Not bad mystery in the lines of the Gaslight Mysteries although while the GM are very careful in the details there are some bits here that sound too modern. Like the reporters camping at the door and assaulting anyone who approaches servant or not. The lassitude in the proper use of the servants door, the exactitude in which the police can determine the time of death etc

Very imaginative. 30 years ago I would have loved this to bits. Now? Well...
When you take 2 kids and say they are 19 years old that doesn't make the novel "adult" per se. They have to act and feel adult to begin with. So I'm annoyed by this insistence from the author that this is "adult fantasy" Really? Wonder what she writes as "ya" **rolls eyes**
