Seeing the Auras Around Food & Working With Their Energies
[image error]
Nature is real magic, not a slight-of-hand attempt to fool the mind. As you become more deeply aware of this magic, you will be able to consciously work with and use to your advantage the constructs of nature to bring about specific states of being.
The following poem is by St. Catherine of Siena (1347 – 1380) exploring the role of food and the gifts that can be given.
Give The Heart More Strength
Herbs can help the body and give
the heart more strength
to love.
When my sight became clearer,
I could see auras around different foods,
and I now know—should I say this?—
that everything can sing.
The songs of fruits and grains will calm,
Why not put them into yourself,
a new language you
will learn.
And just touching life’s requirements
close to their source
will add grace to your
movements.
More generous eyes we need .
The songs of light
will help.
Working with our collective nourishment - the food we eat - with grace filled intent, ‘a new language you will learn,’ giving you ‘more generous eyes’ to ‘see auras around different foods’ and 'hear the ‘songs of light’ and ‘know everything can sing’ (frequency/vibrations).
This is a fantastic study into one of the simplest forms of Natural Magic. Getting to know the foods we eat intimately. Today we will explore Radish Leaf Salad Dressing and the gifts so freely given.

Radish Leaf Salad Dressing
[image error]
Ingredients
1/2 cup toasted shelled pumpkin seeds
1 to 2 lemons - juiced
2 pinches of red pepper flakes
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 to 2 cloves garlic - crushed
1 bunch radishes - remove leafy tops, trim and wash. You are only using the radish greens / tops in this dressing.
1/3 of a bunch of parsley - trimmed and washed
About 3 tablespoons white vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Water as needed
Directions
Add all Ingredients (except the water) to your blender and blend until smooth. Add water until you get the consistency you desire for your dressing. Taste and adjust seasonings.
....
Radish Greens: Replenishing of soul-light in the deepest structures of the body, supports recovery from depression or addiction with new forces of hope. Eases depression stored in the body as heaviness, being listless, or being drained. This energy frequently presents in the respiratory system coupled with a sense of hopelessness or resignation, resulting in the depletion of energy, depression, and low energy function associated with drug or alcohol withdrawal radish will help clear this.
Pumpkin Seeds: Whether you believe in morphic resonance, the ocean of archetypal knowledge, or the spiritual echo of past lives, pumpkin will connect you. Not only to your ancestors but the universal well-spring of all who went before, allowing you to see how closely we are linked to the past. And how we are still driven by many of the primal fears and needs faced by the first humans. Conversely, how freely available their wisdom, teaching and strengths are, if one only asks.
Garlic: Brings the energy of affirming the divine light that dwells in your core, and using this inexhaustible source to warm your soul and in this light, you are protected from negative energy and malevolent forces; coupled with the ability to protect others. Garlic also offers the gift of respecting the freedom of those you love, teaching by example and holding space for others to find their way without pushing them along before they are ready.
Parsley: Promotes fosters forgiveness and resolving conflicts.
....
When you ‘read’ the energy of a recipe not every ingredient needs to be factored in to understand how it will behave. If an individual will benefit energetically from a specific food it will have the desired effect, if a food is consumed that is not relevant on a subtle level, it will register as ‘neutral’ energetically, and only nourish the physical body. So there is no need to worry about fine-tuning your recipes down to the point it is no longer enjoyable to cook!

Seeing the Auras Around Food & Working With Their Energies
[image error]
Nature is real magic, not a slight-of-hand attempt to fool the mind. As you become more deeply aware of this magic, you will be able to consciously work with and use to your advantage the constructs of nature to bring about specific states of being.
The following poem is by St. Catherine of Siena (1347 – 1380) exploring the role of food and the gifts that can be given.
Give The Heart More Strength
Herbs can help the body and give
the heart more strength
to love.
When my sight became clearer,
I could see auras around different foods,
and I now know—should I say this?—
that everything can sing.
The songs of fruits and grains will calm,
Why not put them into yourself,
a new language you
will learn.
And just touching life’s requirements
close to their source
will add grace to your
movements.
More generous eyes we need .
The songs of light
will help.

Eastern White Cedar Essential Oil ~ Thuja occidentalis (Organic)
Try diffusing this essential oil (it has a sharp, fresh, camphoric, sweet conifer aroma, that is invigorating. This is hands down one of my favorite scents of all time) to purify your space from germs and support lung and sinus health. Add 25 - 30 drops to 1/2 oz sesame seed oil and rub on chest to address respiratory conditions characterized by excessive or thickened mucus, such as a chesty 'productive' cough. Use a 5% dilution to address cold sores and use at full strength to address plane warts. Add a few drops to shampoo to help stimulate your scalp and promote hair growth. To address any of the other conditions listed below blend 20 to 60 drops of oil in 3 1/2 oz base oil and apply to the part of your body you want to address. You may want to try adding a few drops to your face cloth mask before going out (no guarantee it will help but it certainly wont hurt). Add 1 tsp of Eastern White Cedar + 1 tablespoon rubbing alcohol to a 2 oz bottle, fill with water and shake before using, to clean surfaces. Any way you choose to use this oil it, will infuse not only the physical but energetic gifts into your life.

Everything is poisonous, and nothing is without poison. The dose alone prevents something from being a poison. ~ Paracelsus
Key Vibrations: Friendship . Support . Aid . Spiritual Connection
Energetic Gifts:
This tree offers all connection, the web of light between all beings, all particles, and between, past, present, and future. Bringing wholeness to seeming duality and combines all energies, uniting all that was, is, or could be. When we lose awareness of this connection in our lives, we feel isolated, lonely and bereft. Yet the energy is there we just need to open to it. It also lightens and frees one from low vibrations, energetic burdens, and parasitic energies on the subtle level. This oil encourages supportive friendships and community building.
Physical Gifts:
Anticatarrhal (helps the body to remove excess mucous from the body. Mainly used in ear, nose and throat infections. Will help eliminate mucous in the sinuses), mucolytic (thins mucus, making it less thick and sticky and easier to cough up. Used to treat respiratory conditions characterized by excessive or thickened mucus, such as a chesty 'productive' cough), cicatrizing (heal by scar formation), anti-infectious, virucide (not all strains), insecticide, analgesic (acting to relieve pain). Against ~ plane warts, cold sores, catarrhal or viral bronchitis.

Folklore: This tree also goes by the name Arbor vitae which means, Tree of Life. The Eastern White Cedar is an incredibly long-lived tree. Kelly and Larson (1997) reported that the current oldest living Eastern White Cedar, found in Ontario overlooking the great lakes, is 1,062 years old; these are the oldest living trees in Canada and Eastern North America contributing to it’s very deserving name, the Tree of Life.
Also used in folk medicine to increased blood and lymph circulation, scalp stimulation ~ to support hair growth, to treat bronchial catarrh, enuresis, cystitis, psoriasis, uterine carcinomas, amenorrhea and rheumatism.
Cautions: For external use only. Potentially toxic and neurotoxic. Should not be ingested or taken orally!
