Nepal authorities on Monday recovered or located the bodies of all but one of 22 people who were on board a plane that crashed into a Himalayan mountainside on Sunday, officials said, and the government has formed a panel to investigate the incident.Two Germans, four Indians and 16 Nepalis were on the De Havilland Canada DHC‑6–300 Twin Otter aircraft which crashed 15 minutes after taking off from the tourist town of Pokhara, 125 km (80 miles) west of Kathmandu, on Sunday morning.“There is very little chance to find survivors,” said Deo Chandra Lal Karna, a spokesman for the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal.Nepali soldiers and rescue workers had retrieved 20 bodies from the wreckage, strewn across a steep slope at an altitude of around 14,500 feet. Alabama WWII veterans turns 102, family asks for birthday cards

You can join in the celebration for an Alabama World War II veteran who is celebrating his 102nd birthday. Sherwin Callander of Madison will celebrate his birthday June 4th. Mike Ditka Shocks Fans with Disheveled Appearance in School Board Endorsement Video

Legendary coach for the Chicago Bears Mike Ditka recently took to social media to endorse his friend David Spada, who is running for a seat on the Chicago school board. While Ditka still has that same ol’ charm, his appearance in the video has left some fans shocked and saddened. Take a look:

I’ve recently started implementing “metabolic circuit” training into my regular workouts. When done correctly, metabolic circuits are intense, effective and efficient. Metabolic circuit training is a great program to incorporate into your regular training to give your body something completely different from what it’s accustomed to. It’s also a welcome change and a huge fat burner over your typical steady state cardio. I currently do metabolic training one day a week in addition to my regular body part split. On the day that I do my metabolic training I do not do steady state cardio. If I’ve done it right, at the end of the session, my body is completely finished and it’s time to eat, rest and recover.The number one benefit of metabolic circuit training is that it raises your Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) which means that you will continue to burn more calorie …

No Relationship Between School Masking and COVID-19 Cases: Study

Requiring masks in schools was popularized during the COVID-19 pandemic, but a new study has concluded there was no link between masking in schools and COVID-19 cases.A widely cited study published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in its quasi-journal in 2021 concluded schools without masking requirements were 3.5 times more likely to have COVID-19 outbreaks, defined as a cluster of COVID-19 cases.
Researchers, including Ariella Dale with the CDC, reached the conclusion after analyzing data from Maricopa and Pima counties in Arizona. They said it showed that forced masking “remains essential to COVID-19 prevention in kindergarten through 12th grade.
The study was published in the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, a CDC publication that only publishes papers after they’re reviewed by senior CDC officials and has been said to constitute the “official voice” of the CDC, which has promoted masking throughout the pandemic.

Compound Exercises Only Workout

I go to high school and summer break is coming up. I want to build the most muscle I can during the summer until school starts again. I think the 3‑day split is great, but I want to build as much muscle as possible can I workout 6 days a week with 1 day of rest?I will be working out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and taking a rest on Thursday. Then I continue Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and take a rest on Monday. I would continue this method until school starts again.
Would this be fine, or is it not recommend.
P.S. I have experience in weight-lifting and I’m a hard worker. So the “tired” feeling wont be a problem for me b/c I’m stubborn when it comes to building muscle …
