I get it... We as a country have no morals anymore...

And yes, this scenario would be very scary for a sheltered girl (who, it seems, doesn't know the difference between male and female, and has no idea what the world is really like.

But I'm not liking this story.

I get that Sophie is raised by strict Catholic parents who basically keep her grounded to the house, never letting her do anything, and is suffering from major depression... But.... this girl is supposed to be 16 years old, but she acts like a terrified 6 year old or she has a serve mental disability.

Unless there's a major trauma she suffered, most 16 year old's tend to rebel.

So far, not liking, slow start

starting slow... plus the lecture about exercise irritated me. Yeah, sure, make someone who hasn't exercised in months run up the stairs in a stadium, not once but twice... not very believable, credible, or trustworthy...

This is a very slow read... Still no action. And I'm pretty sure I guessed the 'mystery' back at 30ish%. I want to DNF, but I'm over halfway. So going to start skimming.

I really hate how GR canNOT link all book formats together. It is so f'ing irritating to find that I have 2 or 3 duplicates because of this... and it messes up the history!
