Procrastination can ruin your life, BUT …

In some cases, it may be what saves you. I have procrastinated my entire life. And yes, it has been detrimental in the short run. But mainly, when I procrastinate, I’m also daydreaming. I use to imagine introducing one of my heroes. For instance, Susan Meiselas is my favorite living photographer. I would imagine myself introducing her to an audience in El Salvador (She photographed the civil war there). And GUESS WHAT? Decades later I wrote a novel about an American woman who goes to El Salvador...

Fooled, Scammed & Lied to ;-( . . .

I have been fooled/scammed so many times since my debut novel came out, I could take a trip around the world … So when it happened with this most recent scammer, I can blame no one but myself.
She made fake profiles of (at least) two authors who had thousands of reviews. I don’t care that much about sales: I want those reviews.
I should have known an award winning author wouldn’t have time to promote a marketer, but I got pulled in. I spent over … actually I’m embarrassed to say … Needless to say,...
