The Moon...

It wouldn't take much for Aliens to destroy the human race.

All they have to do is destabilize the Moon's orbit and sustain that strategy.

The Moon doesn't even need to hit Earth to work its extinction magic…

...

Oops, was I typing out loud again?

Fate & Decisions...

The more we observe people and problems, the more we realize that all of us seem doomed to suffer from our own decisions. Not all our decisions are conscious or premeditated, either.

Does this prove we are weaving our own fate? Or is it more truthful to believe that fate is creating our journeys through us?

A Love...

Some people experience a love so big and profound that after it’s gone, the whole world seems small.

Such a love does not necessarily have to be found in another person, but perhaps in a pursuit, a passion, a perspective, a purpose.

'Necro'...

Those two 'necro' words, necrophilia and necromancy… They always confused me. Never could tell which is which," said the lawyer and leaned back, an air of smug sarcasm about him.

The defendant, who was being tried for practicing dark magick, shifted in the stand and said, "Simple, really. If you go to the corpse, it's necrophilia. If the corpse comes to you, it's necromancy."

Chaos erupted in the courtroom. The judge banged his gavel and demanded "Order!" before saying "Court adjourned!"

Worse...

If there's anything worse than hypocritical relatives and corrupt lawyers, it's greedy time-wasting bureaucrats.

Art & Death...

Nobody can be said to have died on the pyre of Art. Because that would mean Art was already burning to create that pyre in the first place.

But art never burns, only soars through eternity raining down hope, wisdom, and inspiration.

But because each day gets us one day closer to death, it technically means that some people living for their Art are also simultaneously dying for it.

All Is Fair...

All is fair in war and politics. They're both dirty businesses in which nobody remains clean for long.

What's truly odd is that everything about war is unfair and everything about politics is build on the bedrock of inequality.

Death Oddity...

It's bizarre to realize that many who want to die are physically capable of avoiding or delaying death while those who seem to have plenty to live for die abruptly with no satisfactory reason.
