How You Can Walk From Fear to Glorious Victory!
You had had a great weekend with family and friends.
Is Monday morning – you started a new month and a new week!
You have so much to do. You feel overwhelmed or even under attack !

Do not fear!
Fear is nothing but a dark shadow that envelops us and imprisons us within ourselves.

We all experienced fear of uncertainty,

fear of rejection, fear of misunderstanding, fear of sickness, fear of death or
fear of persecution.

Conquer your fear by – Trusting Christ!
Trust His guidance – care – and plan for you –
if you are under attack or even under persecution.
Victory IS ours in Christ – when we remain in His hand and faithful to Him!

Believe me I speak from experience!
I had experienced fear daily under a cruel religious persecution from the Communist regime of Dictator Ceausescu in Romania.
By the grace of God – I conquered my fear daily with Christ – as I trusted Him – “ the Lord is my light and my salvation” – Psalm 27:1.
I am alive and my persecutors are dead (like Dictator Ceausescu) or some of my persecutors became believers in Christ!
#SavingMyAssassin – https://www.amazon.com/dp/1496411838-
Today and every day STILL
I conquer my fear
with Christ.
The key is to dispel your darkness of fear by remaining under Christ’s power and wings.
Walk with him and in his power even in the darkness of your daily fear of any kind, including the fear of persecution.
Be encouraged because Christ is faithful !
His love, care and protection will keep you from fear, conquer your fear, and guide you to glorious victory.
Christ can turn our problems or fear of any kind into glorious victories.
In Him we ARE more than Conquerors!
“In God I trust and am not afraid.
What can man do to me?”
– Psalm 56:11
Soon, surely you will say:
“Your help has make me great.”
– Psalm 18:35
Walk with Him in Your Glorious Victory.
I’d love to hear from you !
Please – Leave a comment here –
Sincerely,

We are losing our youngsters – How You Can Help
How You Can Help
As Americans we are so fortunate, successful and still so unfulfilled.
For many of us, power, money and achievement are very important goals in life.
Are we addicted to success?
Are we prisoners or masters of our success?
Seldom we ask ourselves : “What we might be losing with all this success gaining?”
The reality tells us : our youngsters !
You might had liked or hated the last week “March for our lives.”
But – The reality tells us : we are losing our youngsters !
We diligently and too often showed our youngsters the “ I can-do” spirit we grew up with.
By in contrast we wanted them to have an “easier life.” So, we lavished them with things or whatever they wanted. Nevertheless, we kept telling them “you can accomplish anything you want.”
You see, the problem in America is us – the Helicopter Parents – not our youngsters.
In our actions we rejected for them “you can accomplish anything you want by working hard and with perseverance” – and that is not helping them.
Meanwhile, from a young age, our youngsters are over-programmed, oversterilized, and overprotected – by us, their parents! And that reflects later in the way they see themselves, or success in life, their work life, home life or their relationships.
No wonder many of them suffer from depression or commit suicide.
Many American youngsters need to rediscover the full meaning of life, their purpose in life, what success means and requires; and how to be consistent and to achieve success.
American youngsters need a personal renaissance ; the “rebirth” or “reawakening”, more than material things from us.
We need to help them discover the true joy of life – Jesus Christ.
That in Christ they have full significance, success and a purpose enduring forever.
This way they will learn to use the skills God gave them. That success brings not only good grades, the financial rewards, long creativity, but also the satisfaction of realizing their dreams, and their God’s purpose for life.
Then they will have the joy of being the persons God used to answer and resolve the dramatic questions of the world.
Learning is an intriguing process that teaches us to be strong, overcome obstacles, stay focus on our purpose and how to win peacefully with God’s power.
If we teach them those principles of life – and not “give them every material things they want” – in this process they will learn the thrill of discovering the undiscovered.
But some of our youngsters seldom experienced evidence of true Christian faith at home or in our society.
Many of them struggle with who they are, why they believe what they believe, and how that provides meaning and structure in their lives and relationships.
No wonder they listen to everyone or to any new ideas in high school or college that might satisfy their need for purpose, significance or success.
The great new is that – with God’s help – we can correct that.
Our lives should teach the life of Christ.
Yes – Living a Christ like life before them and the world will encourage our youngsters; will help them understand that with God no matter the pain they experienced, any loss is survivable and often uncovers the best to come.
That will open new horizons as they get stronger in Christ overcoming new challenges.
Yes – Their is hope with Christ for America – when we let Jesus Christ be the master of our success in life!
Yes – our lives should teach them the life of Christ.
If as adults we shall act as ordinary people with extraordinary assignments from God to change the world in His power – let our light – Christ in us – burn brightly daily in our lives, actions, and teach our youngsters to do the same, then they will handle The light to the future generation.

