Then the other weird thing is Pippa complaining about the police coercing an interview when she did the except same thing to the cafe worker!

Then how her parents never smelled the bleach in her room? Especially if not diluted. Another slight flaw in this story.

Pop is honestly demented. Going into the mind of Max when max didn’t even do this, she’s playing this all out in her mind. Crazy, plus why does she as an 18 year old know so much about what a body does when not breathing.

The other thing annoying me is her friend noticed her bruises yet her own parents have not. Surely the cctv camera in McDonald’s for the alibi might capture these issues on her face?

Strange really very strange

Done with the book but I really better push through to finish it. Not sure how I want the book to end. The direction it is going though I think could have went a better way.

She feels she has blood on her hands for Stanley yet the actual physical blood she has on her hands she doesn’t care about. Probably because she’s away to blame it on another.

This girl has went off the rails

Trying to make a dent in the book. I do like a larger book to sink into although this one I’m not sure if it needed to be as long as it did.

Jackson does not paint a good light for the police in these books.

I don’t get how Little Kilton has so many secrets and lies. How one girl uncovered them all, well not one two. Andie Bell found it out too.

Why is Pip the person to choose right and wrong. She’s already said that there is grey in the world. Plus after she’s done her “murder” there is no click gunshots in her heart anymore. It’s like nah that’s over.

It annoyed me too how she opted to go walking about on her own and not tell anyone when she knew she was being stalked. I get that the police might not wanted to help but her parents. Surely she didn’t think she was invincible. Random let’s walk about in the woods, let’s go to drug dealers houses.

Felt a bit of an anti climax to the DT killer. There can’t be another twist surely? As we know Pippa wants to frame another.

I don’t get where Pippa gets to decide who is right and wrong. She technicality did what she had to out of right and wrong. Although why not go to the police. Pretty sure she has a tight alibi this time around.

I don’t think it’s Daniel, think it’s too obvious unless there is going to be some twist. I think it’s a higher police officer that’s perhaps going to be connected later. I think Daniel was doing uncover work for Andie to help her.

The other clues I have noticed though is on Andies desk was a purple hairbrush. Perhaps she got a piece of evidence to use as blackmail or she was going to report to the police.

The other thing I noticed on the decoy email it’s her initial but there is also LE. I was thinking perhaps Luke Eaton. Perhaps she used to contact Luke?

Daniel de Silva seems too obvious. I know his wife mentioned in book one about being around or chatting to younger females. A link there and with him working at the gardening company.

Not as keen on this book it’s pretty creepy for a YA I’m intrigued to see the story go full circle.

The HH in the first book not even being for Howie House. There was the guy from the hotel who had HH as initials and suspected him.

Enjoying the talks on the plane between the two characters.

Netflix really got the moment on the plane when the two characters are waiting at the back of the plane in the dark perfected, honestly could see the moment when reading the scene in the book.

Opted to start this book whilst on the late shift so an easy read. There was another book I still had to finish in a hockey series but that’s a kindle based book and wanted to read a physical book.

I totally forgot that Jason Bell was out at a party and didn’t have much of an alibi. Like how they have turned it back around. Daniel de Silva too with him working with their team. Those suspects are too obvious though.

Hope they don’t bring it in that Andie had a stalker but no one knew. That would bring it back around.

That was some interview with the police. DCI Nolan basically pushed Billy Karras to the answers. As his mum mentioned someone on the inside pushing people towards the answer.

Getting pulled in but also some of Pips reactions is a bit over the top. Actually wondering what she has the ability to do to this town. She’s getting a secret life like all the others she has investigated.
