What a lovely surprise to wake up to - I'm super stoked for this one!!

Time of death - 5/18/20 - 10:30 am. I find the writing pretentious and trite. I can't get past the blushing, lip-biting, virginal heroine. Gonna be a DNF for me.

I'm not sure how I feel about the writing style - but it's probably too early to even judge that. I'm very interested to see where this is going.

I don't think I've ever been this uncomfortable reading a book, and I've read quite a few that are controversial. The moral person inside of me cringes, yet I'm glued to the pages wanting for everything to turn out okay.

Can I just say that my mind is blown and my heart is full with the author community coming together to make their books available to us for free to help out during these trying times. That takes money directly from their pockets, and it makes me think of all the things I could and should be doing myself for others!!

What a charming read this is turning out to be. Very touching also!

Okay - now back to my regularly scheduled program. I got a little sidetracked...

So conflicted - I desperately need to finish, but I don't want it to end!!

The force is strong with this one! Angst, tension, so many questions. I'm loving it so hard!

I just want to freak the heck out right now. Like seriously run up and down the aisles at work and make people talk to me about this book...these characters. Gaaaaaah!

Finally, the torture of waiting is over for me. I thought I was prepared, but my mind is racing, my feelings are in shambles, and I may not survive this!! I have said OMFG at least 8 times already, with a few shrieked oh hell nos thrown in. Time to take a break and clear a spot for this one in the freezer!!
