Allianz Global Assistance formerly Access America Travel Insurance = Consumer Fraud and Lies
Beware of Access America travel insurance (now calling itself Allianz Global Assistance), as the company has a history of consumer fraud. Furthermore reputable companies don't change their name as Access America has to cover its tracks and prevent further lawsuits.

I published the following on consumer fraud regarding travel insurance below on Nov. 16, 2009 about Access America, which now operates as Allianz Global Assistance and claims to offer 'innovative travel insurance products and services.' Access America certainly has been "innovative" in consumer fraud and evading lawsuits by changing the name of its company to Allianz Global Assistance (but my love shall follow).
I wonder just how much love, medical coverage and financial reimbursement consumers can expect from Allianz Global Assistance after they suffer injuries during their travels and need Allianz Global Assistance to honor their contracts? Don't hold your breath!
My travel insurance with Access America (a.k.a. Allianz Global Assistance) included the following coverage, up to the limits shown below:
Coverage limits
(USD per person unless noted otherwise)
Your trip is cancelled or interrupted
Trip Cancellation Protection $300.00
Trip Interruption Protection $1,500.00
You get sick or hurt while traveling
Emergency Medical and Dental Benefit $25,000.00
You’re delayed or you miss your flight or cruise
Travel/Trip Delay Coverage $500.00
Yet when for medical emergency I incurred expenses amounting to $223.25, Access America (a.k.a. Allianz Global Assistance) only reimbursed me $150.
The remaining $85.25 still needs to be paid and Access America (a.k.a. Allianz Global Assistance) is refusing to pay cleverly trying to re-read and reinterpret its contract to deny paying its customers.
Consumers should be forewarned to NOT use Access America (a.k.a. Allianz Global Assistance) as they are a fraudulent and deceptive insurance company.

Delta Airlines Poor Customer Service & Customer Relations Ignoring Passengers Complaints

Dear Delta,
I am writing to submit a request for a refund of my 30,000 miles to my Delta account 2344558511.
Upon making the reservation from Orlando to Rome, I was given a locator number of QPPNC9 and told I would have a few days to make arrangements in Italy and then purchase the ticket paying 60,000 miles, along with the necessary taxes and airport fees.
However upon calling back to make the reservation a different Delta representative refused to issue the ticket under QPPNC9 and instead created a new reference number of RRR9KP (ticket 006-2315527686) charging me 90,000 miles along with the associated taxes and fees.
Not feeling good and right about this, I phoned Delta and was advised to write a letter to the Customer Relations department at Delta to request refund of my 30,000 miles overcharged me for the flight.
To add insult to injury, when I bought the $25 travel insurance through Delta.com (Access America) and sent them the details and expenses incurred as a result of having to stay over in New York on October 23rd, because of Delta rerouting our plane to Newfoundland, Canada (causing me to miss my JFK-Orlando connection), Access America claims they haven’t yet scanned my documents which I mailed on Monday morning October 26th requesting a reimbursement for $235.25.
After submitting my documents to Access America three times, they finally sent me a check for $150 (not the full amount) for which $85.25 still needs to be reimbursed.
Delta is also liable for the $85.25 because after they landed in Newfoundland, Canada and dropped off the person with a medical emergency... Delta took an additional four hours removing luggage that was entirely unnecessary delaying me and causing me to miss my connection.
Delta may try to say they needed to remove the luggage for security reasons, but this is not true because had their been a security issue (which there was not) the luggage never would have made it on the plane to begin with.
Delta misplaces luggage all the time and later sends it to the passenger, which could (and should) have been done in this instance rather than creating additional inconveniences and emergencies for other passengers because of Delta's negligence.
I have for many years been a loyal and faithful customer of Delta, always telling my friends and family that Delta is the best air carrier in the United States. Please don’t disappoint me and cause me to look elsewhere in the future for my air travel needs.
My father in law claims Southwest is better, but I am hopeful that Delta can resolve this issue and remain my air carrier of choice.
Although I am a consumer advocate producing videos and blogs on airlines, I remain hopeful and expectant this will not be necessary wishing the best for and from Delta.

Many of you don't know Paul's mom (a former high-school cheerleader) was killed by a drunk driver. Moreover she after graduating from high-school struggled immensely with substance abuse.
Then Paul himself was hit by a drunk driver totaling his car and nearly killing him in July, 2008.
The accident occurred at 4:40pm on a Tuesday afternoon when Paul was en route to Stetson University. The driver, a 61-year-old lady, was driving on a revoked license (which she lost on 06-06-2006 when she got her first DUI).
After hitting Paul twice, totaling his car and nearly killing him; the driver tried to flee the scene of the accident and upon entering a restaurant parking lot hit a parked car after which she was apprehended and arrested by Deland police.

Affliction, Self-Awareness & Personal Growth
Prayer changes things, beginning with us. Love never fails and always creates an atmosphere of security wherein personal growth is happily embraced.
There are a lot of people pursuing and living illusions based on their erroneous perceptions. Unconscious to the error of their ways and full of themselves, they neglect to listen to loving confrontation and posture themselves with self-righteousness. Publicly they purport to be doing well, but inwardly they are perishing and en route to self-destruct.
The remedy?
For God to remove everyone from around them and allow affliction for a season until they awake to their arrogance and inner delusion by which they live an illusion and alienate those around them.
If you are continually sick in body, impoverished financially and unwelcomed socially this is a message for you!
Wake up! Take a personal inventory of yourself and your life. Stop making excuses. Stop blaming God and take responsibility for your own misery.
"Oh, but God is love. He would never allow me to suffer." Some will say.
Yes, but love rejoices in the truth and will not allow you to live an illusion on the falsity of your inner delusion, while pointing the finger at others as you play the blame game and shun personal responsibility and ignore your contributory negligence.
"Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now I have kept God's Word. It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I may learn God's ways and statutes." (Psalm 119:67,71)
