Chap 29 - this other guy crops up and gets the other chick to lure Asahi out to him... turns out the god of darkness supports him for grins and he wants to rule the world! He sucks her into darkness... WHAT?! It’s like the underworld and zombies start chasing her... become his ally or else turn out like them!

Chap 27 - GAH the WDG admitted to feeling JOY! He carried Asahi away stunned she had returned... she was really cut up trying to decide between her parents and brother and the WDG and others who she kept glimpsing in the water... but she finally broke and went into the pond.

Chap 26 - Suburu and the emperor are in pretty dire straights since the drought when Asahi left... a female got intervenes talking to suburu and the WDG... so S asks and the WDG answers... and brings Asahi through a bowl of water!!! GAH, so cool!

Chap 25 - Asahi keeps dreaming of the water dragon god... her brother explains when he learned about her, finding her room. Her mom cuts her hair and she cuts her brother’s. Gosh he’s cute!

Then his sister visits and K wants to become her older sister for her connection to him... only to find Chika already has that place... but it seems his sister now has a bit of a crush on K!!! He wants to go on a trip as a council and the treasurer dude agrees... Chika is going to Hawaii but a plan is made without her!! So cute!

The visit turns slightly risqué and they wake after sleeping side by side for a couple hours... They apologize once she and her asst assess there being no biological evidence... but resentment lingers and explodes over strawberry cake they both want to other to eat, lol... because those both remember the other wants some...

Battle 34-35... so cute... K gets in trouble with all her plans hahaha she gets sick and Chika wants to visit her since it’s the only time she’s cutely vulnerable! Chika tried to cheat but he’s too smart and sees through her!!! He wins!

Battle 33 ... similar to the volleyball trading Chika learns he’s lip syncing... he’s tone deaf but she teaches him how to hear... lol I’m not sure that can be trained but it’s so damn funny...

Battle 32... so funny He tries to do 10 techniques to get someone to fall for you but he’s too nice lol!! Then K starts to take it to heart, lol! Funny but the secretary guy noticed, lol...

Battle 31... China brings in a magazine that reveals your romantic desires thru random questions... the kitten one was cute! He wants 9 kids lol! And had trucks full of love to give! Awwww! Chika only has a couple flowers worth and Kayuga has a large bouquet full...

Hahaha in this 25% I have fallen in love with this book... it’s a tough start because you aren’t sure if you like anyone and the plot is very thin... but the story gets underway once we hit 30% and it’s deliciously complex and I’m starting to really care! I think Thorn has actually softened toward our girl... but she hasn’t to him yet ... but this disguise is perfect!

Page 74 - they report to the Wizard King and are there when he gets a report about invaders on the border from Diamond kingdom! We’re in for s fight with YUNO!

Page 73 - awww Asta is such a pure kid to feel sorry for the villain... I love him for it and his relationship with Yami is the best!!! Love Noelle friendship with Kahono! It would be so cute if she could reciprocate Kiato’s crush!!

Page 72 - Yami gets out seeing they were in danger and takes out Vetta with a new spell!!! GAHHHH Yami is so cool!

Page 71 - When everyone else was despairing because Asta fell for a trick Asta just goes back for me refusing to quit! Vetta says Asta is not a beast but a demon like him, lol! Such a great series of battles this volume...

Page 70 - they work together and Asta stabs Vetta! It’s amazing how beautiful Asta’s perfect faith is to these two Black Bulls who see themselves as losers...

Page 69 - Vanessa and Finrel show up they work with Asta... pretty cool battle...

Page 68 - Noelle really unloads and rips this guy’s arm off literally but thenhe like grows it right back!? Yami says there is no magic like that... Of course Asta stands back up!!

Page 66 - The brother and sister get torn apart... Noelle has to step up!

Page 66 - Gauche and Grey were in trouble but they got Charmy up with a transformation spell so she protected her meat, lol... Turns out Grey is a girl! Cute and funny chapter!

Page 65 - I love Asta because he never gives up... it’s his super power Not his weakness ahole!!

Page 64 - Luck and Magna are outclassed
But they give it their all until Asta gets there with Kiato...

Page 63 - Vetto crashes the water temple’s game... Yami can’t enter until the game is over so he gives everyone a pep talk... surpass your limits! Go! Hahahhhhaha, love him!

I love Nadim! Though he reads as a female to me...

Hmmm you go Haise/Kanaki!! That was epic with Arima!!

Chap 61 - 62 - the author announces she’s a Ghoul and dedicated her final book to her fellow ghouls... I have to say I think it’s a masterful stroke!
