So switched to audiobook & listening with one ear at work as it’s not my fav, but gotta power through this & hope it gets better/speeds up less political etc!

WHATTTTTTT!!!! Omg wow didn’t expect this!!!! Omg this book takes you on quite the rollercoaster!!!! This is fantastic work but grim, but brilliant nonetheless!!!!!

Lovin this!!!! Possessive/obsessive alpha make check he is British double check!!!! 😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🤩😍Want to read it as it will go lot faster, but the narrator’s are brilliant so will stick with the audio version when I get chance to listen!!!!

Heard many rav about this novel & even the audiobook version! While I’m working this is fun adult twist on the classic Peter Pan!

Seriously…Pike needs to “Mann up” ugh can see where Cole gets some of his deadbeat talent from ughhh!!! Quite the disconnect between the characters and myself as the reader sadly!!!! Norm love these tropes, but will have to go back and check this might be her rough debut novel as it’s a far cry from her other more polished/riveting novels especially Credence!!!!

Wow this novel…so this is using all the clunky clichés! No finesse ughh seriously reconsidering if this is the same author who wrote Credence & Corrupt!

Do like this! It’s more fluff, but so far okay can put it down so can do some dull household chores, but ultimately want to go back to it guess nice happy medium 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

Why did I wait so long to read this!!!! So glad I got the paperback edition this already feels like a keeper 🎉🤩😍

Sadly this isn’t as exciting as expected! I have so many books on my TBR that reading something that is not grabbing my attention is not a great way to spend my limited time on something that is supposed to be fun/engaging! Will keep it on my list, but not actively reading this one anymore!!!!

LOVE THIS BOOK!!!! Only hold up is literally is out at every bookstore & months wait at every library/digital library loans! Even amazon which I ordered from had to wait until another shipment arrives! I could get it instantly on kindle, but I spent the money on the audiobook (which DON’T recommend) now purchased the hardcover edition! Have so many books on my TBR that can wait for this to finish!

This type of material I feel one needs to be in the right mindset if that is possible with the subject matter definitely not reading it late at night while also home alone that or my overactive imagination getting the best of me😬😳🤦🏻‍♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣

Keeping with this as so many rave reviews & even booktok mentioned if can get past chapter 10 it really picks up! The fact that Z mentions he knows this messed up as he usually saves girls from cruel acts…but he is obsessed & he also states he never been a good guy lol ya don’t say Z 🤣

Having a hard time with this one honestly…it’s not the dark matter which is dark,but the whiplash of him being the“white knight”saving all these girls from being trafficked to being this“dark stalker”and doing similar things(without the selling obvi)to a single female that he graphically kills others for doing! I get it he loves/obsessed with her,but this Dr.Jekyll/Hyde complex is 🫣🤯🤔😬

Taking a break from this as the audiobook is AWFUL …you know it’s a popular read when no physical copies are left on Amazon or any book shops!! Have so many books on my TBR list anyways so 1-2 month back order sadly can wait!! Not buying the kindle version as already know will want the physical copy to keep on my bookshelf after reading!! LOVE the storyline sadly the narrator ruins it for me!!

I know Xaden liked that kiss as well, but why is he being so standoffish! I think the audiobook does not do this novel enough justice personally! The tension between the characters now feels flat sadly & if I was reading this instead of listening to some one else’s interpretation about it probably be more heightened & would keep me engaged better!!

I’m getting really irritated at Dane now! He has the nerve to demand Vi explain that it wasn’t Amber like WTF!!! It was clearly, Amber!!! Regardless it is the principle of the matter!!! Yet Xaden took Vi’s word with no hesitations & he was an enemy not 2 months ago!!! Like if that doesn’t say something(awful) about Dane’s true character at this point!!

Okay so I get where Dane is coming from with wanting to protect her, but if her mother is as bad as she is portrayed to be there is no changing to the scribes! Even if she let him smuggle her there the backlash be awful having to face everyone back in the Ryders now they know she was “weak” and bailed on them! Xaden—I’m starting to really like this bad boy plus he is actually gave good advice to Vi😅🤩

Not liking this book so far…always give books 100 pages before they go in the DNF pile!!

Very exciting so far!!!! The mini sparks with Kitt & Iris!!!! Plus the other storylines are keeping me interested as well!!!!

It really picked up!! It was fairly easy to guess a bit of way in who the Blood Wraith was, but some other surprise twist I didn’t expect!!! Still entertaining story & characters!!
