Only One

Tosha Michelle is an amazing poet! Her words can break your heart or heal your mortal wounds. She always finds the perfect image & often gifts us with a beautiful video too! Even she hasn’t her “Only One” yet, she will.

50 Word Stories: the courage of love

I believe that many people confuse lust for love. In my humble opinion, love never hurts, as both people want the other to be happy & safe even if that means being with someone else.

In fact, for me, love means less sadness because you have that person with you even in the loss of a dearly departed loved one.

This is what I have come to believe, but you have every right to disagree.

completeness

I hope you are enjoying the reposts as I am out of town & it’s too hard to write an entire post from my phone. Thanks, JM, for the haiku!

All American Girl

Tosha is such a talented young woman. Her poem reminds me so much of my youth & other stages of my life. It is so calming when you finally find a life that fits you like a glove. I wish that life for her and all who are wandering through life trying to find something, but unsure what they are looking for.

Tosha, thanks for the poem, as well as the art & video.

Live

Yep, live is meant to be lived, not sleep walked through.

Yep

Yup, I had that problem from 13 to about 45. When I was diligently working on my novel though, it went away completely. I can feel it starting to happen again now that I’m preparing to write the prequel.

Then Sings My Soul

That looks like a photo, though obviously can’t be. A modern day story of Moses parting the sea, maybe? Tosha has written another beautiful poem. Enjoy Ya all!

Monday Funnies…

Still got 9 hours of Monday, so who cares if I forgot AGAIN to check Chris’s posts first thing in the morning. As I always say “Better late then never!” ;-)

Peace, love & funnies for all,

Sherrie

“He whispered he loved me

I can really relate to this! ;-)

We are still celebrating Valentine's Day as we were driving back from LA for much of the morning & had stuff to put away when we got home.

I usually cook on VDay & Angelo takes me out the next day when the restaurants aren' so busy!

Peace, love & a soulmate for all,

Sherrie
