Book Cover Saturday-The Great Gatsby
I constantly see people putting out new versions of old books. Nothing wrong with that. They have to have covers too.Every now and again someone will want a cover recreated as well. Some best selling book that they think they can match the visual and sell as many copies.For the next few weeks Saturday will be dedicated to my recreation of classics. This week I've chosen The Great Gatsby, I hate the "normal" cover with the eyes. There are others I like. I decided to go with the water of the pool and the daper man. The font is an art deco style consistant with the twenties.

I decided to start with Lolita. My favorite though is still the sunglasses, but it's been done so I went for a large pink and white lollipop.

Travel Thursday-Dirty Dirty Fun
Across the world people like to get dirty. Color runs, tomato and orange fights...mud festivals.A little water and dirt turn into a glorious mess. Slipping and slidding and throwing the thick concoction.Adults turn into little children having childhood fun. Caked and covered in with smiles abound. There is no amount that is too much. If you attempt to excape with too little there are more than enough to fix the oversight.
