Is the Supreme Court above Politics?
Yesterday the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a case that many believe could determine the fate of President Obama’s legacy on immigration.
The case, United States v. Texas, No. 15-674, relates to a program intended to allow more than four million unauthorized immigrants, parents of citizens or of lawful permanent residents to apply for a program sparing them from deportation and providing them work permits. This program, was announced in November 2014, and is called Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents, or DAPA.
The case was brought to the Supreme Court by Texas and 25 other states, and could produce a remarkable ruling on presidential power and immigration policy.
According to the New York Times – http://www.nytimes.com/topic/organization/us-supreme-court – The Supreme Court yesterday seemed sharply divided over a challenge to President Obama’s plan that would shield millions of undocumented immigrants from deportation and allow them to work in the country legally.
Several Supreme Court Judges asked questions or made remarks. Justice Kennedy said “It’s as if the president is defining the policy and the Congress is executing it. That’s just upside down.”
CNN – cnn.it/1XEgie – reported, that Justice Alito asked :
” How is it possible to lawfully work in the United States without lawfully being in the United States?”
Justice Roberts added: “I mean, they’re lawfully present, and yet, they’re present in violation of the law?”
Several groups of people outside the Supreme Court, demonstrated walking up and down the sidewalk, holding banners and chanting mantras like “Sí se puede,” Spanish for “Yes we can.”
We all agree that the Supreme Court decision will have a major impact on the 2016 election. But, many wonder: Is the Supreme Court above Politics?
I am an optimistic person. I will wait with confidence the Supreme Court decision on yesterday’s case.

Shocking Socialism unseen chains !
Yes, Waters’World with Fox news absolutely nailed it.
But, I am tired to see those videos!
“ The Factor” had sent Jesse Walters to New Hampshire to ask Bernie Sanders supporters about what Socialist means. They all are clueless !
Many of us who had experienced the Socialism system – including myself – find those videos offensive not hilarious! Surely not funny or even interesting anymore. Moreover, frightening, discouraging or even shocking.
I have a better approach.
Yes, many of our college students are clueless about Socialism. The Socialism unseen chains already captured them. But, they desperately need our help!
It is time for us to act.
We all recall universities as higher education places where young students went to be educated by bright, patriotic and experienced professors.
Today many of our universities are nothing more but a place were students are indoctrinated on Socialism by their professors. And, many of our college students don’t even recognize that.
They forgot – as many Americans – what America stands for and why we are free !
The freedom they have today, even to be clueless about Socialism or protest agains the American Capitalist system that gave them that freedom, others all over the world would only dream about.
It is time for us to help and remind them that:
this American capitalist system assures them freedom , including freedom of speech;
our freedom comes from God and not from our government or big corporations supporting the government;
Socialism system is nothing but “a prison land” that will take away the freedom we all enjoy now;
Socialism unseen chains already captured them;
those students desperately need to see the real freedom that was established by our Constitution and was and is based on Judeo – Christian values;
to remain free, we must protect our Constitution and stop dreaming about a cruel Socialist system that had proved over and over again to be “a prison land”.
Without our help, those students – the future leaders of America – will building a new America – one without free market, or free speech, without God, but with a strict government control over them and us – a Socialist country.

Help ! America has an Identity Crisis !
We forgot who we are.
America has an Identity Crisis ! We forgot who we are. Our college students have an Identity Crisis too.
We all recall universities as higher education places where young students went to be educated by bright, patriotic and experienced professors.
Today many of our universities are nothing more but a place were students are indoctrinated on Socialism by their professors. And, many of our college students don’t even recognize that. But, make no mistake if students dare to disagree with their professors’ indoctrination they are immediatelly labeled as closed minded, racists or extremists. This type of indoctrination or activism does not promote respectful or healthy intellectual dialogue and produces drastic changes on our university campuses, students’ lives and America.
The Family Policy Institute of Washington went to University of Washington to interview students on several issues on identity. Just watch how fearful and painstaking those students are in their responses. How hard they try not to offend anyone, but just to be politically correct. Or how diligent they try to remember or repeat the same words or sentences their professors indoctrinated them in class. They lost their identity and freedom to speak their minds and souls.
They forgot – as many Americans – who they are!
Anyhow, those students are the future leaders who will building a new America – one without free market, or free speech, without God, but with a strict government control over them and us – a Socialist country.
Their indoctrination reminds me of the way we were indoctrinated as students in Communist Romania!

