The book plot is a bit out there. From a wedding and the groom being abducted. To back in Manhattan to dating.

With the main guy being a billionaire and the main female being the opposite the book is giving me fifty shades vibes. The book would be a good beach read.

A little bit far fetched the story with the groom being abducted before the wedding by the best man’s brother. Unsure where the story plans to go from here.

A romcom but the best man of the wedding has just been abducted.

Never read a Lucy Score book before. The backdrop for this one is a beach wedding. Perfect for an outdoor sunshine read.

A fake dating trope! Excited! Straight into the story in 19 pages!

Continuing to enjoy the book. So Cameron didn’t tell Adalyn the club wasn’t being sold for one day he kept it a secret but she’s making a thing he should have told her before… only knew for 24 hours.

Been reading this book the last week and really enjoying!

The time traveller is continuing to tell his travel adventure. Unsure why we never get to hear of the Time Traveller’s name from the person witnessing the story.

I still stick to my mention that the book is an illusion. You don’t realise the trick that is being pulled until nearer the end.

Why is Marco continuing to alter Chandresh mind I also don’t know. However Prospero is a playing piece in the game however the Alexander not so much. Well he is playing alongside but not like prospero.

There is actually a bit of story forming now nearer the final portion of the book. The game is of endurance and only one victor can survive. The game has been played before. Why the two magicians feel the need to play the game I don’t know.

There is another character being added to the circus but how he needs added I don’t know. Strange how Marco also had all details of the people of the circus. Presume this is the key of people not aging. The fire is his source of energy.

Okay so there is a game. Celia is a magician and so is Marco. Well Marco maybe an illusionist. People in the circus never age. There is a game at play. Honestly still none the wiser as to the story.

So each magician knows they are pitted against each other for some duel. I feel like Cecilia was asked to make her Dad invisible. Plus I think there is someone’s spirit in the tree at the circus.

So we have realised that there is a game being played as the people in the circus never age or no new generations. If part of the circus you never leave and if close to knowing you end up being removed.

Trying to make a dent in this book to see the twist. Honestly there are so many characters now to wind the story together.

Plus the two opponents each know their opponent however none knows that the other knows. Plus what the big plan is for this is unknown. There is a lot of describing items however nothing describing the plot. I didn’t realise how much someone could explain the circus.

The most weirdest confusing book I have ever read. Reading random chapters and passages with no knowing. Realised the guy who built the clock is the person doing the newspaper writings, well I think? Then Bailey is now to have something to do with the story. Guess he’s coming to the circus.

Read another review from another of the authors books. Another reviewer notes how there is no plot. I wonder what the plot is in this book. We build a circus and have two magicians play a game but no one knows the game? No one knows how to win? Will need to continue on with the story to find out how all pieces together. Slowly captivating.
