Take a hard look at the state of our nation!


We celebrated yesterday the 240th year of American independence!


Today we discovered a different America!


Today The FBI and the Hill announced – No Criminal Indictment for Hillary Clinton !


America’s Freedom and Independence were realized because of our Founders’ belief in individual liberty. Not for our representatives , Secretary of State or even President  to be viewed or considered in the position of “the elite” and treated  above the law!


To secure freedom for themselves and their posterity, 240 years ago our Founders made pivotal decisions facing immense challenges.


Ronald Reagan once said,


Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.


As Americans today, we have a choice: to be silenced and watch our freedoms slip away, or to stand up and fight for our nation’s future.


The choice is very important for America, for us and for generations to come.


Our fight and actions can make a difference. We don’t want to be the generation that allows freedom to slip away.

America is a special country with a special culture dedicated to the idea that we all have inalienable rights bestowed on us by our Creator, and that government’s job is only to protect those rights.

About the the size of our government? The character and behavior of our DOJ,  our Democrates Presidential candidates?


The ever growing power of our Federal government? We are so far away from the society and government that we should have that only the historians sometimes remember today how things ought to be.


I hope that my generation will be the one to return America to the Constitution, to a citizen society in which everyone has an opportunity for success – and the elite are judged under the same laws!

Seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters. There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation. In addition to this highly sensitive information, we also found information that was properly classified as Secret by the U.S. Intelligence Community at the time it was discussed on e-mail (that is, excluding the later “up-classified” e-mails).


None of these e-mails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these e-mails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full-time security staff, like those found at Departments and Agencies of the U.S. Government—or even with a commercial service like Gmail.


In looking back at our investigations into mishandling or removal of classified information, we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts. All the cases prosecuted involved some combination of: clearly intentional and willful mishandling of classified information; or vast quantities of materials exposed in such a way as to support an inference of intentional misconduct; or indications of disloyalty to the United States; or efforts to obstruct justice. We do not see those things here.


To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.

The FBI recommended Tuesday that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton should not face criminal charges over her use of private e-mail as secretary of state, even though she and aides were “extremely careless” in handling classified information.


Though there is evidence Clinton acted improperly—and may have been hacked—no prosecutor would bring a case because there is no evidence she acted intentionally, FBI Director James Comey said.

This ruling by the Supreme Court is a ridiculous offense not only to the will of the people of Texas to protect women and babies but to all Americans.


The Supreme Court Whole Women’s Health et al. v. Hellerstedt, http://Whole Women’s Health et al. v. Hellerstedt, today struck down a Texas law regulating abortion clinics, delivering a 5-3 decision that was the high court’s first major foray into the abortion issue in nine years.


The majority opinonin for the court wrote by Justice Stephen Breyer with Justices Anthony Kennedy, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan joining him. Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented.


Family Research Council – http://frc.org/scotus – FRC – President Tony Perkins said:


Five justices on the Supreme Court have overturned the votes of 50 million Americans and demanded that the American people walk away from millennia of history and the reality of human nature.

“In reaching a decision so lacking in foundation in the text of the Constitution, in our history, and in our traditions, the Court has done serious damage to its own legitimacy.

“No court can overturn natural law.  Nature and Nature’s God, hailed by the signers of our Declaration of Independence as the very source of law, cannot be usurped by the edict of a court, even the United States Supreme Court.

“Just as with Roe v. Wade in 1973, the courts will not have the final say on this profound social matter.  The American people will stand up for their right to have a voice and a vote, especially as they experience the ways in which redefining marriage fundamentally impairs their freedom to live and work in accordance with their beliefs.

With this ruling, the Supreme Court has set our government on a collision course with America’s cherished religious freedoms, explicitly guaranteed in the First Amendment of the Constitution.

“Americans will not stop standing for transcendent truth, nor accept the legitimacy of this decision.  Truth is not decided by polls or the passage of time, but by the One who created time and everything that exists therein.

“We will not lapse into silence but will continue to speak uncompromisingly for the truth about what marriage is, always has been, and always will be: the union of one man and one woman,” concluded Perkins.


President Obama said. “We remain strongly committed to the protection of women’s health, including protecting a woman’s access to safe, affordable health care and her right to determine her own future.”

But “Are they indeed for woman’s care ? We shall see how this Supreme Court decision will bring so many injuries to women. It is so disrespectful to women that we require a higher standard of protection of hair salon; veterinarian clinics but refuse to give the same standard for abortion clinics and protect women.


Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, in a series of Tweets, hailed the decision as “a victory for women” — but said there’s more work to be done.


