I’m still holding out for the day Goodreads releases an update by chapter option on currently reading....

I want to give Thomas a good shaking. And talk to him the way Little John talks to Robin Hood in the Disney movie.

Y'all, Andrew Peterson released a new EP today called Resurrection Letters Prologue. It's about the death of Jesus. I just bought it and it is marvelously beautiful.

If you've been on the fence about Peterson, now's the time to get it. :D

Since there's 12 months in a year and 12 Mitford novels (not counting Home to Holly Springs and In the Company of Others) I am going to read one per month for the duration 2018! I'm getting a bit of a late start, but I love this series and am excited to revisit it! <3

Only one day left reading this wonderful work of literature. :( First time in a long time I've been sad about finishing a schoolbook...

Just blessed with this wonderful simile: "He was like a carpenter who has made many boxes, who must now make another box; except this one was made with extreme speed." Brilliant.

People: Hey, it's not personal if they don't like [insert my favorite book here]

Me: *gives book to someone* It's totally OK if you don't like this!

Friend: I didn't like book.

Me: *throws things, screams, howls at the moon and turns into a werewolf, throws the world out the window and turns around to cry, all while giving them a sweet little smile*

Wow. So fast-paced. I’m loving it.

The war is over! And any shred of respect I had for any of those generals is pretty much over too! Their poor soldiers. *sighs*

When you’re in chem class and the teacher is drawing a diagram of a molecule, and you have the problem completed, checked, and correct before she’s finished asking the question...
And she’s like “But did you do all the steps? Did you check it? Did you make sure they all fit together?” And you say “yes, I did.” And she still doesn’t believe you.
Sigh.

When you’re feeling super accomplished because Christmas means you can cross a bunch of books off your to-buy list...then you turn around and add five more...o_o

This is bothering me so much...

I just went to see the Greatest Showman, and WHOA. It was so goooooooooooooood.
