while i appreciate Kidd’s perspective on her journey, a lot of this reads as very hippie-ish, which is all fine and good but not something i anticipated going in (like talking about the “divine female”). i like the parts about her own life/experiences but feel like i’m losing steam while reading this, and fast. i hope it picks up now thats it’s talking more about patriarchal history...