The real hope comes from our Texas Gov. Greg Abbot who said: “The fight isn’t over: The next president has to protect women’s health. Women won’t be ‘punished’ for exercising their basic rights. -H,” Clinton tweeted.


“The decision erodes States’ lawmaking authority to safeguard the health and safety of women and subjects more innocent life to being lost,” Abbott said. “Texas’ goal is to protect innocent life, while ensuring the highest health and safety standards for women.”


Texas abortion clinics had challenged a 2013 state law and regulations that cut the number of abortion providers in half, to roughly 20. Fewer than 10 would have remained open if the law was allowed to take full effect. The Center for Reproductive Rights had sued Texas, on behalf of a coalition of abortion clinics.


I am so proud that the Texas law required all clinics performing abortions in the state to operate as certified “ambulatory surgical centers,” which would be regulated under the same standards as hospitals. Doctors who performed abortions were also required to first obtain admitting privileges at nearby hospitals. Proponents of the law argued it would improve patient care and safety, though abortion rights groups contended the law made it nearly impossible to operate a clinic in Texas.


“When we decide cases on particularly controversial issues, we should take special care to apply settled procedural rules in a neutral manner,” Alito wrote in his dissent. “The Court has not done that here.”


Moreover, Alito referenced the Kermit Gosnell case, is a great reminder in which an abortion doctor in Pennsylvania was convicted of the murder of three infants who were born alive and the death of a patient. Alito said the Texas law was designed to prevent similarly shoddy medical practices from remaining open.


Thomas quoted the late Justice Antonin Scalia, who died in February, in his dissent.

Thomas wrote that the decision “exemplifies the court’s troubling tendency `to bend the rules when any effort to limit abortion, or even to speak in opposition to abortion, is at issue.”’


Alliance Defending Freedomhttp://www.adfmedia.org/home/contact– Senior Counsel Steven H. Aden regarding the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision Monday in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt said:


Abortionists shouldn’t be given a free pass to elude medical requirements that everyone else is required to follow. We are disappointed that the Supreme Court has ruled against a law so clearly designed to protect the health and safety of women in the wake of the Kermit Gosnell scandal. The law’s requirements were commonsense protections that ensured the maximum amount of protection for women, who deserve to have their well-being treated by government as a higher priority than the bottom line of abortionists. Any abortion facilities that don’t meet basic health and safety standards are not facilities that anyone should want to remain open.”


Our voices and votes are still important. Without question we all agree that Justice Kennedy and Justice Ginsburg will be replaced by the next President along with a replacement for Justice Scalia.

We also agree that the election of Hillary Clinton is unthinkable to all of us who value the right to life.  Today’s decision is surely a painful reminder that we Texans and Americans must do all we can to prevent the election of Hillary Clinton.


America’s future is in our hands. We are the voice of America – we are the 50 million Americans and the Supreme Court is only a group of  5 people.


If yesterday pro-life Americans were unsure about Donald Trump, today we have no excuse.

I had spent my entire life searching for the truth as a young attorney under Nicolae Ceausescu’s brutal communist regime. When I finally found it in the pages of the most forbidden book in all of Romania, I accepted the divine call to defend Christians and churches against unjust persecution in an otherwise ungodly land.


Many of my cases became part of the U.S. Department of State’s reports on human rights violations in Romania. For this act of treason, I was kidnapped, beaten, tortured, placed under house arrest, and came within seconds of being executed under the orders of Ceausescu himself!


It was late at night, and I had just returned to my office after a long day in court. I was exhausted. In addition to a full docket of cases, I had been followed to work that morning by Ceausescu’s secret police. They had been tailing me for weeks.


Twice in the past month alone, they had dragged me off the street into an interrogation room and threatened to hurt me and my children if I did not stop defending Christians in court. But I knew I could not stop. My clients needed me. The Church needed me. Most importantly, Christ needed me.


He had given His life for me. How could I not be willing to do the same in return?


That evening, my faith was put to the ultimate test when Ceausescu sent a “new client” to my office to see me. He was a towering hulk of a man — more than six feet tall and built like an American football player.


After ushering him into my office, my secretary bid me goodnight and left for the evening. I could hear her heels clicking down the corridor as she left. Then my office door clicked shut.


The next sound I heard was the clicking of a gun being cocked.


“Sit down,” he demanded.


He needn’t have ordered. My knees had already turned to jelly.


From my chair, he appeared even larger. Then he spoke. “Virginia Prodan. You have ignored all of our warnings. I have come here to kill you.”


My chin trembled. I was alone with my killer. At just under five feet tall, I was no match for this goliath of a man. He was bigger. He was stronger. And he had a gun.


