All is well

All is well at this moment.

If you observe all problems are either in the past or future.

Many of them are just in your head.

Pause. Breathe.

At this very second, there is no problem in your life.

At this very moment, all is well.

Until It’s Too Late

Malcolm X said, “That which you do not hate, you will eventually tolerate.”

Someone also said, “You sit in shit too long, it stops to smell.”

Change your life before it’s too late.

Transform it until you have the ability to see that some things need to change.

Craving VS Needs

Craving is a powerful desire.

Satisfying your cravings feels way better before than it feels afterward.

Your needs on the other hand are “essential or very important rather than just desirable.”

Meeting your needs always feels good afterward and rarely beforehand.

For Example:

Eating a cake or a burger sounds good beforehand but feels awful afterward.

Eating veggies and a healthy meal isn’t that appealing beforehand but feels amazing afterward.

Identifying a craving and saying no to it is power.

Saying no to yourself is a sign of true discipline and self-control.

There is a difference between doing something because you feel guided and inspired and doing something out of a craving.

When you identify a craving, you get to make a decision that either supports you/your health or disrupts it.

You get to judge if something or someone is good for you by the feeling you get afterward.

If you already feel enough as you are, why would you have any ambition to achieve anything in life?!

I had a question lingering in my head for more than 2 years.

If you already feel enough as you are, why would you have any ambition to achieve anything in life?!

It was only after I had experienced feeling whole and complete that I finally got it.

The majority of people do things out of lack.

They might feel a lack of money, love, fame, recognition… And that becomes their motivation for achieving certain things in their life.

It’s like pouring from an empty cup. It’s like choosing the path of most resistance.

And it might work. If someone tries really hard for a really long time, it’s going to work.

When you realize that you are enough as you are, without achieving anything, you just feel whole and complete.

It feels like you are at the right time, at the right place doing the right thing all the time.

When you feel whole you are so full of energy and love that you can’t help but create and expand.

You pour from an overflowing cup and when that’s happening everything comes to you effortlessly.

When there is a deficiency in your life and desire stems from it, you create an energetical wall.

Too strong of a desire creates resistance for you to manifest.

When you feel wonderful and amazing, when you feel aligned with the source energy universe mirrors it to you and you receive everything easily, quickly smoothly, and effortlessly.

When you feel whole you attract wholesome experiences into your life.

Swimming upstream wears us down, swimming downstream is simple and you literally go with the flow.

Here’s one of my favorite quotes that changed my life completely;

Needing nothing, attracts everything

When you feel amazing regardless your life becomes magical.

Magic is everywhere all the time, you just need to become an energetical match to it, to experience it.

Much Love,

Ani Rich

July Quotes

“And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.”

Friedrich Nietzsche

“You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.”

Nietzsche

Instead of being encouraged to feel completely protected, loved, honored, and respected by the Divine Force, you’ve been taught that you’re being judged. Because you’ve been taught that, you feel guilt and fear. But guilt and fear do not open you connection to the Divine; they only serve to close your heart. The reality is that God’s way is love, and you can see this for yourself.

Michael A. Singer

You have to understand that it is your attempt to get special experiences from life that makes you miss the actual experience of life.

Michael A. Singer

If you fulfill your obligations everyday you don’t need to worry about the future.

Jordan Peterson

Perhaps you are overvaluing what you don’t have and undervaluing what you do.

Jordan Peterson

Look around less, imagine more.

Esther Hicks

– But Abraham, you mean I’m supposed to make stuff up !?!?

– You are creators, you make stuff up all the time!

Esther Hicks

Rise Up

One of the yoga teachers said that it’s not about how you fall but it’s about how you get back up in life.

I think it is about how you fall though.

How you fall will determine how you rise up.

Not caring

There is so much power in not caring.

I wish I understood it earlier. I’m grateful that I know it now.

I thought caring about everything and every little detail was power.

I thought explaining my side of the story to everyone was the right thing to do.

Staying silent is power.

Not having an urge to prove anything to anyone is power.

Being responsive rather than reactive is power.

Not caring is power.

In Alignment with God

In reality nobody’s opinion about us matters.

Even our opinion about us doesn’t matter sometimes.

Others see you through their perception and beliefs. They see you through how they feel.

You yourself go in and out of alignment of who you truly are. You too see yourself as you feel.

Instead look at yourself through the eyes of God/Source/Infinite Love/Divine.

Because it is Constantly and Consistently aligned.

At any given moment you can tap into the alignment by seeking god and seeing yourself through his eyes.

Stop Giving Advice

You can’t give advice to anyone.

You have no idea what others should do.

You haven’t lived their life. You haven’t seen through their eyes. You don’t believe what they believe. You haven’t witnessed what they have.

All you can do is – ask the right questions.

Ask people questions to help them figure out life by themselves.

We hold the answers to every question we had, have, or will ever have.

“You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.”

Responsive vs reactive

When life gets tough you breathe.

You pause and breathe.

Don’t react just pause.

Even in the middle of the conversation.

Pause.

Inhale. Exhale.

Respond.