It’s Happening Now!
It is time for all of us to stand up and fight!
Our silence and inactions will make us accomplices and part of the group building a new America – one without God – a Socialist country.
I was so inspired today by the Heritage Foundation ( www.Heritage.org) and it’s President Jim DeMint. Jim spoke about religious liberty and shared why we need more leaders like Gov. Bryant. [ps2id url=’https://www.facebook.com/heritagefoun...’ offset=”]https://www.facebook.com/heritagefoun...
Speaking about Gov. Bryant of Mississippi, Jim said :
” In the face of corporate bullying and vitriolic, misleading opposition from progressive groups, Gov. Bryant and the Mississippi state legislature courageously protected the religious liberty of their fellow citizens—liberties that have been under assault all around the country.”

It is so refreshing and encouraging to hear that. We all know that America is a nation that has been referred to the world as God founded country. For that reason America is a very special country – blessed by God and a blessing to the world.
But still if you look around in America today, our religious freedoms are under constant attack. Leaders as Gov. Bryant are to be applauded.
I am indeed so thankful that all the mess of hypocrisy and corporate bullying didn’t deter Gov. Bryant from preserving religious liberty for his state and also for his countrymen. Therefore, Gov. Bryant is an inspiration to all lawmakers and governors in America. So, if you live in Mississippi please call and encourage your governor for his standing. If you live in any other state you should encourage your governor too by using Gov. Bryant’s standing for freedom and religious liberties.
America desperately needs a few more like him! But, the fight for our religious liberty also includes our individual actions. The majority of the Americans are God fearing people. Nevertheless, there are many others having a different agenda for us and America.
It’s happening now! If we don’t fight to protect our religious liberty, our lives and America will be indeed drastically changed.
Ronald Reagan said: ” If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under.”
Our freedom comes from God and not from our government or big corporations supporting the government.

Make no mistake, there is no freedom without God; not even in America!
I came to America as a political refugee in November of 1988.
I grew up in Communist Romania, a country ruled at that time by a cruel dictatorship government of Nicolae Ceausescu. He strictly controlled our lives. We were taught that the truth was determined for us by the government and that Ceausescu was our God. Many who rejected or fought against the government’s definition of the truth were jailed or killed. We were required to worship the dictator.
Very few Christians survived the cruel communism persecution. There were few churches but all strictly supervised by the government. To be a Christian was very risky.
Nevertheless, I wanted to know the Truth. The small group of Romanian Christians I encountered there, including American Christians like Congressmen – Frank Wolf and Christofer Smith – and Senators frequently visiting and supporting our fight, Secretary of State and U.S. Ambassadors to Romania; all played an amazing role in my victorious fight, as a human rights attorney, against the government’s religious persecution .
Because of that, I courageously fought and we all won the war against religious liberty and religious persecution !
Today in America, my adoptive country, I see our religious liberty being under attack. But few courageous Congressmen and Senators, Governors – like Gov. Bryant – pastors, or individuals are fighting. I urge us all to fight back. Together we can. We still believe “In God we trust!”
It is time for all of us to stand up and fight!

Why God is A VITAL Necessity For America
America is a very special country – blessed by God and a blessing to the world. The majority of the Americans are God fearing, hard working, generous, innovative, and self-reliant people.
But if you have been watching the news, they are telling us that things have dramatically changed in America. That some people don’t believe in those values anymore; that more people are antagonistic towards gospel or Christianity, and totally embracing the government dependency.
Even our president is saying : “America is not a Christian country anyone”; and we should accept that.
Some Christian news media told us: “ As a nation we have turned our back to God.”
God is A Vital Necessity for America! If we don’t recognize that necessity, our lives and America will be indeed drastically changed. Ronald Reagan said: ” If we ever forget that we are One Nation Under God, then we will be a nation gone under.”
Make no mistake, there is no freedom without God; not even in America!

