As a child, I trusted no one. Then I found my best friends. They gave me a family and saved me from a life of abuse that still has me messed up.
Then one of those best friends captured my heart.Lincoln, tough yet tender, a walking contradiction. He loves me too—flaws and all. He’s the most patient man on the earth and understands my PTSD.
What he doesn’t understand is why our being intimate makes me feel “dirty”.He’s not one of the men who abused me and he’d never hurt me. I know this. I believe it.Still, the “dirty” creeps in even though I know what we do together is anything but.
He’s here now and he’s going to stay. It’s time for me to talk to someone professionally.I need to shed my unhealthy past in order to have a healthy future with the man I love.If I don’t, I just might lose the best thing that’s ever happened to me—and there’s not enough therapy in the world to get me through that.

Social acceptance, ‘being liked,’has so much power because it holds the feelings of loneliness at bay.~Rollo May
ETHANI MET LINCOLN RAMIREZ on the playground at recess. We were eight. He was bigger than everyone else back then. He still is today—much bigger.Watching him in the ring as he fights his opponent, I’m both terrified and turned on. Linc’s back muscles ripple with each movement. Punch, jab, kick. Jesus, he’s beautiful. Every movement fluid, every connection to his opponent jarring. He fucks like that too. And that is what has me aroused, half-hard at a fight where my boyfriend is beating the hell out of his opponent. It’s impossible for the bloodshed to deter my cock from getting harder when Linc’s grunts of exertion remind me of when we’re in bed.“Damn, that had to hurt,” Kennedy shouts beside me.Sometimes, but in the best ways.“His fists are bigger than my head!” Lucy exaggerates. You should see his dick. I smirk at the thought.“He’s kicking that fucker’s ass!” Jesse shouts, then lets out a cheer.Fucking… ass… yes, please.I wince when Linc gets a leg to the midsection. He doesn’t even flinch. He grabs the guy’s ankle and twists. His opponent falls to the floor, his expression one of agony.Xander yells. “That kick would’ve had me puking up my guts.”“All of us,” I reply.“No lie. Just look at him. He’s a fucking beast!”I look at Xander and think, “You have no idea.” But I say nothing. My gaze immediately goes back to the fighters in the ring. Just in time, too. Linc’s got the guy in some kind of submission hold, still with the ankle.“Fucking hell,” I murmur.“He’s gonna tap out!” Ben shouts. “He’s gonna tap!”“Linc won’t like it,” Jesse replies. “He likes to knock the fuckers out.”“It’s a win,” Kennedy replies. “He’ll take it.”I nod. “He’ll take it, but he won’t call it a win.”Just as Jesse predicted, the fucker taps out. They announce Linc as the winner, he twirls once, arms outstretched, but when he stops, his eyes land on me and never move. Not while he’s being interviewed. Not while the cameras are going off. Not while they put his robe back over his shoulders. Those eyes are going to be on me all night.I shiver thinking of all the ways he’ll take me, and I’ll take him. It’s going to be a long night.I can’t wait.

Violet Page is having a rough time. This former popular girl is lost. Her parents uproot everything after her younger sister’s suicide, moving states away to escape the lingering pain of loss. She doesn’t fit in anywhere, but finds herself strangely drawn to the boy she watches view the world through a telescope.
Finnley Crawford isn’t your typical boy next door. Being autistic has always set him apart from kids his age. None of them quite knows how to approach him or interact, leaving him only one friend in the form of his support dog. His lack of friendships lead him to a unique love of space and aspirations of one day reaching the stars. For in the stars, he sees a peace and beauty he can’t find on Earth.
The more time these two seemingly opposite teenagers spend together, the more they learn it isn’t what’s on the outside that counts. So much can be found on the inside if you only care to look.

Hi. I’m Micalea. Ma-call-e-uh. Weird name, I know. My mom must’ve known I was going to be odd even in the womb. I’ve written a lot of books. Like a lot. Don’t ask me how many, I don’t remember at this point. I have an unhealthy addiction to Diet Coke but I can’t seem to break the habit. I listen to way too much music and hedgehogs have taken over my life. Crazy is the word that best sums up my life, but it’s the good kind of crazy and I wouldn’t change it for anything.

Drummer Girl
A mature YA/New Adult contemporary rock star romance by Ginger Scott
Arizona Wakefield was a beat without a melody. Living a half-breathing life in a half-finished neighborhood with parents who always wore half-hearted smiles, the high school senior only had one thing that let her color outside her family’s perfectly drawn lines—her drums.
Jesse Barringer was a song without a chorus. The son of a washed-up rock star who’s also one hell of a deadbeat dad, he was given two things from his father—musical genius and a genetic link to the bipolar disorder that drives him mad.
One night in a garage at the end of a cul-de-sac in the middle of a bankrupt California neighborhood, Jesse’s melody found Arizona’s rhythm. An angry boy with storm-colored eyes found a blonde angel in Doc Martens with missing lines in her own story. Where her rhythm stopped, his words took over, and together, they wrote one hell of a story.
** Drummer Girl is a mature YA/New Adult romance that touches on mental health, drug abuse and includes mature sexual situations.
About the Author:

