The men in this book are toppling over themselves to get a ring on the heroine's finger. What I don't get is why. She's a naïve brat and there's absolutely nothing special about her that I can see, nothing that would warrant this level of admiration from her suitors.

This is messing me up =/ I'm going to have nightmares tonight

The writing feels unskilled and clumsy, many conversations are too wordy, many scenes embellished with superfluous additional information that prevents the already dragging plot from moving forward even more. Also I find the story quite boring so far.

Somehow I'm just not vibing with this book...

Am I the only one who is really fucking bothered by the first sex scene? This was NOT okay. The way I see it, this was not consensual.

Atop the generic and dull story, the writing feels dumbed-down. I feel insulted as a reader

Why, why, WHY are girls in YA novels ALWAYS unfair, unreasonable, narrow-minded, judgemental bitches? Doesn't matter who the author is, they are all infuriating! I have yet to encounter a teenage girl who is just chill and reasonable and kind.

This is awful - a bunch of very unlikeable self-involved teenagers being assholes to each other; all about sex, no roamance

This is AMAZING! *.* Witty, hilarious, a ton of awesome banter, and lots of feels underneath all the snark. The audio narrator is absolutely brilliant, too

This book is amazing *.* The characters, the build-up, the world of competitive diving - unique and mesmerising

Jeremy is a fascinating and extremely well-written character. I am intrigued.

This is shocking, eye-opening, heartbreaking, and beautiful all at the same time; and the writing is great. I have a strong hunch this will be a 5* book.

God, this is awful. Almost as bad as Don't Let Me Go. I hate Luke so much.