Today in America, my adoptive country, I am watching on TV college students proudly declaring “I am an atheist.” “I don’t believe in God.”“I am against religion,” “ I want to be free” and “I believe in Socialism.”
I cannot stop asking myself, “when, how and why America changed? How did a nation that has been referred to the world as God founded country become so antagonistic to gospel and Christianity?
And how did the people in Eastern Europe who experienced the “Socialism and Communist liberation from religion” and “There is No God freedom” become after the Communist collapsed in 1989, so devoted to Christianity?” Why those American college students refuse to learn from them?
But, is it true that America is antagonistic to gospel and Christianity? Or just the government is antagonistic? Or maybe the church in America looks like the church of Ephesus – [ps2id url=’Revelations 2:4-5′ offset=”][/ps2id] – [ps2id url=’https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/...’ offset=”]https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/...
“Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lamp-stand from its place.”
If so, America is in trouble.
America’s past years might have been difficult or troublesome, but 2016 looks better, in my opinion.
So, I am hopeful for America. Just to mention few good changes: From the beginning of 2016, Franklin Graham – @Franklin_Graham – embarked on a 50-state tour of the United States called the Decision America Tour – #DecisionAmericaTour- [ps2id url=’http://billygraham.org/story/franklin...’ offset=”]http://billygraham.org/story/franklin..., urging Christians to run for public office at every level—local, state, and federal. Each city responded with an amazing participation!
This past Saturday, April 9, 2016, from Los Angeles to Washington DC , Christians cried out to God and worship him, and millions join them watched it on @GODTV #AzusaNow
Maybe we, as Americans, are recognizing more and more that indeed our freedom comes from God and not from our government.

Because there is no freedom without God; not even in America!
God is A Vital Necessity For America.
I want to challenge those college students who are so in love with Socialism with this:
Before you start building Socialism in America – that is nothing but “a prison land ” – please stop and review the world history of Socialism! Or visit a Socialist country this summer. Or try to find an internship and work there for 30 days.

Why “Good Friday” ?
Why “Good Friday”? Why is Good Friday called “good”?
Many people asked me that question.
After all , they said, if you consider all that the – Jewish and Romans – authorities did to Jesus Christ that Friday, was definitely not good at all. – Matthew 26 and Mathew 27
Yes, I understand their question. So, here is my answer.
In spite of all that the – Jewish and the Romans – authorities did to Christ, the consequences of Christ’s death on the cross are very good!
Because : “God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”- Romans 5:8 Moreover, “For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit.” – 1 Peter 3:18
So, many of us celebrate Good Friday as a sober evening service, remembering Christ’s death with prayers of thanksgiving, or with a message centered on Christ’s suffering for us, observance of the Lord’s Supper and solemn hymns.
As we celebrate Good Friday and honor the fact that Jesus Christ chose to die for us; we are reminded that Christ knew that his mission was now finished to the cross.
In order to fulfill Scripture he said, “I am thirsty.” A jar of sour wine was sitting there, so they soaked a sponge in it, put it on a hyssop branch, and held it up to his lips.
And, when Jesus had tasted it, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and released his spirit – John 19:28-30
If you see the big picture, as God intended in Christ, God comes down into the fullness of human dysfunction: its disloyalty, bigotry, terrorism, brokenness and sin.
In Christ’s sacrifice, God wears the body of anyone who is lost and broken.
Therefore, Good Friday gives us a reason not only to value Christ ‘s sacrifice for our sins on the cross but also to look forward to celebrate his resurrection.
The resurrected Christ offers us – who believe in him – forgiveness of our sins and the eternal life. And that is the crux of Christianity.
Today, Christ invites you to accept his sacrifice on the cross for you.
If you accept his sacrifice, you can ask him to be your Lord and Savior, and you can pray:
”Jesus Christ – I am a sinner. I accept your sacrifice for me on the cross. I ask you to forgive my sins. I accept you as my Lord and Savior”
Christ, now your Lord and Savior invites you and all of us who believe in him to follow him.
Following Christ is an amazing rich life but at times might be uncomfortable, as he told us:
“In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
– John 16:33 .
In this journey with Christ, we might experience hardships and sufferings, but also Christ’s Love that makes us whole and sets us Free.
Make no mistake, walking with Christ daily makes our lives under any circumstances, heavenly peaceful and joyful, godly influential, rewarding and eternally fruitful.
