It’s one thing to believe that His words are true and that Jesus is the Son of God, and it’s quite another to believe in Jesus as the Son of God and place our whole trust in Him.

In short, “believing that” is not “believing in.” Many “believe that,” but far fewer “believe in.”

I don't know how I feel about Haymitch getting help from previous victors BEFEORE entering the Arena. It would cheapen his discovery about the arena and the way he wins if someone gave him inside information and take away his cleverness.

I like this but man all these POVs are A LOT. So much is happening in this story.

While some of these things feel a little forced because this was written after the main trilogy, I have to give Suzanne a hand for making things unique with the Reapings.

40 different editions but not one is the Barnes and noble exclusive 🙄
