Sound vs. Delusional
A sound person has the capacity to reason. Anyone resistant to facts is delusional.
And so, a sound person will not accept anything at face value. They will rely on their research and analysis to get to the facts. But what is fact? To me, it is a narrative. Let me prove it to you...
Do we raise any questions about the authenticity of the products we consume backed by studies or trials we are never a part of directly? Do we ever question the health benefits of food like the products we eat? Or even the natural-looking organic food, for that matter? What about the everyday use stuff that is released on a big scale? For example, building materials, processed wood, natural stones, cell phones, upholstery, dyed fabrics, and cosmetic products.
We rarely raise such genuine questions as we are too busy working to support ourselves rather than being informed consumers. If a celebrity is their brand ambassador, the product has to be good. Right? Better yet, an ordinary person like you and me will not make us question the authenticity of the advertised product. Moreover, if it is approved for public use by the governing bodies, it must be safe. Right?
Think again. Most of the things we use are hazardous to our health. The rules and regulations are here to benefit companies, not consumers. Because the consumers give into the marketing gimmick and don’t even care. They don’t want to be bothered with the leg work associated with researching about anything that makes their life easier. So, I don’t blame the government for ignoring the consumers. I mean... Would you work for the benefit of someone who doesn’t care, is easily fooled, or is too busy to give a damn? Even though there are websites to read about the things available to us, most of us are ignorant about facts in plain sight. We are too wound up making a living to exercise our rights.
But wait, isn’t someone who ignores facts delusional?
If you enjoyed this, considering reading my books that questions the status quo of our sound society.
Quotes:
“When money and power are in the equation, most of what is done is for profit. True consumers are still getting the leftovers. And somewhere along the line of ‘curing world hunger’ or ‘curing cancer’ using the latest technology, noble cause got lost to profit-making.”
Taken from ALL KAAL NONE - TRIKA ŚŪNYA Part 2
"Any poisonous discovery is disseminated as a trace ingredient in prior accepted consumable conception. The food and pharmaceutical industry are the leader in such corruption. The majority never question packaged products or prescribed medicine. Emotions like fear, trust, and hope are exploited to implement profitable ideas freely."
