Hard Work, Health and Hobbies #TheSundayPost
2025 is going pretty well for me so far. Like many, I started off the New Year by overhauling my lifestyle. I've got 3 bulging discs in my spine so I'm trying to lose some weight to see if that will help alleviate the pain. I've been eating much more healthily lately and am starting to feel a bit better.

2022 wasn't a great year for writing. I didn't get anything published last year, though I did finally complete a short story I'd been working on for ages. I also had a wonderful time delivering my first creative writing workshop for Boston Book Festival.

I hope you all had a lovely Christmas. Ours was a little different this year, as my mum is in hospital and we're still waiting on a diagnosis. Thankfully, she was allowed out for Christmas Day and then re-admitted that evening.
