Usually read a book in which it’s like a chronological timeline. This book jumps ahead years then back again. The reader is getting the story in small sections to finally then getting the full story. It’s like reading all these wee side stories until the big picture becomes clear.

I think Marco must know magic, he mentioned he threw the book into the fire on opening night. When the book was ignited in flames some people took a reaction. Wonder if there was a curse or like a wish over the circus.

Then the other unknown is Marco’s guardian and where did he go? What is he doing? Marco seems to be staying with the circus owner however does have his London flat I guess paid for this guy. There are so many characters I have forgotten the name.

Then the two twins basically see the future. One in the stars and one when looking at people. We’ll more so the twin who ca look at the person I think sees the truth like an insight into their life. As he could tell about the invisible man.

Cecilia seems to keep to herself then she has her invisible dad following her about. He didn’t seem the most nicest guardian. He seems to be a baddie in this scenario.

Wondering why the invisible man stayed behind in the library to watch Marco. Is he staying behind to watch what happens? How the young guy works? I think Marco is just the circus owners assistant. Why that is teaching him anything I don’t know?

I am wondering what happened to the dad of Cecilia. He is now invisible but also faked his own death? He might not have a physical body but he is there. There are so many characters that surround this circus to keep up with, why the clock maker however?

Has anyone got The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo I could borrow?

Feel like it’s reading it to see what is to come but it’s slow moving as the author does describe everything to ensure you know all aspects of the circus!

Not so sure how to make of the book. Everything is explained in such great detail. Still unsure if Marco has actually magical powers in comparison to Cecilia. Marco seems to know more about the upcoming competition. Then this Bailey keeps being mentioned. Not sure why the secrecy on who sent to the crib for the twins?

Wondering what is to happen with the magician which is passed away but there in ghost like function. The illusionist - is she actually wielding magic in the book or not? Plus the two main characters met however so I’m confused how they don’t recognize each other at the auditions.

The book however grand in explaining small finer details captivates you into this new world and you keep reading to find out more.

The book has been sitting on my shelf for a while and I wanted another book of wondering what is going to happen. The book so far is pretty magical and has to explain small things in grandeur detail. Goes into very specific details for example the grand clock for the circus and who made it.

I’m wondering if Simon is gonna reappear

It’s sooooo annoying the main character gets in a car with a sketchy character and drops her phone on the floor, c’mon!

It’s getting exciting with false leads. Now Jake is missing. Is he actually missing or false? I feel like the books going to tie everything up everything from the other books, enjoying the flashback insights.

This book is so good! I think Jake’s dad has something to do with this story. Jake’s mum worked at the advertising firm and we now know there was suspicions of an affair. More people in the mix.

Caught a clue that Jake’s mum used to be in advertising. Is that a clue who is behind the advert on the billboard and the leaflet Nate picks up at the country club.

Was eager to start on the next book. Enjoying that the characters are a mix from the last two books.

A total surface level romance.

Started reading this book as a light hearted romance on my phone before bed this week. Feel like the theme of the book is talking about the tropes of all other romance books.

Can’t believe the police are pushing the blame to Nate.

Glad I didn’t watch the series to ruin the story for me.

Really enjoying the book how the four suspects have became friends.

Really really good! I like how it’s more about a group of high school students and their lives.

Simon had a blog post due to be published which would mention all four characters. The only two other people mentioned in the post not in the room is TJ and Jake. Surely it’s not a pupil?

Who is Cooper texting behind his girlfriend’s back, guess he has an affair going on? Cooper might not have been on the gossip app but he does have a secret.

I don’t think it was the teacher as he seemed shocked. Don’t believe was any of the pupils in the classroom.

Notes so far - was the car crash anything to do with it? For a distraction. Everyone in different classes had a fake burner phone in their bag which was called. Leading all to be in detention. Someone who had access to all their bags. Is someone setting up the others or was there another plan.

Decided to try another who done it type book. Enjoying the writing styles flipping between the couple characters.
