Two by Two – Book Review
I was extremely surprised when the cover of Two by Two was revealed. What happened to the close up shot of a couple kissing? I guess I should have understood that this book is not going to be his usual genre. Anyhow, a new book by Nicholas Sparks is enough to ignite my interest, so I had pre-ordered it when Amazon allowed me to.
Two by Two is not exactly a romance fiction. At 32, Russell Green is happy in his life. He’s married to a beautiful and loving wife Vivian and they are living peacefu...

What effect has demonetized currency incurred on the New-Economy Employees?
Demonetized Currency has shaken the entire nation. Ever since our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has dropped the bombshell that the ubiquitous 500 and 1000 rupee notes would no longer be a legal tender, the people, stocks and organizations or multinational firms have rattled under the wrath of the consequences.
People have come up with different reactions. While many support the move and are ready to fight the discomfort, several are opposing the sudden and harsh decision. The long queues outsi...

The Heart Listens to No One – Book Review
If you want to talk anything regarding poetry, I might be the least eligible person in your circle. I have tried composing some lines a few times (you may find a couple here, but it’s nothing more than amateur stuff). The same goes for reading. I don’t mind going through those tiny snippets by Lang Leav or Rumi. But I have never picked up a complete book. The Heart Listens to No One is penned down byPurba Chakraborty, an extremely talented person from my blogger family (yes, there’s more to h...

The Spy – Book Review
If you’ve read any book by Paulo Coelho once, it is perfectly understandable that you cannot resist the urge to buy any new release by him. The Spy, although lurks far away from the kind of fictions I have been reading recently, did not escape from my pre-orders.
The Spy is a real story.Although Paulo Coelho has explained in the end that he had to insert several dramatic elements into the context, the book altogether is based on a real story. It explains the story of Mata Hari, a woman who d...

In a World Without You – Day 60
Is this how a broken heart is supposed to feel? How many times have you cried reading a book or watching a heart-wrenching movie? The pang of pain can be felt, but it is momentary. I could never realize that a heart break is similar to falling from a skyscraper, only there is no floor at the bottom to stop your fall. Dear Zindagi, Thank you for Being There
Dear Zindagi
How much can you hate someone? While I deem the question important, what’s more significant is whether the one you hate actually deserves it? What if despite of all your hate, that person wants to hug you tightly and is eager to talk with you like your best pal? Whom do you hate at that time? That person or yourself?
If someone else reads this letter, they might not be able to fathom my emotions here, but it’s you, the one who has been with me before I even opened my eyes in this...
