I don't care if she is my sister or not, If I was Mary, I'd be kicking some major Anne Ass.

Ok, so I started this book last night at 1am. Oh my goodness, I hate Mary's family. She is their whore for sale. Anne is such a bitch. I obviously know the Gregory has taken plenty of creative license but still. Oh, one thing that annoys me- Gregory keeps repeating parts over and over again. The book is over 600 pages. There is no need to tell us twice just to fill pages.

If I didn't already love this series so much, I'd be laughing at all the amazing coincidences. Jamie and Claire have the most amazing ability to run into people they know across the world. Of course, they always run into people that are vital to their continued survival at that exact moment! And you know what, I don't care, I'm not going to give a rats-ass that the book is silly cause I love me some Jamie!

The style of writing annoys me to no end. It is like when a person writing an essay uses the grammar checker to replace their small words with big words without regard to the choice of the words. I'm not sure what I'm trying to say really but of course, I'm not trying to write a book either. I'm stopping this book.

hmmm... not sure I like the way this is written. It sounds like Featherstone is trying to hard. I'm going to give it much more time.

I'm not sure why I'm hesitating in starting this book. I was eager to get my greedy little hands on it but once I had it, it has been sitting on my shelf. This will be my in-btwn football book for today, oh yeah and inbtwn cleaning too.

My first Hoyt book that I didn't enjoy. Oh well. I still finished it & did enjoy Edward being in the book towards the end.

Life was very very tough back then. Harsh! Temujin so proud but so fragile at the same time. Why am I psychoanalysing the characters I'm reading about today? I'm the next literary Dr. Phil

I'm not liking Simon as much as I did Edward or my beloved Harry. Simon is too selfish. He doesn't know when to end his vengence. I like his wit but it definitely is used as a defensive mechanism. He doesn't want anyone to know the real Simon. AND YES I'm psycho-analyzing a fictional character.

Wow, I didn't mean to start this one. I do this all the time. I just wanted to see what it was about. I think I'm exhausted from all the bodice ripping lately so this will be a good change.

Not sure why I wanted to read this one so much but I'm going to. I do love the cover. One of the best I've seen (since I am of course, the cover critic...just kidding)

Not sure why I like Morgan Hawke so much but I do. I actually read the first chapter of this book on Amazon & I was hooked. Damn free previews, damn Amazon. Damn me for having no self control.

Sabina thinks too much in this book! She's too mature now. What made her irritating in the first two books also made her Sabina! Now, she seems too controlled!

I was going to wait to read this. I was going to physically have this book in my possession and NOT read it. To prove to myself, that I am not an Elizabeth Hoyt addict. Well, that sure didn't work. I love this book. I love it more than book 1 and I'm only half way through. How can you not adore Harry Pye and George! I've become a Historical romance ho!