Otherwise, we all are doomed to build a darker America without Christ and His freedom.
Believe me – I know what I am talking about. I had experienced a society without Christ and His Freedom. Please read my book, my memoir – Saving My Assassin – https://www.amazon.com/dp/1496411838 – and You will understand, and be ready to help!
Also, ask yourself:
What are the values that give you purpose in life?
What do you want your youngsters to value?
What legacy are you leaving?
What is important to you – power, money, achievement or richness in Jesus Christ?
Your responses are your life commitments.
Leave a comment – I’d love to know how you want to help our youngsters and America!
Sincerely,
Virginia Prodan

Crazy, DayDreamer or Wise !
Unless you were born few minutes ago, you never heard someone calling you crazy or a daydreamer.
But if you are like most of us, you had heard others saying to you :
“You are crazy! “
“You are a daydreamer!”
“You need a reality check.”
“You think so differently .”
Well, you are in good company!
After all, people who think differently are changing the world.
Because those who had discovered God’s purpose for their lives are changing the world in His power.

No, we don’t need more time or more money. Or to have a special look – be taller or older. Or to have a special social status, to know or be associated with some special kind of people – to change the world.
God created us. God knows our potential. He understands what we need. He is in control.
In Christ, God gave up everything so we could have anything we need to accomplish our mission and our purpose in this life.
First – acknowledge God is sovereign; second – place your trust in Him:
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight . – Proverbs 3:5, 6
Next – walk daily in God’s purpose and mission for your life.
You are exactly where God placed you to be.
He will provide and will take care of the rest.

Because all – Money, time, people, success and looks – are temporary. Have you ever asked yourself: “What happens when you don’t have them anymore?”
But following God’s purpose for your life, depending on Him, and allowing Christ to use you as a tool in His hand to change lives, offering his grace, compassion and understanding to others – are eternal, and will change this world.
Be known for God’s values and you’ll be successful in your mission to change the world!
Refuse to be a cultural Christian, motivated by feelings, desires and impulses, or influenced by every new and exciting trend or political phenomenon that comes along.
Refuse to be what the culture calls “politically correct” to reflect the values of an amoral society.
Instead – Be strong and courageous!
Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. – 1 Corinthians 16:13

Yes – others might call you crazy or a daydreamer. Remember Christ’s passion for us and for the world – and – Forgive them.
Go on with God. If you are crazy enough to follow Christ and his mission for your life – you will change the world.
Because – while the world might call us crazy or daydreamer.
Christ calls us wise!
As those who know and follow Christ will demonstrate wisdom and strength :
Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand but those who are wise will understand.– Daniel 12:10
To encourage you, here is God’s mission for my life
and
what He has done :
I had experienced the cruelest religious persecution under the Communist dictator Nicolae Ceausescu in Romania. I literally faced my assassin and have lived to tell about it. Persecution and hard times had helped me to follow Christ closer and have in Him an abundant life.
Because of that people around me, or those who had read my book – Saving My Assassin – https://www.amazon.com/dp/1496411838 – or heard me speaking are inspired by my courage and confidence in God; by my desire to share God’s love with anyone.
Actually, I had shared it with the man who was hired to kill me.
I am passionate about sharing, speaking, and encourage others to stand up to their giants and create a courageous, purpose-filled, and abundant life.

As God appointed me to this mission, he equips me daily, gives me success to change many lives, the history and the world – in His power !
We serve a powerful, loving and faithful God!
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God . – Psalm 20:7
He wants to do the same thing in your life.
Trust Him. See yourself as God made you – A Lion!

Hope your passion for Christ grows daily no matter your circumstances.
Enjoy the victorious life God prepared for you! Go and change the world in His power!

Feel free to share with us God’s passion and mission for your life to change the world.
Leave a comment – I’d love to know.
I promise to support you in your mission to change the world with God’s power!
Sincerely,
Virginia Prodan

When God is singing over You!
Yes, he does.
Let me explain :
You treasure God’s values.
Trust is important to you.
But be careful. Some people act loyal to you; but they might be loyal to their “need of you.” And when their needs change so does their loyalty.
If you had been betrayed you understand this.
Or if you had been demoted or fired from your workplace or singled out in college for God’s values in your life, you might have said as many of us: “Life is unfair!”