I quickly scanned my desk for a weapon — anything I might use to defend myself. But the only thing within reach were stacks of legal documents — the case histories of my clients, all of whom were being persecuted by the government for daring to worship Jesus Christ.


That’s when I realized that I had with me a far greater weapon than the gun aimed squarely at my heart. I had the most powerful weapon in the world.


Steeling my resolve, I met my killer’s eyes.


“You are here because God put you to a test.” I continued, “We have all been put to a test. We are all sinners — me and you.”


His brown eyes remained locked on mine, attentive, searching. Now the only question was, would he choose to listen?

After my visit, here is what  – Dione Pereira de Vasconcelos – with BWAWomen’s Department – said :


” Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, I introduce to you Virginia Prodan. She is a member of Park Cyties Baptist Church in Dallas.


She visited the BWAWomen’s Department and left us a word of encouragement as we face a world in darkness and in need of the light of the world.


As she was talking I understood that the Holly Spirit was guiding her words because she encouraged us to Shine for Jesus and she did not know at that moment that Arise Shine based in Isaiah 60:1 is our theme for this year.

As a young attorney under Nicolae Ceauscescu’s vicious Communist regime in Romania, I spent my entire life searching for the truth.


When I finally found truth in the pages of a forbidden book in Romania—I accepted the divine call to defend other followers of Christ against unjust persecution in an otherwise ungodly land. For this, I was kidnapped, beaten, tortured, placed under house arrest, and came within seconds of being executed under the orders of Ceausescu himself.


It is the story of how I helped expose the appalling secret that would ultimately lead to the demise of Ceauscescu’s evil empire in Romania:


During the totalitarian regime of Nicolae Ceausescu, the most brutal and repressive regime—even by Soviet bloc standards—Communist Romania was a land of lies.

Simply put, Ceausescu turned my native country into a prison land.


Religion was tolerated only to keep up outside appearances, and internal dissidence was not permitted. Ceausescu’s goal was to demolish the churches to make room for his palace—his early temple. Declaring himself a god, he decreed that he had brought about the “golden era,” and every citizen was required to agree with him.


If you did not, you would face the full wrath of Ceausescu’s secret police, the Securitate, one of the most ubiquitous and brutal secret police forces in the world. Simply put, Ceausescu turned my native country into a prison land.


Not only were we not free to confront the lies of the despotic regime, but we lived in a constant state of anxiety and mistrust, as anyone could easily and often arbitrarily denounce a neighbor, classmate, or family member for making “antigovernment” statements. The best way to avoid punishment, I learned early on, was to remain silent and blend in.


Unfortunately, I did not blend in. And for that, I was punished.

My mother always had plenty of chores for me to do inside, while my older sister, Alina, my younger sister, Oana, and my younger brother, George, were allowed to play outside.


In the beginning, I didn’t pay any attention to this difference, nor to the fact that in the winter I had to wear a veil in public, and in the summer, a hat.


One afternoon while I was doing the dishes, I stood on my tiptoes to slide a plate into the cupboard, and through the open window, I could hear singing. “The sleeping bear is starving. We will feed him with milk or honey or coffee.”


I leaned into the sink and tugged the curtain aside. Alina, Oana, George, and their friends were gathered in a circle playing Ursual Doarme (The Sleeping Bear). I loved that game.

My mother was asleep in the next room, and I knew that if I woke her to ask permission to play, she’d be as angry as a sleeping bear. But oh, how I wanted to join the fun!


I carefully cracked the back door open, then looked back toward the bedrooms. No Sound. Quietly, I closed the door behind me and rushed to the outer edge of the circle in which Alina sat blindfolded. I bounced on my toes, hoping they’d let me play.


“See how her hair reflects the sun?” I turned toward the neighbor lady and her friend standing on the other side of the white wooden fence between our two yards.


“She’s the only child in Techirghiol with red hair and freckles.” She motioned toward me. “Come, Virginia.”


I glanced at my sister—still blindfolded—and ran over to the fence.


The neighbor ran her fingers through my hair, then down my cheek. “Have you ever seen a child with so many freckles?” The other lady pulled a camera from her purse and snapped a picture. The neighbor pointed toward the other kids. “That’s her sister in the center, her other sister over there, and her brother sitting at the edge of the circle.”


Alina, Oana, and George all had black hair and olive skin. I had red hair and white skin with lots of freckles. I didn’t know what to say in response to the neighbor’s comment, so I said nothing.


“She’s so tiny compared to them, even her younger brother.”


“Virginia!” My mother stood in the doorway, arms folded. My mouth went dry as my mind raced to think of an excuse why I’d left the house. I was in trouble.