Ginger Scott is an Amazon-bestselling and Goodreads Choice Award-nominated author of several young and new adult romances, including Waiting on the Sidelines, Going Long, Blindness, How We Deal With Gravity, This Is Falling, You and Everything After, The Girl I Was Before, Wild Reckless, Wicked Restless, In Your Dreams, The Hard Count, Hold My Breath, and A Boy Like You.
A sucker for a good romance, Ginger’s other passion is sports, and she often blends the two in her stories. (She’s also a sucker for a hot quarterback, catcher, pitcher, point guard…the list goes on.) Ginger has been writing and editing for newspapers, magazines and blogs for more than 15 years. She has told the stories of Olympians, politicians, actors, scientists, cowboys, criminals and towns. For more on her and her work, visit her website at http://www.littlemisswrite.com.
When she's not writing, the odds are high that she's somewhere near a baseball diamond, either watching her son field pop flies like Bryce Harper or cheering on her favorite baseball team, the Arizona Diamondbacks. Ginger lives in Arizona and is married to her college sweetheart whom she met at ASU (fork 'em, Devils).

Strike One-My mother named me Theodore after her favorite chipmunk.
Not cool, Mom.
I‘ve spent most of my life answering to Teddy, because I couldn’t make Theo work.
Except for here. College. The place where all bets are off, and I’ve managed to redeem myself.
There’s only one problem, my new roommate, Troy, is football royalty and looks like he stepped off the set of an Abercrombie shoot.
Doesn’t matter, I cook a mean breakfast for his panty parade, and we get along well.
And anyway, this year I got the girl. And she’s perfect.
That’s right. Theodore Houseman, former band geek, now marching band rock star has finally landed the girl of his dreams.
Everything is perfect.
That is, until Troy takes a good look at her.
I’m not going down without a fight. As a matter of fact, I’m not going down at all. As glorious as these days may be for my all-star roommate, Laney is my end game.
I may not know much about play strategy, but I’ve been the good guy my whole life. I’ve been listening and I know exactly what women want. Framed in a picture standing next to me, Troy may seem like Mr. Perfect, but he’s underestimating the guy on the right.
Spoiler alert: In this story, the underdog is going to win.

Heartache and hope review and release blitz, Jay McLean
Oh Lord, I do NOT know how I feel about this book! I was SO torn throughout it.I kind of hated that Ava never really let Connor in. Then I felt bad because she’s been through so much and couldn’t let him in!Then I felt Connor was selfish but really he just wanted Ava to love him as much as he loves her! I think the word for this is heart wrenching, absolutely heart wrenching! There’s so many conflicting emotions in this book and I just don’t know what to feel! This is the ultimate example of right place, wrong time. Bring on book 2!

Master baker review and release blitz, Pippa Grant
This book fell a little flat for me. Yes, it’s a rom-com but I felt more emphasis was put on this book being funny, rather than getting a little bit of depth in it, which I don’t feel would’ve detracted from the humour. The rivalry between the two towns was petty. I felt it would’ve been better if the focus was on how Annika and Grady had left things years earlier. It leaves a shallow feeling.I didn’t really care for Grady, he came off a bit sleazy for me, and Annika was infuriating. She refused to admit she had any hand in what happened in her and Grady’s relationship, especially at the end of the book.
There were moments of humour, Sue was a particularly light moment, as was Long Beak Silver, but ultimately this book fell flat and was a bit shallow for me, sorry.

      4.5 stars.
Holy wow! She’s done it again! This book... it’s beautiful. It’s different, and unique, and I love it.Reese is just... perfect. Really. I love him, I want to have him.Charlie is a mess. She’s quirky, and a little crazy, and she’s dealing with some heavy stuff. This book started a little slow for me, as well as a little abruptly. I felt like there could’ve been more of a lead up to the start. There’s a few things missing from the start but it’s not a massive deal. I also felt the last chapter was rushed and slightly info dumpy, but again, not a massive deal.
Go ahead and pick up this book, you won’t regret it!

Lately, life definitely isn’t how I envisioned it. I had it all. The house, the job, the husband. Until one day, I didn’t. I don’t know when exactly things started to change between us, only that it did, and in a big way. So much so, I found myself standing before a judge and signing off on the end of my marriage. To the only man, I’ve ever loved.
Now, he’s back, fighting, and ready to prove to me that we made a mistake, that our love is worth giving this another chance. I’m not sure if he’s right, but I know what my heart wants, and it wants him. My ex-husband.
Harrison
Why is it that you don’t know the depths of your mistakes until you’ve already made them? I knew signing those papers was a bad idea, but I thought that’s what she wanted. The minute we stepped foot out of that courtroom, it hit me. She’s no longer mine.
That’s when I also realized, that I would do anything to change the past. I have so many regrets. Not her. I could never regret her, but how we ended. We never should have ended. I’m in for the battle of my life to convince her to give us another shot. I have a plan, one that will prove to her that, it’s not over.

The trouble with you review and release blitz, L.A Cotton
I absolutely LOVED this book! I loved the setting, the atmosphere, the heavy football aspect, the feelings, everything!Cameron is just, oh so sweet, and hot, and caring, and just so yummy!Hailee is ballsy, and tough, and strong, and a great role model (vandalism aside) for girls today.Together, with a great supporting cast who I can’t wait to read about, this is a great book!I loved the drama, the feelings, I especially loved the strong football involvement, and the touch of bullying here.If you’re not a fan of bully romance but are intrigued (you know you are!) this is a great bridge between enemies and bullies. In general, this is a great book and I am SO glad I picked it up! Do yourself a favour and do the same!!