Nevertheless –

Make each challenge your greatest opportunity to shine for Christ.
Trust God.
Your worth is in Him.
Seek his approval.
God values you.
He understands you know more than you say; think more than you speak; notice more than anyone else realizes.
So, be kind to those betraying or underestimating you.
Never lose faith in Christ.
Christ is the only answer to the problems plaguing us.
We can forgive others but Christ alone transforms sinners.
He transformed us.

We – you and I – are called to share Christ’s love to everyone like we have never been hurt or betrayed.
God will do the impossible in you and around you.
Be a tool in God’s hand.
“The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves.
He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.”
Zephaniah 3:17
Then, you will hear God singing over you.

You will be more than Conqueror in Him!

So – Make your life an exciting and transforming journey with Him.
Rejoicing with you.
Looking forward to hear from you,

YOU ARE THE REASON !
YOU ARE THE REASON !
YOU ARE THE REASON – I wrote my memoir – Saving My Assassin – https://www.amazon.com/dp/1496411838 . The Berlin Wall fell in 1989, but the socialism or communism didn’t.
Time for us to stand up, speak up, and protect our freedom, free market, and our freedom of religion.
Thank you for coming to the 2nd Annual Local Authors’ Book Fair – Saturday, on July 29, 2017 at the Audelia Rd. BranchLibrary, in Dallas, TX
The book signing event was a success because of You.
Thank you to all of you; to my new friends and new readers, and for all your support !
http://virginiaprodanbooks.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/Meet-Your-Local-Author-.mp4
So grateful and honored by your participation. Obliged by the special and joyful time I had speaking with all of you .
Honored to meet my new readers too. Thanks for all your support.
The Berlin Wall fell in 1989, but communism didn’t.
Moreover, socialism is spreading in America today.
Everyone needs to know the horrors of a society without God – Socialism; and the power of God in US.
So many academics in America today are trying to sugar coat their collectivist policies or whitewash the crimes of socialism or communism from history. They also work hard to brainwash students’ mind teaching them that socialism or communism is the solution for America.
We shall push back harder and tell the truth about socialism and communism. I am so happy to know that many young people are encouraged and ready to fight harder for freedom as they are learning for the first time about the reality of socialism and communism from my memoir – Saving My Assassin – https://www.amazon.com/dp/1496411838
YOU ARE THE REASON – I wrote my memoir! It humbles me to know that many lives are continually changed by my memoir.
Or to know that many votes or political views are immediately transformed as people find out the truth about
and the cruel reality of socialism.
We shall pledge to stand up, speak up, and protect what we have in America – freedom and free market.
The Berlin Wall fell in 1989, but the socialism or communism didn’t.
Time for us to protect our freedom, free market, and our freedom of religion.
The best way to fight and win against socialism is to be educated about it. And to be knowledgable about its lies, tricks, and atrocities.
I encourage you to read my memoir – Saving My Assassin – https://www.amazon.com/dp/1496411838 – that will open your eyes to the atrocities of socialism and communism. Please share it with others too.
You can listen now to my memoir – Saving My Assassin – pre-order for Free with your Audible trial – the audiobook version – https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073ZKNM5C
YOU ARE THE REASON – I wrote my memoir – Saving My Assassin.
Protect your life, your freedom, and your future from socialism. Socialism offers nothing but lock of freedom, including no freedom of religion, and surely a total government control over its people.
“Freedom is precious.” Virginia Prodan

