9:20:24 Shrouds: Harper - Family is important. Feeding the family and spending time with the spouse are important. It's so hard to take a break from this awesome story. I can't believe I almost took this off my TBRL due to a few disappointed readers and an eyeball warning. I'm glad I held out to give it a fair chance. Until tonight.

58% 3:35:09 [11m into Chapter] 21 [41m from Chapter 22] - This story is interesting but not my favorite. There are 2 storylines, no clue on how they are connected, but one is better than the other. I'm interested in the missing honeypot artist. I'm not so interested in the happenings at the inn. I do find it exciting that she's using her titles in conversations, I wonder how many I missed before I caught on.

Chapter 17 Autumn - Okay this book may be spicy after all, the cover was giving me a sweet romance, possibly clean romance vibes.

Chapter 14 Zane - I love this story! As soon as I have downtime I'm going to spend ot reading this book. I didn't think it could get better but it did! I'm not even mad at the disliked trope involving weddings, they made it sound fun.

Page 48 of 279 [Chapter] 7 SPENCER - This is pretty much a soap opera, so it's a bland plot. I have a good mind to quit but it's so short I think I'll just finish it.

38:13 Chapter 4 Clover - The female narrator's voice isn't for me. The story is meh. I'm going to switch to the ebook to see if it improves.

Chapter 8 Alexander - 🤣 I like it a lot! It makes me wish I had suspended my Libby holds that dropped today.

Page 27 of 404 Chapter 3 Autumn - This is funnier than I expected, but I wasn't expecting all of the F-bombs, I thought this would be clean, maybe it's just sweet.

I feel like pieces are missing but I know they aren't.

THE SHOREVIEW SIX MARY - I'm getting frustrated. First, I almost forgot what this story was about, but within a few pages, it all came back. Next, the suspense jumped quickly and now I'm not sure I can wait 2 more weeks to finish this story. I need to know now. 😨

Chapter Ten - Brooke, July First, 2010 - I feel like so much story time is wasted on the sound effects, but the story is interesting and does flow like a movie.

Page 33 of 290 - I have the audiobook read by the author, she is good, because I remember there being a lot of dialect in this story, but I had to get the ebook as well because the chapters aren't numbered and it doesn't go track by track. I forgot the men i. this book had their names redacted. I'm hoping this time I won't be traumatized by the story since I know what's coming.

THIRTY-FOUR - Wow! This is pretty good and I don't like Paranormal but when the story is good, it's worth the creep factor.

Page 78 of 326 [Chapter] 9 - Meh I think this is going to be a one-and-done even though I already downloaded Book 2. This book just isn't exciting and sounds like a commercial.

Page 94 of 337 JANE - I'm reading this for book club scheduled reading over October. It's okay, it has a faster pace than the other books I've read, The Maid's Diary and The Ghost Writer, but I hate secrets and it seems like everyone has one in this story.

Page 48 of 304 SEVEN - So far it's okay. It does have some creepy moments but I'm interested in the story so I'm all for pressing on as long as the sun is shining.
