i have not stopped bitching in my head about Some things in this series but i will say one thing--it is sexy that apparently the whole point of this MC is just mommy issues, turbo-powered

MAN i just don't care about this protag at all ... i appreciate that there are magic cats in this series. and that sometimes the characters are hot. however, if i have to keep hearing every character ever refer to the MC as "little wolf" constantly and witness side characters liking the MC despite her consistently acting as a asshole .... guh

me before starting: i know the common complaint for this comic is that the worldbuilding is too much but i'm a nut for this stuff, OBVIOUSLY i'll figure it out

In all seriousness though I bought a copy of this book before I finished Chapter 2 and 100% consider it a staple for the quirky (read: mentally ill), so. Not for the faint of heart though, it's depressing as hell to have to actually contemplate your parents after you thought you were Over It and then consider that their standards for your treatment was truly abysmal and you just accepted it, even as an adult.

in all seriousness, i've always hated the phrases "daddy issues" and "mommy issues" because to me it's always felt demeaning and over-simplified, how could parents effect you that much blah blah blah ... well apparently everything is about your parents, who knew

Deeply irritated to find this curtails pretty much every dating experience I've had AND experienced adjacently. Shocked, embarrassed, mortified, stricken by the casual cringe of my day-to-day but somehow affirmed that it's not just me probably who is stupid and horny. The seventh paragraph also starts with, "I drank my Corpse Reviver #2 ..."
Who allowed this?????