Courageous Living – A wish or A courageous purpose?
Courageous Living
A wish or A courageous purpose?
Our lives are full of wishes and courageous purposes. We like them.
But often we spend our entire lives only on wishes – dying wishing.
Only few of us walk on that courageous purposes for which we were created.
Joshua provides a very encouraging example for us. Joshua lived under the same circumstance as the rest of his people. But when God asked them to conquer the Promised Land, Joshua believed God. By contrast, the whole generation of Israel did not believe God, but wished to go to the Promised Land. Their fear turned the Promised Land into a Fantasy Land, and they died wishing.
Joshua’s courageous life can be Yours too :
Your greatness is in God. God promised to you and all of us: “With God all things are possible” ( Matt. 19:26, Mark 10:27) So, in your journey all things are possible with God. God told Joshua: “Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you” (Josh. 1:3). Joshua marched in upon the basis of the promises of God. Joshua’s greatness was in God. He did not conquer the land by himself. You shouldn’t either. This promise is for You too. Where or what is Your Promise Land ? Do you still see it as a wish or a Fantasy Land?
Write it down. Pray to have the courage like Joshua.
God’s promises are Yours by faith. You receive His promise by faith, and are instructed to “put on” it.
God promised to Joshua and his people:“From the wilderness … to the going down of the sun, shall be your territory” (Josh. 1:4). The Promised Land was theirs by faith. And it happened as Joshua believed it. The door of history swung open as Joshua touched it. Therefore, by faith you have to decide to receive it. Open the door to receive God’s promises to you. Write down the promise you struggle with and by faith own it. God said to you too: “I have given you” (Josh. 1:3)
God is with You as He was with Joshua. God promised You, and us, His love, care, presence or guidance. “I will not leave you nor forsake you” (Josh. 1:5). God is with you. Stop looking or waiting for the perfect circumstances. God is your circumstance. God called Joshua during a very difficult time in his life, Moses’s funeral: “The Lord [said] to Joshua: ‘Moses … is dead. Now therefore, arise, go’” (Josh. 1:1-2), However, that did not stop Joshua from believing that God will bring life out of death and will change any circumstances for him. Do You believe that?
Believe God and Act on His promises. God will provide everything for You, as He did for Joshua – only believe God and act on His promises. God didn’t give Joshua a blueprint. God only said, within three days Joshua would cross the Jordan River to possess the land (see Josh. 1:11). Joshua believed God. But Israel feared they were too small or inferior.
Do You believe God ?
Or your fear?
What stops you from walking in your Promise Land?
So, cast off that fear – of your circumstances, or your feelings of inferiority or your past experiences.
Your greatness lies in God. Joshua believed God who made him courageous. He believed that the same God who was with Moses was with him.
And yes, the same God is with you.
So, acknowledge your fear and believe you have the promise by faith. Meditate on God’s promise. Act on it daily. Write down your journey of struggles and victories. Be patient with yourself. Be courageous.
“Be strong and of good courage” (1:6) Live a courageous life. Leave a legacy of courage!
You are called to greatness.
Your greatness will change your life and our world.
Be courageous.
I shared in my memoir Saving My Assassin – https://www.amazon.com/dp/1496411838 – how God helped and is helping me to live a courageous life, even under some terrifying circumstances.
I encourage you to share with me
What is your action plan to walk in your Promise Land?
What are you willing to do in the next 30 days?
Or what is currently preventing you from living a courageous life?
I am passionate about mentoring others – to help – live a courageous life.

Who’s Controlling Your Life?
Who’s Controlling Your Life?
Fear or C ourage ?
You control Fear – Or – Fear controls You !
Fear and Courage cannot exist together.
If you want to have a courageous and victorious life that energizes, challenges and changes the world, you have to reach beyond what is easy, comfortable or even fight against what had been done or accepted.
And, yes in this process, you will encounter fear – fear of unknown or fear of failure, etc.
Whether you let fear stop you or not is up to you.
Fear is more than an emotion.
Fear is a spirit of torment that steals your courage and the courageous life you were created to have.
But, if you push back and control your fear, you learn to take each fear as your greatest opportunity to grow.
Remember when you feel fear’s grip taking hold of you
– Resist fear
– Fight fear
– Act
– Your actions and your faith are the best antidote to fear.

Fear gets a bad rap, because we often let it take control.
Fear makes you question your purpose in life, your abilities or even your faith. Overcoming fear requires shifting your perspective, focusing on God, knowing why you want to do something amazing or great.
That gives you confidence, inspires you and others, and pulls you forward in God’s courageous plan for your life.
Have you ever allowed fear to stop you from doing something “fearfully” amazing or great?
You surely remember that fear made you unstable, unreliable, and uncertain about everything including your God.
It made you doubt God’s love, care and His promises for your life.
Just think about – You cannot possibly believe God – Jehova Rappha – is your healer and at the same time fear that you will die today as your doctor said you have cancer.
You cannot possibly believe that God – Jehova Jireh – is your provider and at the same time fear – as you lost your job today -that you will go bankrupt or homeless for the rest of your life.
If you truly received the mind of God in Christ, your life will be free from the bondage of fear. You will believe God and trust in His care and provisions for you.
So, your first assignment is:
– take the time to discover your hidden fears;
– write down each fear;
– work at least on one fear for a month;
– fight against it;
– journal your victories or failures;
– repeat the process daily or weekly.
Put your fears in God’s hands to receive His custom made solutions and even see His miracles in your life.
The reason many people struggle with fear is because they don’t know God or God’s power and His promises for their life changes.
Your second assignment is :
– control your fear by filling your mind with God’s promises;
– write down at least 4 of them for this week.
– Like : Jeremiah 29:11
Remember fear lies to you – tells you the opposite of what God promised to you.
So, meditate on God’s promises.
You are called to greatness.
Your greatness will change your life and our world.
Be courageous.
If you have read my memoir Saving My Assassin – https://www.amazon.com/dp/1496411838 – you know that I have been confronted daily with fear many times in my life.
But God always helped me conquer my fears.
We are precious and visible to God.
We cannot imagine how God will protect us.
As you remember from my memoir, I had been confronted daily with fears by the cruel communist dictator Ceausescu of Romania who declared himself a god; and jailed or killed many dissidents.
I was one of his dissidents, according to him.
But, my most paralyzing fear came from my assassin sent by the dictator to kill me. A tall, massive man close to seven feet; armed towering assassin who pulled his gun and pointed at me to kill me.
I should be dead. I felt alone with my killer. And, I was not, Jesus!
I realized my fear was temporary.
God protected me, gave me strength and courage. I had seen God’s miracle, His victory and have lived to tell about it.
By the grace of God I am alive and my assassin is alive too.
For more details – read my memoir Saving My Assassin – https://www.amazon.com/dp/1496411838
I challenge you:
– to fight your fear with God’s help – fear of man, fear of government, fear of your future, etc.;
– to be courageous – in order to see God’s miracles in your life too.
– to DO and accomplish what he called you to DO.
I am passionate about mentoring others – to help – conquer their fears.

