This is so good, lush and slowing and engaging and I find myself falling into the pages and out if reality; a rarity for me.

So good! Family, food, Paris, ronance and tea, what more does one want?!

Really fun so far!

Wow is this a heavy book! Good but emotionally heavy.

I like it so far, but the writing style is something new to me and it's taking me a lot of time to adjust. Each paragraph or so is one of the characters thinking, then the next and the next, all telling the story but without breaks or clear designations. It's not bad, just confusing and takes adjusting to.

I am desperately trying to make this read last. LOL I never have that success with this author's stories. I ALWAYS end up binging them on one setting.

Love the slow, methodical, almost hauntingness of the story so far. I wouldn't mind a few more scary moments or more focus on the Devil.

Re-reading after years to find this story is as fun and as enjoyable as I remember.

If Winne clicks her teeth one more time... Still an interesting story. There's no way everything wraps up in the pages that are left, so that's kind of exciting.

Interesting so far, reads of a younger YA but that might just be the beginning. I like the plot and supernatural world.

Marra seems a little, um... sheltered? She has a fiercely loving heart. The story is good so far but so much different then I expected.

This is such a fun story! I can't believe I waited so long to read it. Oni-chan might be my favorite charater in this story and one of my favorites ever. Hehe.

I'm in love. This lives up to the gothic label.

I am loving this story do far. The atmosphere hits from the first page. I also love the Spanish and the history. I can wait to continue (started right before bed, bad idea as I don'twant to put it down)!
