A Dignified Death

What does it mean to die with honour... To make a graceful and dignified exit, often silently, when you find you are no longer useful to a cause or ideal you believe in... What does not serve the tree is better off feeding the ground. The ancient wisdom of the Samurai still holds relevance today. It is often the simplest truths that scare us the most.

Bullies & Trolls

Bullying and Trolling are a pandemic of their own. Bullies and Trolls are viruses made toxic by their need to feed on the differences of others. If corporate and educational sectors consider bullying a punishable offence, so too should the digital realm. Is the same deadly virus any less fatal when it spreads across another land? Does the choice to bully become benign just because thousands are doing it everyday? a million hearts lie broken, a million more dreams shattered, all because someone said something spiteful or sadistic online.

Get The Job Done...

In any difficult situation at work or elsewhere, we used to believe and enforce the phrase, "Shut up and just get the job done." But the world has changed. Much Truth has been revealed about just how difficult things really are, whether or not people are aware of how bad it is. These days, it is impossible to 'get the job done' if you shut up. Merely speaking the Truth is no longer sufficient. We must unite, demand the Truth, and then enforce positive change. Nothing good ever came from being silent about something good.

One of those days...

It's one of those days when you see your reflection in the mirror and wonder, 'Is that one of my nose hairs leaning into my moustache, or one of my moustache hairs poking into my nose?'

Invite...

You are cordially invited to observe, in abject silence of course, the marriage between the oppressive power-hungry Communist Government of China and the repressive barbaric terrorist 'takeover regime' of Taliban. Whatever will happen next, will happen. Also, allow us to draw your attention to a special marriage meal – a touch of brutally dis-empowered steak cooked in Wuhan's signature covid-19 sauce and glazed with global confusion. Oh and for dessert, we hear they're serving an unreasonably sour and strangely unsanctioned dollop of disaster.

The Difference...

There is a sea of difference between Knowing you're going to win and Wanting to win whether or not you know you're going to.

So much...

There is so much in this world, to this world, of this world, and beyond this world that the longer your go exploring the more keenly you start to realize that so many of us live in bubbles so small that are, for the sheer sake of soul-evolution, in desperate need of bursting.

The scent of Horses is so calming. Wonder if they'll ever make a perfume out of it.

A Taste For Terror

Don't be surprised if there's a quiet and powerful all-female rebellion brewing in Afghanistan. Even the Taliban need to eat. They certainly task women with the 'life-saving', yet in their opinion 'low', task of preparing food. With their penchant for polygamy and their insistence on head-to-toe burqas, members of the Taliban might realize too late that they have more than one 'invisible' rebel forced against her will to live under their roof. Food laced with poison will not be a difficult stretch of the imagination to serve to men who have lost their taste for equality and palate for human rights. While cruelly enforced burqas quiver with feminine giggles, the Taliban men in their peraahan tunbaans and azaarbands will shake with trepidation and anxiety whilst holding guns, whips, and swords. Even terrorists may realize that they can't eat bullets and drink uncivilized laws of oppression and extremism to survive. They are but men harbouring Stone-Age beliefs, and all men gotta eat. Even these terrorists may, just may, realize that food can be more than just medicine. It can be a swift path to death, one as undignified as the 'takeover' these, and other, terrorists have forced upon the people and women of Afghanistan.
