whoever or whatever it is, is unbiased. It doesn’t care about carrying forward everything in its womb. Because the end of anything is not the end of the world but the beginning of another.
But to us, it sure is the end of our imaginary world if we don’t get enough support.
If you enjoyed this, you would surely get a kick out of reading my books that have a different perspective on conceived ideas. Here are excerpts from them to help you decide.
"God is unbiased. It doesn’t discriminate between good and evil. Everything is a part of everyone. It will be experienced by everyone. Everyone is everything.”
Taken from i$UBSCRIBE
“You personally witnessing a miracle is irrelevant in the big picture. Giving a religion-appointed God or faith credit is your prerogative. Suffering comes upon a religious person as it does on a non-believer. Whatever gives you the strength to overcome it is good enough. The world will continue even if the concept of God as religions dictates is debunked, phased out, or banned.”

Time - Never enough
Have you wondered about the concept of time? No matter the many definitions of this artificial idea, to me, it is nothing but a sense of continuity. Not just humans perceive time; other forms of life do, too. However, it means much more to us than any other species. For us, it is limited and elapsing.
Meanwhile, for the rest, it is simply a change and is cyclical. And so, to us, it is concluding, whereas, for the rest, it is ongoing. This critical difference makes us fear the end and desire timelessness or eternity. To be everlasting.
But everlasting is stagnant in conjunction with time. Because time is progression. Can we safely then say that we are conflicting? We want it all, and we want it now. We want to break free of the time limitation. Yet, we cannot function outside the scope of time, as the end of time is essentially death. And we would very much like to boast that we beat time while living in it.
That’s why time, which, ironically, we created, is against us.
Here are quotes from my books to reiterate the time mystery:
"Only a cyclical movement is singular and continual, establishing an altered 'Forever' that merges with the 'Beyond' endlessly. Contentment and Eternity are the two extremes of the continuum."
Taken from ALL KAAL NONE - KĀMA TRYAMBAKA Part 3
"Time is an idea invented by humans to measure or ensure existence is in progress."

Fame or Obscurity?
Our society is built on a collective framework with individual contributions, fostering competition. We encourage people to run harder than the others by recognizing their achievements. Do we then advocate attracting attention to ourselves? In the wild, every animal stays hidden unless it is mating period. Contrary to our society, blending in the surroundings is best for survival in nature.
Similar to nature, standing out in the world has many negatives. People get jealous or obsessed; they try to take advantage of you, or they might even try to harm you. Even then, we can't help but want to shine. Don't we teach our kids from the start to be the best at what they do? And who decides you are the best? It is validation from the others around you that endorses your worth. And that undoubtedly puts the spotlight on you.
We all desire fame until we realize its drawbacks by experiencing it. Or we burn out trying to be famous. You could be running from the law and choose to be obscure. Or perhaps you are an introvert, going about your life doing the minimum to be a contributing citizen without drawing unnecessary attention.
In a world where you must constantly prove your worth, would you live a life of obscurity or desire fame?

"It is vain to want to stand out when all anyone wants is to be accepted."

“Fame and obscurity are on the opposite side of the same scale. One can't exist without the other.”
