I like it because I wanted a light hearted highlander book. However, all the highlander books are becoming eerily similar.

I go from loving the Prince to hating him back to loving him. Such a good story here.

This is stumping me. I know there is going to be a big twist so I keep trying to guess it. As for the story, lots of new characters introduced. Good stuff.

Loving this one. Ruby is a great character.

It took a bit of time but I am now enjoying this book. I needed to see Devi's human side before I was liking this one. Ok, but what the hell is the cook?

Yeah, it's a grown up SciFi book. I've clearly read too many YA SciFi books because when the book starts off with two naked people, I'm a bit too excited.

Oh my.

So good. At first, it reminded me of two other UFs combined but now it is definitely showing some uniqueness.

This book is so beautifully twisted and is twisting the delicate fibers of my brain to the point I need to continue so I can find out what happens next. I found myself folding the same towel twice since I was so deeply involved with the audiobook.

Trying to get comfortable with the world building. So far very nice.

The narrator for this audio book is absolutely fantastic. He somehow perfectly portrays a teen boy, a 30 something female and a crazy killer (male).

I, at one time, read nothing but paranormal romance and urban fantasy. However, something drew me away from PNR and UF and towards Mystery and Suspense. I'm hoping this book brings me back to my first love.

I love this author, this is my 4th Barclay book but you must have patience since the beginning is full of monotonous detail that bores you. Then, you keep reading and the author blows your fucking mind .

For some reason I had this book as "read". I just started reading it. Weird. Anyhow, I have big hopes for this one. I've discovered the Capitol Corridor train that gives me a bit of time every day to read, thankfully. Or is it Capital not Capitol? Whatever.

I have a book order for my ARCS based on the release date. That went out the window so I could read this now. I already love it.
