Our world is filled with so many suffering children and so few responsible adults.

Feeling Good...

Feeling positive about yourself is like acting. It has to happen on cue or the whole shoot will be affected.

Besides, if you take your own time to feel good, you might end up feeling bad.

Regrets...

Only a handful of moments truly matter in life. As strange or counter-intuitive as it may seem, this includes regrets.

Because regrets teach us what we did wrong and help our soul gain higher wisdom on how we could've done something different, better, or right.

In our karmic soul journeys through multiple lifetimes, regrets can be keys that unlock the highest and purest versions of ourselves...

One mistake at a time... one lifetime after another... one regret and then the next...

Losing...

The pain of losing someone and the fear of losing them are similar in intensity.

Emotional Memory...

It is easier to remember an emotion than a thought. We can almost instantly recall how something or someone made us feel, regardless of how much time has passed.

This 'emotional memory' trick is heavily relied upon by skilled actresses and actors.

By spotting the emotions contained in a scene, and studying it with their feelings, they can memorize any line and deliver it exactly as needed.

They say it costs nothing to be kind to someone. But sometimes, that someone can take advantage of your kindness and cost you everything.

Without a modicum of wisdom, you may end up wasting your compassion on someone who doesn't deserve it or hasn't earned it.

Meanwhile, another person who genuinely needs your care and concern may be left starving out in the cold.

Selective kindness is, therefore, essential.

Romance is a waste of time. Sooner or later, you're going to wake up and realize that the music was all in your head, like those butterflies in your stomach.
