The Mediator
1 Timothy 2:5
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus
People are looking for the secrets of the universe. They are looking and seeking something that makes it all make sense sense. What they don’t know is there is something that will set it all into perspective. That one thing is Jesus. He set at the right hand of the Father being a mediator for us. Think about that, our saviour is setting by the one and only God of creation speaking on your behalf. That right there is enough to make someone smile. So, be happy that the one true God of creation loves you enough to have Jesus mediate for us.

The Hem Of His Garment
Mark 5:25-28
25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,
26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,
27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.
28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.
Doctors can give you medicine that only treats your symptoms. The medicine will make you feel better, but there is only one who can heal you. He is the cure for any disease. He is the fix for addiction. He can mend broken bones. The one you need to start reaching for is Jesus. He has healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, made the cripple walk, and even woke the dead. If we could just have the faith that this little woman had, then we could see these things happen. But you have to learn to press through the crowd and touch the hem of his garment.

Guard Our Children
Mark 9:42 – And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.
Set down and try to watch a kids’ movie with your children. You will see how the world is trying to get to our children through something that should be as harmless as a cartoon. They put things in there from people who are confused about their gender to same sex marriage. As a Christian, this has no place in your home. The enemy does not want your children to find Jesus. So, the things that the enemy is using to try and confuse your children, remove it from your home and raise those children in the Lord.

Better Way
Leviticus 26:17
17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.
This is out of the old testiment. This was years before Jesus hung on the cross. Now, when you look at the punishments man faced before Jesus died for our sins, it makes you realize how good we have it. Before Jesus, you would be stoned to death for the smallest sin. Now, we simply humble ourselves and ask for forgiveness. So, stop taking the grace and salvation that Jesus has given to us for granted because we could still be under the law.

Easy As Parting The Sea
Exodus 14:21
21 And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided
The sea in front of them and the enemy on their backs Moses did something we could all learn from. He listened, obeyed God, and moved in faith. He had faith that God would give them a way of escape. He was obedient to God. He stayed close enough to hear God speak. If God parted a sea for the children of Israel, he can still make a way for you to go through your trial. Stop looking at how big your problem is in front and behind you are. Instead, remember how much bigger our God is.

Together
Ecclesiastes 4:9-11
9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
10 For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up.
11 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?
So, many people want to walk through life alone. So many want not to believe that they need to do God’s work around other Christians. You might be able to make it a little ways by yourself, but there is power in numbers. I know with Jesus, we can put the enemy on the run. However, if two or more God fearing Christians begin to pray, then we see change happen. When Christians come together, they become stronger. They draw strength from one another. So, stop trying to walk this road on your own. Find your brothers and sisters in Christ, and watch how much more work you can get done.

Always Present
Matthew 28:19-20
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
One thing of this sticks out, Jesus is always with us. When we are standing before a congregation, talking to a loved one about salvation, praying for the sick, or giving our testimony, Jesus is present. When we need him we don’t have to look for him because he is already there. He promised us that even unto the end of the world. So, have peace in knowing that our saviour is always there with us.

Fear The Lord
Matthew 10:28 – And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Man can kill the body, but man can not touch your soul. Yea, man, can torment you, but they can not take your salvation. Stop fearing things that can hurt your body. Only God can hurt your soul. That is the only one you should fear.

The Good Days
1 Peter 3:10-13
10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
13 And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?
Do you enjoy life? When everything is going your way, do you even worry about your walk with God, or do you praise him that much more when life has you on cloud nine? The thing is that when life begins to go our way we tend to forget about our walk with God. We begin to give into to more temptations and begin to stumble when we should be closer to God than ever before. If we as Christians could come to a point that in the good days we pray just as much as we do in the bad days, then we would stay in a close connection with our heavenly father. We would never have to worry about getting back close to God when the bad days come. You will be close enough that when trouble hits you are already praying for God to help you. Stop falling into a routine that when things are going good, you stumble in your faith.

Counsel Of The Lord
Proverbs 19:21
Proverbs 19:21 – There are many devices in a man’s heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand
In life, you will find your heart pulled in many ways. You will try to figure out what to do, but you can never make up your mind. Just turn to God. Ask him for guidance. His counsel is better than any advice you can get from family or friends. When you listen to him, your path with be easier to walk.
