Buried...

If archaeologists chose not to suffer the harshness of the sun or spend long hours poring over so-called boring texts, if they refused to get their hands dirty or their clothes soiled, and if they found every excuse not to sweat a drop, then we as a society would never have known that we even had a past. A past from which to learn, a past to teach us that we need to build better, and a past that saw us evolve from small hamlets to entire civilizations. If archaeologists stopped doing their duty, we would've remained blind to some of the greatest losses and lessons, truths and travails, that make us Human. It is easy to alter history and lie about the past. But where people keep working regardless of low pay or no repute, truths won't long stay buried.

Stories...

In this world, some people go astray and some go out of their way. And both their stories are important in this world.

Knowledge...

Knowledge doesn't always grant power. Knowing a fact or learning a truth can sometimes make you powerless to change either.

Uncertainty...

There comes a time in some of our lives when we become uncertain whether we're running away from something or toward it, whatever it may be.

Stray...

When you stray from the fire, don't blame the cold.

Views...

There's something ironic, and strangely funny, about watching some creatures find safety in numbers against a threat that is most deadly because it hunts alone.

"Johnny Johnny Yes Papa" ...

As a kid we enjoyed singing the "Johnny Johnny Yes Papa" nursery rhyme. As an adult, we realize that the song was trying to teach us a fundamental truth… It is human nature to lie, even after being caught red-handed.

Patience...

Patience takes time to weave. After creating a tapestry of patience over several years, it won't just crack or break. It instead withers, burns, tears, frays, and unravels little by little, thread by thread, weft by waft, until nothing is left. This is probably what inspired the phrase 'patience runs thin'.