Mother’s Day Treasures
Happy Mother’s Day!
To be a mother is the greatest and the noblest job in the world. It is a life long job and surely the most rewarding job.
As we all learn daily, being a mom means among others – being a nurse, a teacher, a negotiator, a driver, a doctor, a cook, a peacemaker, a spokesperson, etc, etc.
But, as my kids grew up, I have learned from them more about my job as a mom. Like, that I was not right all the time.
As teens they added another part to my job as their mom – to embarrass them.
I remember the wonderful lesson my son taught me when he was eleven years old or so. I was back stage with him, busy with my camera ready taking his last pictures, fixing his hair and his jacket as he was ready to play a solo on the big stage in few seconds.
Next, he gently touched my hand, looked straight into my eyes and with a sweet voice he said “Mom , can I ask you a favor?”
Yes, I responded joyfully. Thinking maybe he wants me to take more pictures or come even closer to the stage to take those pictures.
Instead he said “Mom, please don’t take any more pictures. You embarrass me. And please let others applaud first. It is so obvious that you are my mother! Please !”
Surely, I responded. I fixed his hair again and I assured him that I will respect that.
Then, he was called to appear on the stage and I left quickly to take my place in the audience.
And yes, I stood quiet in my seat, didn’t take pictures and waiting for others to applaud first his amazing performance.
It was so hard but I controlled myself. Gently, I turned around looking at the audience smiling and feeling so proud. But inside of me I was screaming very loud :
“Do you know he is my son? Do you really know he is my son!” And finally I applauded too.
That day I had learned a great lesson from my son.
Immediately, I said to myself:
“I want God to be as happy and proud as I am about my son.
As I represent God to the world I want him to say :
“ Do you know she (Virginia) is my daughter? Do you really know she is my daughter?”
I hope this Mother’s Day, and every day of our lives, we make God proud. And yes, our families too.
Our kids can indeed teach us wonderful lessons. Treasured lessons for years to come and now part of our legacy.
I encourage you to share with us – leave a comment bellow – your lessons learned from your kids – your treasures.

6 Tips on how to build a Legacy that lasts
Your life is a gift. A gift to you and to all of us. Yes, including the good days and the bad days. The sunny days and the rainy days. The choice is yours to fully enjoy it !
As you already know, I am passionate about helping people find hope, courage, and victory in their lives – Build a legacy that lasts.
I have “been there, done that” when it comes to trauma and have written my own story in my book “#SavingMyAssassin” by Tyndale House Publishers. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/1496411838- , http://www.virginiaprodanbooks.com)
People ask me on a daily basis, “can I really have Hope – Courage – Victory” in my life too?” And I say to that, “Yes, of course!”
Achieving hope, courage, and victory doesn’t just happen. Still, we all want to build a legacy that lasts.
Our days and years are passing fast! Yesterday is already history. And, tomorrow is just a great mystery. Nevertheless, today is our greatest gift— after all we call it the “present.”
To help you bust down barriers and create hope, courage and victory in your life and passion on a daily basis
here are 6 tips on building a legacy that lasts:
Recognize you are afraid and you need help. We all are in different circumstance;

Follow Christ and surround yourself with loving, encouraging and supporting people;

Be patient with yourself, see yourself as God sees you, and use only positive self talk

Act courageously today even if you are afraid;

Leave a Spiritual Legacy;

Live a life that lasts. Everyone will be blessed by your life!

Achieving hope, courage, and victory in life doesn’t just happen; NOR building a legacy that lasts.
