UNborify

Take the day off just because it's [...:]

Forget The New Years Resolution: Start A New Years REVOLUTION

A "revolution" is started when one person says to themselves "enough is enough."  It's not a "resolution" where someone resolves to get in shape… quits smoking… or starts eating healthy.  It happens when someone steps out in a BIG way from where they currently are. It's a pact they make to themselves – never going [...:]

Surviving Holiday Stress: A Hidden Meaning.

Situations are just situations UNTIL you give it meaning.  Right?  So stop giving yourself unnecessary stress over the meaning you're giving things.

It's the holidays for crying out loud.
Think about it.  Bills have no emotions.  Gifts have no emotions.  Sitting in traffic has no emotions.  Shopping in crowded malls has no emotions.
It's just a situation [...:]

No Time? How To Make More: New Tips On Time Management

If your home was on fire, no matter how busy you are… wouldn't you make time to do something about it?
So it's a bit of an illusion – this "I have no time" syndrome.

Coming Out of The Closet You Put Yourself In

I would say that one of the most difficult things to do, is to finally admit to yourself who you really are. Despite what your family thinks. Despite the money you may or may not make. Despite the fact that you might lose all of your friends. Despite the fact that [...:]
